In the embodiment of the application, the demonstration of the function of "mail merge" is based on the office software WPS 2019 of the jinshan corporation, and other versions (such as WPS 2013) may be different and are only illustrated here.
When a detection report is compiled in an STR detection project in the field of forensic physical evidence at present, conditional laboratory purchasing customized commercial software is high in cost for reducing the error rate, reducing the repetitive labor and improving the working efficiency; many small laboratories with insufficient economic strength can only use manual mode to compile documents, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and has high error rate of document compilation. The detection report generation method provided by the application can utilize free office software to link data derived by the STR data analysis software GeneMapper ID-X in the forensic physical evidence field with the mail merging function of the office software, so that the STR detection reports can be automatically generated in batches.
The mail merging function of office software such as WPS software can completely realize that the data exported by the analysis software is automatically added into the detection report, completely eliminates errors in the data transfer process, and greatly improves the working efficiency compared with a manual operation mode. Quality control measures such as automatic gender checking can be added into the derived data table in the processing process to identify whether the sample is exchanged or polluted in the experimental process.
Based on the description of the embodiment of the detection report generation method, the embodiment of the application also discloses a detection report generation device. Referring to fig. 13, the detection report generation apparatus 1300 includes:
an obtaining module 131, configured to obtain a detection report template;
a setting module 132, configured to receive a mail merge instruction, where the mail merge instruction carries a data source address, a worksheet identifier, a to-be-filled location, and a to-be-filled project name;
a processing module 133, configured to, in response to the mail merge instruction, obtain a merged data table corresponding to the data source address, and obtain a work table corresponding to the work table identifier in the merged data table, where the merged data table is generated by integrating data;
the processing module 133 is further configured to insert a merge domain into the to-be-filled position of the detection report template, so as to generate a target detection report file, where the merge domain is data corresponding to the to-be-filled project name in the worksheet, and the target detection report file includes a document corresponding to the merge domain.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the steps involved in the method shown in fig. 1 and the steps involved in fig. 2 to fig. 13 may be executed by each module in the detection report generating apparatus 1300 shown in fig. 13, and are not described herein again.
The detection report generation apparatus 1300 in this embodiment of the application may obtain a detection report template, receive a mail merge instruction, where the mail merge instruction includes a data source address, a work table identifier, a to-be-filled location, and a to-be-filled project name, obtain a merged data table corresponding to the data source address in response to the mail merge instruction, where the merged data table includes integrated data derived by software, obtain a work table corresponding to the work table identifier in the merged data table, insert a merge field in the to-be-filled location of the detection report template, where the merge field is data corresponding to the to-be-filled project name in the work table, obtain merged data, merge the merged data into a new document to be exported, obtain a target detection report file, where the integrated data derived by software may generate a merged data table, add data to the detection report based on simple office software implementation by the method, compared with a manual operation mode, the method can eliminate errors in the data transfer process, and greatly improves the working efficiency.
Based on the description of the method embodiment and the device embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides an electronic device. Referring to fig. 14, the electronic device 1400 includes at least a processor 1401, an input device 1402, an output device 1403, and a computer storage medium 1404. Wherein the processor 1401, input device 1402, output device 1403, and computer storage medium 1404 within the electronic device may be connected by a bus or other means.
A computer storage medium 1404 may be stored in a memory of the electronic device, the computer storage medium 1404 being configured to store a computer program, the computer program comprising program instructions, and the processor 1401 being configured to execute the program instructions stored by the computer storage medium 1404. A processor 1401 (or CPU) is a computing core and a control core of the electronic device, and is adapted to implement one or more instructions, and in particular, is adapted to load and execute the one or more instructions so as to implement a corresponding method flow or a corresponding function; in one embodiment, the processor 1401 described above in the embodiments of the present application may be configured to perform a series of processes, including the steps involved in the method shown in fig. 1 and the various steps involved in fig. 2-13, and so on.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium (Memory), which is a Memory device in an electronic device and is used to store programs and data. It is understood that the computer storage medium herein may include both a built-in storage medium in the electronic device and, of course, an extended storage medium supported by the electronic device. In one embodiment, one or more instructions stored in a computer storage medium may be loaded and executed by processor 1401 to perform the corresponding steps in the above embodiments; in particular implementations, one or more instructions in the computer storage medium may be loaded by processor 1401 and executed to perform any step involved in the method shown in fig. 1 or any step involved in fig. 2-13, and thus, will not be described herein again.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and modules may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the division of the module is only one logical division, and other divisions may be possible in actual implementation, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a detection report, comprising:
acquiring a detection report template;
receiving a mail merging instruction, wherein the mail merging instruction carries a data source address, a worksheet identifier, a position to be filled and a project name to be filled;
responding to the mail merging instruction, acquiring a merged data table corresponding to the data source address, and acquiring a work table corresponding to the work table identifier in the merged data table, wherein the merged data table is generated by integrating data;
inserting a merging domain into the position to be filled of the detection report template to generate a target detection report file, wherein the merging domain is data corresponding to the name of the project to be filled in the worksheet, and the target detection report file comprises a document corresponding to the merging domain.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating the consolidated data table comprises:
acquiring a file to be processed;
and generating the merged data table based on the file to be processed and the data merging function formula.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating the merged data table based on the pending file and data merge function formula comprises:
converting the file to be processed into a worksheet format, and acquiring a first worksheet corresponding to the file to be processed; establishing a second worksheet, wherein the head row and the head column in the second worksheet are respectively the same as the head row and the head column of the first worksheet;
acquiring an information table to be processed; inserting a new column into the second worksheet, wherein the new column is used for filling target data in the information table to be processed;
acquiring the data merging function formula, and searching the same data in the information table to be processed and the preset column of the first worksheet according to the data merging function formula to determine the corresponding filling position;
and adding the target data in the corresponding cells according to the filling positions in the second worksheet to obtain the merged data sheet.
4. The inspection report generation method according to claim 3, wherein after the obtaining of the first worksheet corresponding to the document to be processed, the method further comprises:
receiving a symbol removal instruction, the symbol removal instruction comprising a symbol removal function;
performing logic operations of the symbol clear function in response to the symbol clear instruction, the logic operations of the symbol clear function including:
if the last character of the original data in the first cell of the first worksheet is a preset symbol, returning and removing the reference data of the last character in a second cell corresponding to the first cell in a second worksheet; if not, returning the original data in the second cell.
5. The inspection report generation method according to claim 4, wherein after the obtaining of the first worksheet corresponding to the document to be processed, the method further comprises:
receiving selection operation of a user to determine a target cell;
and in response to an error checking instruction, emptying the empty character strings before and after the data in the target cell.
6. The inspection report generation method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein after inserting a new column in the second worksheet, the method further comprises:
acquiring input function parameters, wherein the function parameters comprise a search value, a data table and a column ordinal number, the search value is a numerical value which needs to be searched in a preset column of the first worksheet, the data table comprises the information table to be processed and the first worksheet, and the column ordinal number is the number of the newly added columns;
and executing an insert function corresponding to the function parameter, searching the search value in the preset column, and returning the numerical value at the appointed column in the current row corresponding to the search value to the corresponding cell of the second worksheet.
7. The method of generating a test report according to claim 6, further comprising:
inserting a new add column into the second worksheet;
acquiring a preset comparison function, executing the logic operation of the preset comparison function to obtain the comparison result of two cells in different rows in the new added row, wherein the logic operation of the preset comparison function comprises the following steps:
when the cell data of the first column and the cell data of the second column in the two cells of different columns are matched, the comparison result is a consistent identifier; and when the cell data of the first column and the cell data of the second column are not matched, the comparison result is an alarm identifier.
8. An inspection report generation device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a detection report template;
the system comprises a setting module, a sending module and a processing module, wherein the setting module is used for receiving a mail merging instruction, and the mail merging instruction carries a data source address, a worksheet identifier, a position to be filled and a project name to be filled;
the processing module is used for responding to the mail merging instruction, acquiring a merged data table corresponding to the data source address, and acquiring a work table corresponding to the work table identifier in the merged data table, wherein the merged data table is generated by integrating data;
the processing module is further configured to insert a merge domain in the position to be filled of the detection report template, and generate a target detection report file, where the merge domain is data corresponding to the name of the project to be filled in the worksheet, and the target detection report file includes a document corresponding to the merge domain.
9. An electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the detection report generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the detection report generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
