The spacer 105 is provided with a plurality of protruding columns 106, the handle stem 102 is provided with first mounting holes corresponding to the protruding columns 106, and the spacer 105 is inserted into the first mounting holes through the protruding columns 106 and then fixed on the handle stem 102.
