The traditional Chinese medicine composition which is natural, non-toxic, free of side effects, residue-free, safe, reliable, free of environmental pollution and free of drug resistance is used as a raw material, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can quickly play a role after extraction, and can be more easily digested and absorbed through lactobacillus fermentation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a compound feed additive for promoting lactation of livestock and improving milk yield of the livestock.
Background
The chemically synthesized drugs, especially the feed additives such as antibiotics and the like have toxic and side residues, so that the disadvantages of drug resistance, triple change (cancer, deformity, mutation) and the like are generated, the health of human beings is seriously influenced and harmed, and the chemically synthesized feed additives can generate corresponding treatment effects on livestock diseases but lack factors for ensuring the health of human bodies. Chinese herbal medicines are important components of traditional medicine in China; the health food has an application history of more than 2000 years, has wide raw material sources and various varieties, is a cultural treasure left over for thousands of years in China, and has pharmacological health care effects of tonifying spleen, stimulating appetite, clearing heat, promoting urination, regulating qi, promoting blood circulation, calming nerves, centering, nourishing blood, tonifying qi, resisting immunity, resisting diseases and the like. Moreover, the Chinese herbal medicines contain a certain amount of nutrient substances, some contain growth factors for promoting animals, and some promote mammary gland development, so the Chinese herbal medicines have the effects of protecting the health of the animals, stimulating appetite, helping digestion, promoting growth, improving production performance and reducing feed consumption when being added into the feed. Most Chinese herbal medicines have small toxicity and few side effects, and are safe and effective when used as feed additives. However, the effect of a single Chinese herbal medicine additive is limited, and therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide a compound feed additive capable of efficiently promoting milk and increasing the milk yield of livestock.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a compound feed additive for promoting lactation of livestock and increasing milk yield of livestock, which is prepared by using a traditional Chinese medicine complex and a microbial agent, is natural, has no side effect, and has excellent effects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a compound feed additive for promoting lactation of livestock and improving milk yield of livestock comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following components: 15-25 parts of cowherb seed, 15-20 parts of astragalus, 15-20 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 15-20 parts of angelica, 15-20 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 5-10 parts of radix rhapontici, 6-8 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 9-10 parts of luffa stem, 5-8 parts of purslane, 4-6 parts of liquorice, 3-6 parts of radix bupleuri and 4-6 parts of honeysuckle;
functional components: 100-200 parts of sunflower seeds, 100-200 parts of sweet sorghum, 100-300 parts of cooked fish and shrimp and 10-50 parts of carotene.
Preferably, the compound feed additive also comprises animal fat, and the addition amount of the animal fat is 3-5% of the whole mass of the compound feed additive.
Preferably, the animal fat is one or a mixture of lard, beef tallow, donkey oil, chicken oil and duck oil.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound feed additive for promoting lactation of livestock and improving milk yield of livestock, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing traditional Chinese medicine components, functional components and animal fat according to the parts by weight for later use;
(2) uniformly mixing the traditional Chinese medicine components weighed in the step (1), placing the mixture into a grinder for grinding, adding a proper amount of ethanol, heating, refluxing and extracting for 3-4 times, filtering, and combining the filtrate to obtain an extracting solution A and residues;
(3) decocting the residue in the step (2) with water for 3-4 times, filtering, and mixing the filtrates to obtain extract B and residue;
(4) mixing extractive solution A and B, evaporating to remove ethanol, concentrating to 1/3 of the volume of the stock solution, cooling to room temperature, adding lactic acid bacteria, and fermenting for 5-7 days to obtain Chinese medicinal fermentation liquid;
(5) and (3) uniformly mixing the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation liquor obtained in the step (4), the residues obtained in the step (3), the functional components weighed in the step (1) and the animal fat to obtain the compound feed additive.
Preferably, the particle size of the crushed particles in the step (2) is 100-200 meshes.
Preferably, the ethanol in the step (2) is absolute ethanol, the addition amount of the absolute ethanol is 2-3 times of the total volume of the traditional Chinese medicine, and the heating reflux temperature is 65-75 ℃.
Preferably, the water amount in the step (3) is 3-4 times of the volume of the residue, the decoction temperature is 90-120 ℃, and the decoction time is 2-3h each time.
Preferably, the adding amount of the lactic acid bacteria in the step (4) is 0.5-1% of the mass of the concentrated liquid.
Preferably, the fermentation temperature in step (4) is 40-65 ℃.
Preferably, the mixing temperature in step (5) is 50 to 70 ℃.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
this application uses natural, nontoxic, no side effect, no residue, safe and reliable, non-staining environment and does not produce the traditional chinese medicine composition of drug resistance as the raw materials, makes traditional chinese medicine composition play a role fast after extracting to make it digest and absorb more easily through the lactic acid bacteria fermentation, the important uses with the cooperation of remaining nutrient substance, promotes whole effect, acts on from many aspects and urges the milk and promote milk output to the domestic animal, has higher practical application meaning.
