The various modules are discussed in detail below:
firstly, a voice recognition module is used for recognizing voice,
recognizing a user voice instruction; speech recognition is divided into three categories: the first is a wake-up word of an assistant, and the wake-up word is set by a worker in advance; the second is a garbage classification function which is selected by the user and is required to be selected by the assistant, namely voice input or image recognition; the third type is the Chinese name of the garbage category, the identified Chinese name of the garbage is subjected to database query operation, and a corresponding garbage can is opened.
Image acquisition preprocessing module
Collecting garbage images in the detection area; the image acquisition preprocessing module comprises a high-definition camera and a raspberry pie, on one hand, the high-definition camera realizes real-time acquisition of garbage images in the detection area, and transmits image data to the garbage detection identification module in the raspberry pie through a USB transmission line; on the other hand, the image needs to be preprocessed before being transmitted, and preprocessing operations comprise color channel sequential conversion and image format conversion.
Third, rubbish detects the recognition module
Identifying the garbage types in the collected garbage images; the garbage detection and identification module can identify four types of garbage, namely kitchen garbage, recoverable matters, harmful garbage and other garbage by adopting a garbage detection and identification model trained by a YOLOv3 algorithm, wherein the training process adopts a Darknet version of YOLOv3, and a used data set is derived from a data set of a network open source and a part of self-made data set. And a data enhancement mode is adopted, operations such as turning, twisting and color dithering are carried out on the picture, increment of a data set is increased, and generalization capability of model detection is enhanced.
Hardware peripheral module
Voice collection and broadcasting, display of a garbage detection area and standby animation, collection of garbage can capacity data and opening and closing of the garbage can are achieved;
the hardware peripheral module comprises a small microphone, a small sound box, a display touch screen, a ZigBee coordinator, a motor, an ultrasonic ranging sensor and a raspberry pi; the raspberry pi is connected with other hardware peripherals, and in the connection mode, as the raspberry pi does not have an audio input interface, a USB sound card is required to be externally arranged for solving the problem, and the small microphone is connected with the USB sound card and used for collecting a user voice instruction; the miniature sound box is connected with a 3.5mm audio output port of the raspberry pie, and is powered through a USB (universal serial bus) to play prompt tones and recognition results; the display touch screen is connected with the raspberry through an HDMI line, plays animation in the standby and detection processes of the equipment, displays pictures during image detection, and displays the pictures during image detection by starting the camera, supports key operation, comprises two keys and is used for photographing and recording awakening words respectively; the ZigBee coordinator is connected with the raspberry group through an RS232 serial port line and is used for establishing a ZigBee network, collecting terminal node information and sending a control command from equipment; the motor and the ultrasonic ranging sensor are arranged inside the garbage can, so that the opening and closing of the garbage can and the real-time measurement of the capacity of the garbage can are realized.
Database module
The garbage type and name related information is stored, the database module adopts a MySQL database, the format of a built database table is a serial number garbage can with a Chinese name and an English name, the garbage type garbage can is coded in an utf-8 format to prevent Chinese messy codes, the garbage types are divided into four types, namely kitchen garbage, recyclable matters, harmful garbage and other garbage, the garbage can comprises garbage can serial numbers of different garbage types, for example, the garbage can serial number of the kitchen garbage is 1-2-3, and the garbage can serial number of the recyclable matters is 4-5-6, and so on.
Sixthly, a central processing module
The voice recognition module, the image acquisition preprocessing module, the garbage detection recognition module, the hardware peripheral module and the database module are connected and are responsible for scheduling the modules, so that an assistant can quickly respond according to instructions of a user.
The invention also discloses an intelligent garbage classification method, which adopts the intelligent garbage classification equipment and comprises the following steps:
s1, the user awakens the intelligent garbage classification device through the voice keywords, and if the keywords are set to be 'little help classmates', 'little boy classmates', and the like; staff can wake up the word and type the operation through waking up the word and type the button in the assistant's touch-sensitive screen. In the input process, after a worker presses a wakeup word input key, the assistant prompts to input a text of the wakeup word, and after pressing a confirmation key, the assistant automatically updates the text into the wakeup word, so that the wakeup word input operation is completed. Note that the wakeup word entry portion is only open to the staff, so the staff is required to enter an assistant's account and password before entry.
S2, after the equipment is awakened, the function introduction is played, the user is reminded of the function selection of voice recognition or image recognition through voice, and the user inputs an instruction through voice after the voice prompt is finished; if the device is awakened when in use, the function introduction prompt tone is not played repeatedly, and the function module is selected directly.
S3, if the voice input is selected, the equipment identifies the voice input by the user; if image recognition is selected, starting a high-definition camera, displaying a detection area on a display, reminding a user to put garbage into the recognition area and reminding the user to press a photographing key for recognition and classification;
and S4, querying the database to return an identification result and informing the user of the garbage type and the corresponding garbage can.
The voice recognition module converts the voice of the user into a Chinese text list, and queries and matches the text list with the garbage Chinese name in the database table; and the garbage detection and identification module returns garbage in the image to an English list and inquires and matches the text list with garbage English names in the database table.
In particular, during step S4, there are several cases involved:
(1) if the garbage types are not inquired for many times, prompting a user to put the garbage into a designated area and waiting for manual treatment;
(2) if the result is inquired, automatically opening the corresponding garbage can with the capacity not full, and reminding the user to put in the garbage can;
(3) if the corresponding garbage can is full under a certain classification, the garbage can is not opened, and a user is informed that the garbage can is full, and is reminded to put the garbage into a designated area;
