The invention relates to a sound quality adjusting method of electrical appliance noise, and also relates to a range hood applying the method.
Background
The range hood has become an essential kitchen appliance for common people since the entry of the range hood into China in the nineties of the last century. The main functions of the range hood are that oil smoke generated when a user cooks is sucked from the air inlet through the fan system impeller, the oil smoke is filtered by using the air inlet filter screen and the impeller, and the filtered oil smoke is discharged from the air outlet, so that the purification work of the kitchen environment is completed, the sound is used as an important index for improving the user experience when the range hood works, the influence on the whole range hood is very great, and especially under the same air volume and air pressure, the sound is very important for improving the feeling of the sound for the user.
The range hood on the market at present looks very much at the index of amount of wind and pressure, along with the improvement of whole standard of living, more and more users begin to shift attention to on the sound, all measure the size of sound power or acoustic pressure in the current product on the market, and then judge the quality of product work sound, therefore mainly adopt various methods of noise reduction to improve the work sound of product among the prior art, pay close attention to less to the sound quality.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for adjusting sound quality of appliance noise according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for adjusting the sound quality of the noise of the electrical appliance in the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s1, turning on an electric appliance;
s2, judging whether a user starts a sound combination working mode, if not, normally working the electric appliance, and if so, carrying out S3;
s3, collecting a sound signal when the electric appliance works, and calculating sound pressure level data P0 of the sound signal after collecting the sound signal with the set time length T; in the embodiment, T is 30 seconds, and the calculation accuracy of the sound pressure level data P0 of the sound signal can be ensured through sound collection of the time length of T;
s4, extracting characteristic frequency points in each frequency band in the sound signal, wherein multiple frequency bands may exist in the sound signal, such as signals in a frequency band range of 100-300Hz and signals in a frequency band range of 600-800Hz, and the characteristic frequency points refer to signal points with large peak values in the frequency bands; when extracting signal points with larger peak values in a frequency band, the extraction of the peak value signal points at harmonic frequency positions is not needed, for example, within 100-300Hz, the peak values at 100Hz, 150Hz, 200Hz and 300Hz are larger, and because 200Hz is twice as large as 100Hz and 300Hz is twice as large as 150Hz, the larger peak value of 200Hz and 100Hz is taken as a characteristic frequency point, and the larger peak value of 300Hz and 150Hz is taken as a characteristic frequency point;
s5, extracting matched composite audio lines according to the acquired characteristic frequency points of the sound signals and by combining the peak value size of the characteristic frequency points with the sound pressure level P0 data, wherein the composite audio lines are stored in the electric appliance and only need to search the matched composite audio lines according to the sound pressure level P0 data and the characteristic frequency points of the sound signals; the audio synthesis line is a frequency spectrum of a melody sound which is stored in the electric appliance and is composed of a series of frequency points with corresponding relations of peak values;
s6, calculating difference values of the synthesized audio line and the corresponding sound frequency spectrum of the sound signal at each audio line, and further listing compensation values a1 at each audio line; the compensation value a1 is a list, and the list contains peak compensation values at all frequency points;
s7, calculating gain b by combining the current sound pressure level data P0, the compensation value a1, the compensation value a0 in the previous sound combination process and the human ear sensitivity curve; the previous compensation value a0 is the compensation value in the previous process cycle, and the value is updated at the same time when the new compensation value a1 is obtained;
s8, synthesizing the gained polyphonic frequency spectrum with the sound signal frequency spectrum, and further outputting polyphonic sound corresponding to the polyphonic frequency spectrum;
s9, collecting the output chorus sound signal, calculating sound pressure level data P1 corresponding to the chorus sound signal, and for the sake of calculation accuracy, collecting the chorus sound signal for a period of time and then calculating the sound pressure level data P1;
s10, comparing the P1 with a matched sound pressure level data threshold value Pn;
if P1 > Pn, returning to S7; calculating gain b again according to P0, the current compensation value a1, the previous compensation value a0 and the sensitivity curve of human ears, and synthesizing the gain synthesized spectrum again;
if P1 is less than or equal to Pn, judging that the sound pressure increment of the output polyphonic sound in the specific frequency band does not exceed the corresponding sound pressure set value, and performing S3, and circulating the steps so as to continuously output the polyphonic sound with pleasant appearance.
The sound quality adjusting method for the noise of the electrical appliance can be applied to electrical appliances which can generate unpleasant sound in various working processes, such as a range hood, so that the noise generated in the working process of the range hood can be subjected to chorus processing, the range hood can output more pleasant and comfortable sound, the user experience is improved, and the product competitiveness is improved.
The range hood applying the method comprises a fan frame, a fan system arranged in the fan frame, a sound collector arranged at an air inlet on the fan frame, a control circuit board arranged in the fan frame and a loudspeaker arranged on the fan frame, wherein the fan system, the sound collector and the loudspeaker are respectively and electrically connected with the control circuit board. The sound collector can collect noise sound data generated by the range hood during working, and the control circuit board combines the sound data by the method and outputs combined sound through the loudspeaker.
In the prior art, active or passive noise reduction technologies are adopted for electrical appliance noise, but the technologies mainly reduce the noise sound pressure so as to improve the product sound performance index, and less attention is paid to the sound quality problem of reducing whether the back sound is harsh and the like. The sound quality adjusting method of the electric appliance noise solves the problem of output sound quality, and pays more attention to the auditory perception of a user. According to the sound quality adjusting method for the electric appliance noise, under the condition that the working sound pressure level of the electric appliance is not reduced, the characteristics of the sound signals collected when the electric appliance works are adjusted by combining the current sound pressure and the sensitivity characteristics of human ears to sound, sound compensation is performed on the characteristics of the sound signals, and then the sound signals are combined with the collected sound signals, so that the combined sound can reach the optimal comfort point at the highest speed, and more pleasant combined sound is output, the output sound in the working process of the electric appliance can be controlled and adjusted, the output sound can be gentler as required, the sound quality of the electric appliance work is improved, the auditory sense is more comfortable, the user experience is improved, and the product competitiveness is improved.
