Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Example 1
In the preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention, a control method for an air conditioning unit is provided, which can be directly applied to various air conditioning units, and can also be applied to other devices with cooling and heating functions to achieve sterilization of the devices. In particular, fig. 1 shows an alternative flow chart of the method, which, as shown in fig. 1, comprises the following steps S102-S108:
s102: monitoring whether a sterilization function of the air conditioning unit is triggered or not;
s104: if yes, entering a refrigeration mode, controlling the temperature of the indoor unit tube to be maintained at a first preset sterilization temperature, and performing low-temperature sterilization;
s106: detecting whether low-temperature sterilization is finished;
s108: if yes, entering a heating mode, controlling the temperature of the indoor unit tube to be maintained at a second preset sterilization temperature, and performing high-temperature sterilization.
In the above embodiment, an air conditioner control scheme of effective degerming is provided, carries out low temperature degerming through getting into the refrigeration mode to get into the mode of heating after low temperature degerming is accomplished, carry out high temperature degerming, in order to carry out clean sterilization to air conditioner heat exchanger and indoor environment, build healthy comfortable indoor environment and clear indoor set.
Wherein, air conditioning unit's degerming function can be regularly triggered, perhaps detects whether environmental condition needs the degerming, perhaps opens voluntarily when the user has the degerming demand to satisfy various degerming demands.
In the specific sterilization process, the low-temperature sterilization and the high-temperature sterilization are mainly divided. The scheme for detecting whether the low-temperature sterilization is completed comprises the following steps: detecting whether the temperature of the indoor unit pipe is maintained at a first preset degerming temperature for a first preset time or not; if so, determining that the low-temperature sterilization is finished. When the bacteria are removed at low temperature, the temperature of the indoor machine is maintained between-10 ℃ and-15 ℃ for at least 15 minutes, so that the bacteria are effectively removed. And (3) maintaining the indoor unit tube temperature at about 60 ℃ for at least 15 minutes during high-temperature sterilization. Of course, the setting of the temperature and the time can also be adjusted according to the condition and the degerming requirement of the unit, for example, the environment is severe, the low-temperature degerming time can be prolonged, and the normal operation of the unit can be ensured.
For this purpose, after entering the cooling mode, the method further comprises the following steps: detecting the exhaust superheat degree and the suction superheat degree of the air conditioning unit; if the exhaust superheat degree and/or the suction superheat degree are/is smaller than a preset superheat degree threshold value, controlling a fan of the reserved indoor unit to be started; wherein, the air conditioning unit is provided with a reserved indoor unit. Optionally, if the exhaust superheat degree and/or the suction superheat degree is less than 5 ℃, starting a fan of the reserved indoor unit, increasing the evaporation capacity of the system, improving the suction superheat degree, and avoiding the influence of liquid return on the reliability of the compressor.
In addition, the method further includes, after entering the heating mode during high-temperature sterilization: detecting the exhaust pressure of the air conditioning unit; and if the exhaust pressure is greater than the preset pressure threshold value, controlling the fan of the reserved indoor unit to be started. In order to prevent condensation caused by rapid change of the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger from high temperature to normal temperature, after high-temperature sterilization is carried out, whether the high-temperature sterilization is finished or not is detected; and if so, entering anti-condensation control. Wherein, prevent condensation control includes: controlling an indoor fan to be started; the indoor fan is in a closed state after entering a cooling mode and a heating mode, and is started at the moment; controlling the compressor to gradually reduce the running frequency according to a preset frequency value; and detecting the indoor environment temperature, and controlling the compressor to stop when the indoor environment temperature reaches the preset temperature. In the process, the system capacity output is gradually reduced, the temperature of the indoor unit pipe is controlled to slowly reach the normal temperature, and the indoor fan runs for a period of time, so that the drying of the heat exchanger is ensured, and the condensation is prevented.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before performing the low-temperature sterilization, the method further comprises: and controlling the air conditioning unit to enter a self-cleaning mode. The method specifically comprises the following steps: entering a refrigeration mode, and controlling the temperature of the indoor unit to be maintained at a preset frosting temperature so as to frost the heat exchange pipe of the indoor unit; and after the frosting thickness reaches the preset thickness, entering a heating mode, controlling the indoor unit pipe temperature to be maintained at the preset defrosting temperature, and defrosting. Therefore, the dust removal function of the indoor unit is completed.

s202: entering an indoor unit self-cleaning mode; and the multi-split system enters a self-cleaning mode, and the original mode of the system is stopped.
S204: condensation and icing stages; the system operates according to a refrigeration mode, the indoor fan stops operating, the temperature of the indoor unit pipe is gradually reduced to be lower than zero centigrade, and the indoor unit pipe is maintained for a period of time, so that a frost layer with a certain thickness is formed on the heat exchanger of the indoor unit.
S206: a high-temperature drying stage; the four-way valve is quickly reversed, the system runs according to a heating mode, the indoor fan stops, and the temperature of the indoor fan gradually rises to play a role in defrosting and drying the heat exchanger. And then, finishing the dust removal function of the first stage of the indoor unit.
S208: a low-temperature sterilization stage; the system operates according to a refrigeration mode, the indoor fan stops operating, and the compressor, the fan and the electronic expansion valve are controlled to maintain the temperature of the indoor fan at about-10 ℃ for 15 minutes.
S210: judging whether the liquid return of the system is serious; during the period, the exhaust superheat degree and the suction superheat degree are judged, if the suction superheat degree or the exhaust superheat degree is less than 5 ℃, a fan of the reserved indoor unit is started, the evaporation capacity of the system is increased, the suction superheat degree is improved, and the problem that the reliability of the compressor is influenced by liquid return is avoided.
S212: the reserved indoor unit is started to maintain the stability of the system; and setting a reserved indoor unit for balancing system parameters under the limit working condition. The reserved indoor unit can be selected to be a place with low requirements on sterilization, such as a sundry room.
S214: a high-temperature sterilization stage; the system operates according to a heating mode, the fan of the indoor unit stops operating, and the compressor, the fan and the electronic expansion valve are controlled to maintain the temperature of the pipe of the indoor unit at about 60 ℃ for 15 minutes.
S216: judging whether the high voltage is higher;
s218: the reserved indoor unit is started to maintain the stability of the system; in the period, if the exhaust pressure is higher than a protection value, a fan of the reserved indoor unit is started, the heat exchange quantity of the condensation side of the system is increased, the high pressure of the system is reduced, and the running reliability of the system is ensured. And then, finishing the second-stage sterilization function of the indoor unit.
Finally, in order to prevent the condensation phenomenon caused by the rapid change of the tube temperature of the indoor heat exchanger from high temperature to normal temperature, after high-temperature sterilization, the running frequency of the compressor is reduced according to the speed of the preset frequency instead of the conventional rapid stop, so that the tube temperature of the heat exchanger is slowly reduced. The output of the system capacity is gradually reduced, and the temperature of the tube is controlled to slowly reach the normal temperature. Then the indoor fan runs for a period of time to ensure the drying of the heat exchanger.
