In the injection molding product, for the plastic part injection-molded by a single material, the factors basically considered in the structural design of the plastic part include the material, shrinkage, drawing, cooling, exhausting, demolding and the like, and for the double-color injection molding, the structural design of the plastic part should consider the convenience of glue feeding and the simplification of the mold structure on the basis of the molding shape of the first material in addition to the structural characteristics of the single-material injection-molded plastic part so as to reduce the double-color injection cost. When a mold is designed by general double-color injection molding, the mold structure is designed according to the existing structure of a plastic part, and the structure has 2 basic forms: the movable mould rotates 180 degrees to change the core type, 3 cores translate type.
