The embodiment of the invention provides a hotel room check-in monitoring method and a hotel room check-in monitoring system, and the hotel is understood to be a conventional hotel, and refers to a place for providing go to bed and diet to guests, including but not limited to hotels, business hotels, inn, guest stacks, apartments and civilians.
In the prior art, each room of the hotel generally has an independent power supply line, when no resident is in a check-in state, the power supply line of the hotel is in a disconnection and non-power-on state, and after the hotel enters the room, a power taking card is inserted into a power taking switch to be powered on by the power supply line of the room, so that the room is powered on. Therefore, when a guest is in a room, the guest can be electrified for a long time in the room, and accordingly, the live condition of the room can be conveniently and accurately monitored in real time by monitoring the electricity consumption on the power supply line in the room in real time.
As shown in fig. 1, according to a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a hotel room check-in monitoring method, which may include the steps of:
S101, acquiring electricity utilization information of a monitored hotel room, wherein the electricity utilization information comprises electricity utilization starting time and/or electricity utilization duration;
when the check-in condition of the hotel room is required to be monitored, firstly electricity utilization information of the monitored hotel room is required to be acquired, wherein the electricity utilization information comprises electricity utilization starting time and/or electricity utilization duration, the electricity utilization starting time refers to the time when the monitored hotel room starts to be electrified, the electricity utilization duration refers to the duration of electricity utilization in the whole electricity utilization process without interruption of electricity utilization from the electricity utilization starting time.
S102, judging whether a person in the monitored hotel room checks in or not based on the electricity consumption;
After the electricity consumption information is obtained, the electricity consumption information is analyzed and processed to judge whether a person in the monitored hotel room is in the hotel room. Because the hotel room is generally electrified when a person takes a check-in, whether the hotel room takes a check-in or not can be simply and accurately judged according to the information such as the electricity utilization starting time, the electricity utilization duration and the like in the electricity utilization information.
Specifically, the method for judging whether a person is in the house can adopt any one of the following three methods:
the method 1 comprises the steps of comparing the electricity utilization starting time in the electricity utilization information with a preset time period threshold, and judging that a person in the monitored hotel room checks in when the electricity utilization starting time is within the time period threshold. The above-described time period threshold may be set in advance according to conventional experience or history data. Since the hotel room is generally powered up only when the hotel is cleaned except when guests check in, and the time for the hotel cleaner to clean the hotel room every day is usually a relatively fixed time period, for example, 12 pm to two pm each day, or half an hour after the corresponding room is taken out of the room, the preset time period threshold can be set to other time periods except for the two time periods, and if the monitored hotel room is powered up in the preset time period, the guests are considered to check in the hotel room.
And 2, comparing the electricity consumption time length in the electricity consumption information with a preset time length threshold, and judging that a person in the monitored hotel room checks in when the electricity consumption time length is greater than the time length threshold. The time period threshold value described above may be set in advance according to conventional experience or history data. Since the hotel room is generally powered up only when the hotel is cleaned except when a guest is in the hotel room, the time for the hotel cleaner to clean the hotel room is generally relatively fixed, for example, generally about 10 minutes, at this time, in order to avoid that some special conditions cause the cleaning room to exceed the time, the time threshold may be set to 15 minutes or 20 minutes, and when the power-up time of the monitored room exceeds the time threshold, the guest is considered to be in the hotel room.
And 3, comparing the electricity consumption starting time in the electricity consumption information with a preset time period threshold, and simultaneously comparing the electricity consumption time in the electricity consumption information with a preset time period threshold, and judging that people in the monitored hotel room check in when the electricity consumption starting time is within the time period threshold and the electricity consumption time is greater than the time period threshold. The method for setting the time period threshold and the duration threshold is described in the method 1 and the method 2, and is not described herein. By combining the power utilization starting time and the power utilization duration, the living situation of the monitored room is judged based on the two parameters, the accuracy of the judging result is effectively improved, and the embodiment preferably adopts the method 3 for judging whether the monitored room is living or not.
S103, when the judgment result shows that the monitored hotel room is occupied by a person, acquiring room identification information of the monitored hotel room, wherein the room identification information at least comprises a room number corresponding to the monitored hotel room;
If the monitored hotel room is checked in according to the judgment result of whether the monitored hotel room is checked in or not according to the electricity consumption information in the last step, acquiring the room identification information of the monitored hotel room comprising the room number corresponding to the monitored hotel room, thereby determining the specific information such as the room number of the checked-in room. Specifically, the room identification information may also include hotel addresses, hotel names, etc., where the room identification information is an identity credential of the monitored hotel rooms, each room having its unique room identification information.
S104, generating corresponding room entrance information based on the room identification information;
After the identification information of the monitored room is obtained, the identification information of the room is bound with the judgment result of the monitored hotel room having people to check in, and room check-in information corresponding to the monitored hotel room is generated, that is, the room check-in information at least comprises room number information and check-in state information which is "checked in", and of course, the check-in time can also be added into the room check-in information, and the check-in time is the monitored electricity utilization starting time.
In this embodiment, the method may further include the steps of:
s105, searching whether room numbers matched with room check-in information exist in check-in information of the hotel, and if not, generating check-in alarm information;
in order to further confirm the check-in state of the room, whether the check-in condition is illegal, such as intentional check-out, is judged, after the room check-in information is generated, whether room number information matched with the room number in the room check-in information is found in the check-in information of the hotel, if the room number information is not matched with the room number in the room check-in information, the check-in condition is illegal, such as intentional check-out, possibly occurring, and check-in alarm information is automatically generated at the moment.
S106, reporting the check-in alarm information.
