However, the existing depilatory preparation has poor depilatory effect, and a large amount of hair is always left, so that the depilation is not complete.
In addition, the existing depilatory preparation adds a plurality of irritant components for rapidly depilating, so that the skin becomes red and swollen after depilating, and even becomes allergic. Such as the addition of thioglycolic acid, which is more corrosive; ammonium thioglycollate is not alkali-resistant, has a large taste and is not suitable for being added into depilatory cream; sodium/potassium thioglycollate is not suitable for being added into the depilatory cream because the metal ion activity is too strong and the irritation is strong; calcium thioglycolate is more inert and milder than metal, but has relatively general depilatory effect as a depilatory preparation, and can cause irritation or poor depilatory effect when used under poor control.
In addition, the existing depilatory preparation grows hair at the depilatory position soon after depilation, and newly grown hair is easily rougher and thicker, so that a user needs to depilate again soon, and the newly grown hair is thicker when the use frequency is more frequent, so that the use amount of the depilatory preparation needs to be increased, the depilation is carried out more frequently, the depilatory interval is shorter and shorter, and the vicious circle is caused, so that the user is more worried.

In the same area, 100 volunteers aged 18 to 45 were recruited and randomly divided into 10 groups of 10 persons, and the 10 volunteers were tried for depilation on hand, foot and underarm using the products of examples 1 to 5, comparative examples 1 to 4 and the product of control group 1, respectively, and then the depilation condition and skin feeling of the depilation site were recorded and the feedback condition was collected for summary, and the results are shown in the following tables 2 and 3.
Table 2: comparative test results for depilation
Figure BDA0002772353480000111
As is apparent from Table 2 above, compared with the control group 1 using the conventional depilatory cream available in the market, the products of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention had excellent depilatory effect, and the depilation was cleaner and more complete and had no remaining of hairs. Further, the depilatory effect of comparative example 1 was far inferior to that of example 3, and thus, it was found that myristic acid has an important effect of improving the depilatory effect, and that only when calcium thioglycolate, calcium hydroxide and myristic acid act in concert with each other, the excellent depilatory effect as a whole could be achieved. The embodiment 3 is the best embodiment of the invention, has excellent depilatory effect, is mild and non-irritant, and can moisten and nourish the skin.
Table 3: comparative test results on feeling of depilation
Figure BDA0002772353480000121
As is apparent from Table 3 above, compared with the control group 1 in which conventional depilatory cream on the market is used for depilation, depilation using the products of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention has excellent effects of moisturizing and smoothing the skin, and is not comfortable and uncomfortable to use. However, the ratio of calcium thioglycolate to calcium hydroxide in comparative example 1 was adjusted, resulting in a slightly dry and rough feel for depilation using the product of comparative example 1, and a user experience far less comfortable than that of comparative example 3. Therefore, the ratio of calcium thioglycolate to calcium hydroxide needs to be strictly controlled, and a slight difference can cause a large difference in the result, so that the ratio of calcium thioglycolate to calcium hydroxide plays an important role in the effect, and the ratio is the optimal ratio range obtained by intensive research and numerous experiments of the inventor, and needs to be strictly controlled in the implementation process. Among them, example 3 is the most preferable example in this experiment.
Fourth, comparative test of depilation and suppression effects
55 mice of the same batch weighing between 35-50g were selected and randomly divided into 11 groups of 5 mice each.
Among them, the first 10 groups of mice were subjected to the hair growth inhibitory effect test corresponding to the products obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively, and the product of the commercially available control group 1. The test method comprises the following steps: uniformly coating 3g of depilatory cream products of corresponding groups on the same parts of the backs of all groups of test mice for depilatory treatment, wherein the depilatory area is 3cm x 3cm, observing the growth condition of hairs in the next 7 days, recording the time of the earliest growing of the hairs and calculating the average value in the groups, and also calculating the density degree of the newly growing hairs on the 7 th day (the evaluation degree is divided into very dense, thicker, sparser, very sparse and unobvious); uniformly coating 3g of depilatory cream products of corresponding groups on the original depilatory treated part on the 8 th day for the second depilatory treatment, observing the growth condition of the hair in the next 7 days after the second depilatory treatment, recording the time of the hair growing earliest from the second depilatory treatment, and calculating the average value in the group, and also recording the density of the newly growing hair on the 7 th day after the second depilatory treatment (the evaluation of the density is divided into very dense, sparse, very sparse and unobvious); the summary is shown in table 4 below.
Randomly selecting 1 group of experimental mice as a blank control group to carry out blank control test, wherein the test method comprises the following steps: uniformly coating 3g of deionized water on the same part of the back of a test mouse, then carrying out unhairing treatment by using a shaver, wherein the unhairing area is 3cm x 3cm, observing the growth condition of hairs in the next 7 days, recording the time of the earliest growing hairs and calculating the average value in a group, and further, the new growing hair density degree on the 7 th day; uniformly coating 3g of deionized water on the original unhairing part on the 8 th day, then carrying out secondary unhairing treatment by using a shaver, observing the growth condition of the hair in the next 7 days after the secondary unhairing, recording the time of the earliest hair growth from the secondary unhairing, calculating an average value in a group, and obtaining the new hair growth density degree on the 7 th day after the secondary unhairing; the results are summarized in Table 4 below.
Table 4: inhibition comparative test results
Figure BDA0002772353480000141
As is apparent from table 4 above, compared with the control group 1 that depilates with the conventional depilatory cream available in the market, depilatory with the products of examples 1 to 4 of the present invention has a significant effect of inhibiting hair growth, so that the depilatory effect lasts longer, and newly growing hair becomes more and more sparse, and depilatory with the products of examples 1 to 4 for a long time, subsequently growing new hair becomes more and more sparse, so that depilatory becomes easier. It is apparent from example 4, comparative example 2 and comparative example 4 that soybean isoflavone and pine needle extract have important effects on hair growth inhibition, and the hair growth inhibition effects are far from each other in the absence of either one of them, and the combination of both exerts a significant hair growth inhibition effect. Among them, example 3 is the most preferable example in this experiment.
The depilatory preparation has excellent depilatory effect, can inhibit the growth of depilated hair, is non-irritant, mild and skin-friendly, meets the detection standard, and is suitable for popularization and application.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the embodiments of the present invention and not for the purpose of limiting the same, and equivalent modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the overall spirit of the invention.
