The embodiment of the invention provides a flexible screen display device.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a flexible screen display device provided in an embodiment of the present invention in a first state, fig. 2 is a side view of the flexible screen display device provided in the embodiment of the present invention in the first state, and fig. 3 is a rear view of the flexible screen display device provided in the embodiment of the present invention in the first state. The flexible screen display device includes: a front case 10 and a main screen 11 on the front case 10; a rear cover 20 sliding with respect to the front case 10; the auxiliary screen 30 is connected with the main screen 11 and the top of the rear cover 20, the auxiliary screen 30 and the main screen 11 are a whole screen, only the main screen 11 is fixed on the front shell 10, and the auxiliary screen 30 is flexible and the surface of the screen is suspended; a sliding assembly (not shown in fig. 1) connecting the front case 10 and the rear cover 20. The display device further comprises a camera module 40 connected with the auxiliary screen 30 and the top of the rear cover 20, namely, the auxiliary screen 30 and the rear cover 20 are connected through the camera module 40. The sliding assembly can realize the sliding of the rear cover 20 relative to the front housing 10, and when the bottom of the rear cover 20 is flush with the bottom of the front housing 10, the rear cover 20 is defined to be in the first position, that is, the flexible screen display device is in the first state.
As shown in fig. 2, when the bottom of the rear cover 20 is at a first position flush with the bottom of the front housing 10, the secondary screen 30 is curved and is located at the top of the display device, and at this time, a whole flexible screen is divided into two areas, namely, the main screen 11 and the secondary screen 30, which can display different contents, so as to realize a split-screen display function. For example, the sub-screen 30 may be used to display instant messages such as short messages and weather, or display time, and may also be used to display the content of other widgets.
In the present embodiment, the sliding surface 101 on which the rear cover 20 slides with respect to the front case 10 is a curved surface, and both the front surface and the rear surface opposite to the sliding surface 101 are flat surfaces. Wherein the middle thickness of the front case 10 is greater than the top and bottom thicknesses of the front case 10, and the middle thickness of the rear cover 20 is less than the top and bottom thicknesses of the rear cover 20.
As shown in fig. 3, when the rear cover 20 is in the first position, the camera module 40 and the rear cover 20 have the same plane, if the main screen 11 is the front surface of the flexible screen display device, the camera module 400 is located at the back surface of the flexible screen display device, and at this time, the camera module 40 can be used as a rear camera to take a picture of an external scene.
The camera module 40 includes a main board 41, and a camera 42, a flash 43 and an earpiece 44 mounted on the main board. The flashlight 43 and the earpiece 44 may be embedded in the main board 41, and may not protrude from the main board 41. As shown in fig. 2, the camera 42 protrudes from the inner side of the main board 41, that is, the surface of the camera 42 and the surface of the main board 41 are located on the same plane on the outer side of the main board 41. Thus in the rear view of fig. 3, the flexible screen display may be flat on the back to enhance aesthetics. Therefore, when the user does not need to use the camera, the flashlight and the receiver, the flexible screen display device can be in the first state, the camera module 40 is located on the back side, and then the main screen 11 is a real full-screen.
In this embodiment, the number of the cameras 42 is 4, there are 2 cameras on both sides of the main board 41 in the width direction, and the flash 43 and the earpiece 44 may be located in the middle of the main board 41.
When the bottom of the back cover 20 is above the bottom of the front housing 10, it is defined that the back cover 20 is in the second position, i.e. the flexible screen display device is in the second state.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a flexible screen display device according to an embodiment of the present invention in a second state, fig. 5 is a side view of the flexible screen display device according to the embodiment of the present invention in the second state, and fig. 6 is a front view of the flexible screen display device according to the embodiment of the present invention in the second state.
When the rear cover 20 slides up to be located at the second position, the auxiliary screen 30 and the main screen 11 are located on the same plane, and at this time, the auxiliary screen 30 and the main screen 11 can display the same content, so that the size of the display area can be increased. The camera 42 in the camera module 40 and the main screen 11 have the same plane (i.e. the front surface of the flexible screen display device), and since the camera 42 protrudes from the inner side of the main board 41, no part protrudes from the outer front surface, the appearance is attractive. The camera 42 can be used as a front camera for self-shooting at this time, and when a video call arrives, the back cover 20 slides upwards to be capable of carrying out video with friends. The earpiece 44 in the camera module 40 is also located on the front of the flexible display device, and when a call or voice message comes, the earpiece can be used to talk by sliding the back cover 20 upwards.
The main board 41 is made of flexible material and can be bent during the sliding process of the back cover 20, but the camera 42, the flashlight 43 and the receiver 44 cannot be bent, which may affect the functions. Since the camera 42, the flashlight 43 and the earpiece 44 are small, the main board 41 can be flipped directly to the other side by the spring force when it is bent to the position of these components, and the specific spring structure will be explained later when the slide assembly is described.
Hereinafter, a sliding assembly between the front case 10 and the rear cover 20, which is implemented by a spring structure, will be described in detail.
