Abstract
The invention relates to a novel leachate treatment system, which comprises a pretreatment system, a biochemical system and a membrane treatment system, wherein the pretreatment system is sequentially provided with two bag filters and a vertical flow sedimentation tank, the biochemical system is sequentially provided with two anaerobic tanks, a primary anoxic tank, a primary aerobic tank, a secondary anoxic tank, a secondary aerobic tank and an external MBR (membrane bioreactor) water inlet tank, and the membrane treatment system is sequentially provided with an UF (micro aeration) system, an NF (nitrogen oxide) system, an RO (reverse osmosis) system and a clean water tank. The invention has the advantages that: the volume of the regulating tank is maximized according to the relevant design rule, and the regulating tank is suitable for sudden adjustment of a percolate anaerobic system in rainy seasons in summer; the biochemical system is provided with a multistage anoxic tank and an aerobic tank, the aerobic tank is connected with a carbon source supplementing pipe from the regulating tank, TN can be effectively removed, and the situations that dissolved oxygen in the secondary anoxic tank is difficult to control and the dissolved oxygen is wasted are avoided; the DTRO concentrated solution decrement system of the membrane treatment system is provided with a pipeline for producing water by ultrafiltration, which is beneficial to increasing the yield by sudden impact in summer and reducing the operation pressure.

The sanitary landfill method has the advantages of large treatment capacity, wide application range, simple process, lower cost, mature technology and the like, and becomes a recognized garbage disposal technology. In the process of landfill, a large amount of landfill leachate which has strong pollution and is difficult to degrade is generated due to the moisture carried by the garbage, the decomposition of organic matters during anaerobic decomposition, underground water soaking, rainwater leaching and the like, wherein the landfill leachate contains a large amount of organic matters and ammonia nitrogen, so the landfill leachate has to be treated necessarily to avoid polluting the ecological environment.
In the north, the water quantity is less in winter, the rainfall is large in summer, summer treatment cannot be easily caused, the environmental protection pressure is high, the water outlet requirement is strict, and the process needs to be properly adjusted due to excessive foam of the percolate treatment characteristic.

A novel leachate treatment system comprises a pretreatment system, a biochemical system and a membrane treatment system, wherein the pretreatment system is sequentially provided with two bag filters and a vertical flow sedimentation tank, the vertical flow sedimentation tank is connected with a first adjusting tank, a second adjusting tank and an accident tank, four submersible pumps are arranged in the first adjusting tank and the second adjusting tank, two centrifugal pumps are arranged in the first adjusting tank and used for feeding water into an anaerobic tank, the volume of the first adjusting tank is the maximum value according to related design rules, and the second adjusting tank and the adjusting tank share a centrifugal pump and used for feeding water into the anaerobic tank;
