As shown in fig. 11, the conveying guide rail is semi-closed and is fixed on the aluminum profile frame by bolts 1. The conveyor belt drives the filter stick box to convey on the upper surface of the conveying guide rail 3, the belt can be replaced quickly from the side surface, and the whole machine frame does not need to be detached.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the guide fence 8 is an integrated fence. The guide fence 8 is fixed on the frame through a support 22 and a bent plate 23. The guide guardrail 8 has no gap in the extending direction of the conveying line, and the filter stick box has no clamping stagnation fault.
As shown in fig. 6, the conveyor line further comprises a conveyor belt and an end wheel assembly 5 at one end of the conveyor belt in the extension direction of the conveyor line.
As shown in connection with fig. 15 and 16, the end wheel assembly 5 comprises an end pulley 24, the end pulley 24 being located at one end of the conveyor belt in the conveying direction, the angle between the axis of the end pulley 24 and the conveying direction of the conveyor belt being adjustable.
The end wheel assembly 5 further comprises a first mounting frame for carrying the end pulley 24, the first mounting frame comprises two first side plates 27 arranged at intervals and a connecting part 28 connected between the two first side plates 27, a first end of a shaft of the end pulley 24 is connected to one first side plate 27, and a second end of the shaft of the end pulley 24 passes through a hole in the other first side plate 27 to be connected with the threaded connecting part 25; be provided with first bulge on the outside of first mounting bracket, be provided with the through-hole that allows threaded connection 25 to pass on the first bulge, the first end of threaded connection 25 and the hub connection of tip band pulley 24, the second end of threaded connection 25 passes through the nut to be connected on the bulge to through the cooperation position of adjustment nut and threaded connection 25, adjust the contained angle between the direction of delivery of the axis of tip band pulley 24 and conveyer belt.
The end wheel assembly 5 further comprises a connecting piece 29 connected between the two first side plates 27.
In some embodiments, the circumference of the end pulley 24 is a convex arc in the middle, which may allow for self-positioning of the belt.
As shown in fig. 6, the conveying line further includes a conveyor belt and a belt tensioner 4 for adjusting the tension of the conveyor belt.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, the belt tensioner 4 includes a pulley 30, a second mounting bracket 30 for carrying the pulley 30, and a screw 32 for adjusting the relative positions of the pulley 30 and the second mounting bracket;
the second mounting frame comprises two second side plates 31 arranged at intervals, strip-shaped holes are formed in the second side plates 31, the belt pulley 30 is located between the two second side plates 31, and two ends of a shaft of the belt pulley 30 penetrate through the strip-shaped holes of the two second side plates 31 respectively;
the outer side of the second side plate 31 is provided with a convex part 33, the convex part 32 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw 32, and the screw 32 passes through the threaded hole to be connected with the part of the shaft of the belt pulley 30, which is positioned outside the second side plate 31.

Claims (13)

1. A filter rod box conveying device is characterized by comprising:
a conveyor line comprising a conveyor belt; and
a filter stick box splitting part which is arranged at the side part of the conveying line and is used for splitting a filter stick box group (1) which is conveyed by the conveying line and is composed of a plurality of filter stick boxes arranged side by side along the conveying line into a plurality of single filter stick boxes,
the filter stick box splitting part comprises a first detection part (9), a blocking part (7) and a controller, the first detection part (9) is located at the downstream of the blocking part (7) along the moving direction of the conveying line, the distance between the first detection part (9) and the blocking part (7) in the extending direction of the conveying line is D, the size of a single filter stick box along the conveying direction of the conveying line is L, wherein L < D <2L, and the controller is in communication connection with the first detection part (9) and the blocking part (7) so as to control the blocking part (7) to block the filter stick box behind the first filter stick box after the first filter stick box of the filter stick box group (1) triggers the first detection part (9);
the filter stick box conveying device also comprises a filter stick box combining part which is used for combining a plurality of filter stick boxes (12) conveyed along the conveying line into a filter stick box group (1);
the filter stick box combination part comprises:
a third detecting member (20) provided at a side portion of the conveyor belt;
a blocking part which is positioned at the downstream of the third detection part (20) along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt, the distance between the blocking part and the third detection part (20) is equal to the length of the filter stick box group (1),
the filter stick box combination part also comprises a counter (16), the counter (16) is positioned at the upstream of the third detection component (20) along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt, and the controller is in communication connection with the counter (16) so as to control the filter stick box combination part to stop leading the filter stick boxes after the number of the filter stick boxes reaches the preset number of the filter stick box groups (1);
the filter rod box conveying device also comprises a fourth detection part (19), the fourth detection part (19) is positioned at the upstream of the third detection part (20) along the moving direction of the conveying belt, the distance between the third detection part (20) and the fourth detection part (19) in the conveying direction of the conveying belt is less than the length of one filter rod box, and the controller is in communication connection with the fourth detection part (19) and the third detection part (20) to send alarm information after the fourth detection part (19) and the third detection part (20) are triggered simultaneously for a preset time.
2. The filter rod box delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the blocking part (7) comprises:
a moving member configured to be movable along the width of the transport line to switch between a first position in which the filter rod magazine is blocked and a second position in which the filter rod magazine is allowed to move with the transport line; and
and the air cylinder is connected with the moving component to drive the moving component to be switched between the first position and the second position.
3. The filter rod box transfer device according to claim 2, wherein the stopper (7) comprises two of the moving parts symmetrically arranged on both sides of the transfer line, and the air cylinders are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the moving parts.
4. The filter rod magazine delivery device according to claim 1, wherein D =1.5L.

A filter rod box delivery device according to claim 1, further comprising a second detection component (10), wherein the controller is in communication with the second detection component (10) to control the blocking portion (7) to block a filter rod box after a first filter rod box when both the first detection component (9) and the second detection component (10) are triggered.
6. The filter rod magazine conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveying line includes:

9. A filter rod box delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor line further comprises an end wheel assembly (5) at one end of the conveyor belt in the direction of extension of the conveyor line, the end wheel assembly (5) comprising:
