In addition, after the winding shaft 30 completes winding the oxygen tube 21, the external force which can overcome the attraction force of the magnet 40 can be directly applied to the direction of the top plate 70 by the winding shaft 30, so that the winding shaft 30 is disconnected from the magnet 40, the whole winding shaft 30 with the oxygen tube 21 is taken out of the winding cavity 13, and then the winding shaft 30 with the oxygen tube 21 is covered by the tube cover 5, thereby not only ensuring that the oxygen tube 21 is not loose after being recovered, but also utilizing the idle tube cover 5.
