Fig. 2 illustrates a first flowchart of the item scheduling method according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for scheduling goods according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 20: and the goods scheduling equipment receives scheduling information of the target goods sent by the input equipment.
In practical application, the input device is a display panel, and may receive scheduling information of a target item input by a user through the display panel by text input, voice input or identification operation, and then send the scheduling information of the target item received by the input device to the item scheduling device. The scheduling information of the target goods may be information such as the type, quantity, ex-warehouse or in-warehouse of the target goods, for example: three displays for delivery from warehouse.
Step 21: under the condition that the goods scheduling equipment finds the storage information of the target goods from the corresponding relation of the goods and the storage information according to the scheduling information of the target goods, the goods scheduling equipment controls the scheduling execution equipment to schedule the target goods according to the shelf information of the target goods and the level information of the target goods; the corresponding warehousing information of each goods comprises shelf information of the goods and level information of the goods.
In practical applications, the shelf information of the goods may be a code or name of a shelf, such as the 1 st shelf or a household goods shelf. The level information of the goods can comprise the level code of the goods at a certain shelf and the specific position in the specific level, such as the rightmost side of the bottom layer of the 1 st shelf or the 02 area at the middle layer of the 1 st shelf, and it can be understood that each layer can be divided or arranged into three positions of left, middle and right.
Certainly, the warehousing information corresponding to each of the goods may further include some information of a warehouse where the goods are located, such as warehouse parameters, warehouse coordinates, warehouse channel parameters, scheduling temporary storage area configuration parameters, and the like, and the warehousing information of the target goods is searched in the corresponding relationship between the goods and the warehousing information according to the scheduling information of the target goods. The warehouse parameter may be a name or a code of the warehouse, the warehouse coordinate may be geographical location information such as a longitude and latitude of the warehouse, and the warehouse channel parameter may be a sequential label of a plurality of channels of a certain warehouse.
For example: when the dispatching information of the target goods is three displays for ex-warehouse, the middle shelf of the second layer of the shelf of the 3-channel 123 at the northeast corner of the No. 1 warehouse of the three displays can be found in the corresponding relation between the goods and the warehousing information, and the dispatching execution equipment can be controlled to dispatch the target goods according to the shelf information of the goods and the level information of the goods on the shelf. If the middle rack of the second layer of the rack with one display at the northeast corner 3 channel 123 of the No. 1 warehouse is found in the corresponding relation between the goods and the warehousing information, and the left racks of the first layer of the racks with the other two displays at the northeast corner 2 channel 120 of the No. 1 warehouse are found, the scheduling execution equipment is controlled to schedule the target goods on the two racks. Each layer and each layer of the goods shelf are provided with the goods types and the quantity of the goods which can be stored, and the utilization rate of the goods shelf can be improved when corresponding storage is carried out.
Therefore, the goods scheduling method provided by the embodiment of the invention is that the goods scheduling equipment receives the scheduling information of the target goods sent by the input equipment, and then whether the warehousing information of the target goods exists is searched from the corresponding relation between the goods and the warehousing information according to the scheduling information of the target goods. The storage information of the goods comprises shelf information and the level information of the goods on the shelf, so that after the scheduling information of the target goods is received, if the storage information of the target goods is found in the corresponding relation between the goods and the storage information, the shelf information of the target goods and the level information of the target goods on the shelf, namely the specific position information of the target goods on a certain shelf, are also found, then the target goods on the shelf are scheduled by the accurate control scheduling execution equipment, and therefore the utilization rate and the storage throughput of the storage shelf are improved.
As an implementation manner, before the goods scheduling device receives the scheduling information of the target goods sent by the input device, the goods scheduling method further includes: and the goods dispatching equipment controls the input equipment to display a three-dimensional visual interface. The three-dimensional visual interface is determined by the corresponding relation between the goods and the warehousing information. The scheduling information of the target goods is the target goods identification operation information displayed by the user aiming at the three-dimensional visual interface.
In practical application, the storage information of each goods in the storage database comprises the shelf information of the goods and the level information of the goods on the shelf, the three-dimensional visual interface of the warehouse is generated based on the three-dimensional drawing protocol according to the storage information of the goods, the three-dimensional visual interface of the warehouse can be displayed on the display, the storage information of the goods can be understood to comprise the level information of the goods on the shelf, and the generated three-dimensional visual interface can see the condition of the goods stored on each layer of each shelf. The operation information of the target goods identification displayed by aiming at the three-dimensional visual interface can be that the target goods are clicked on the interface first, and the target goods are dragged into the specified position of the searched corresponding level of the goods shelf; or clicking the target goods at the corresponding level designated position of the searched goods shelf, and dragging the target goods into the temporary storage area. Embodiments are not limited to stereoscopic mapping protocols.
As an implementation manner, fig. 3 illustrates a second flowchart of the goods scheduling method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the steps of the article scheduling device controlling the scheduling execution device to schedule the target article according to the shelf information of the target article and the hierarchy information of the target article according to the embodiment of the present invention are as follows:
step 30: and the goods scheduling equipment controls the transportation equipment to move the goods shelf to the scheduling temporary storage area according to the goods shelf information of the target goods.
In practical application, the input device receives scheduling information of a target goods, the goods scheduling device generates a scheduling instruction according to the scheduling information, the scheduling instruction is machine language, the scheduling information is analyzed into a scheduling task of the transportation device, the goods scheduling device sends the scheduling task to the transportation device, and the scheduling task comprises shelf information of the target goods and level information of a shelf where the target goods are located. Before the transportation equipment moves the goods shelves to the scheduling temporary storage area according to the scheduling task, whether the transportation equipment is idle or not needs to be judged, if the idle transportation equipment exists, the scheduling task is sent to the idle transportation equipment, if the idle transportation equipment does not exist, when a certain transportation equipment needs to wait for being idle, the scheduling task is sent to the just idle transportation equipment, and the idle transportation equipment moves the goods shelves to the scheduling temporary storage area according to the scheduling task. The transport device may be a cart, but is not limited thereto.
Step 31: and the goods scheduling equipment controls the grabbing equipment to schedule the target goods on the goods shelf according to the level information of the target goods.
In practical application, after the goods shelf is moved to the scheduling temporary storage area, the grabbing device receives information that the goods shelf is moved to the scheduling temporary storage area and is sent by the goods scheduling device, if the scheduling information of the target goods is to take the target goods out of the goods shelf, the grabbing device calls the target goods out of the appointed position of the corresponding level in the goods shelf, and if the scheduling information of the target goods is to put the target goods in the goods shelf, the grabbing device calls the target goods into the appointed position of the corresponding level in the goods shelf.
Step 32: and the goods scheduling equipment controls the transportation equipment to move the goods shelf back to the goods shelf position represented by the goods shelf information of the target goods according to the goods shelf information of the target goods.
After the target goods are called into the designated position of the corresponding level in the goods shelf or the target goods are called out from the designated position of the corresponding level in the goods shelf, the scheduling work is not finished finally, after the goods scheduling equipment receives the completion of the calling-in or calling-out operation sent by the grabbing equipment, the goods scheduling equipment sends an instruction for moving the goods shelf back to the goods shelf position represented by the goods shelf information of the target goods, the transportation equipment executes the operation, and then the scheduling work of the whole target goods is finished.
In practical application, after the goods scheduling device generates the scheduling instruction, the monitoring device monitors the execution conditions of the transportation device and the grabbing device in real time, and transmits the execution conditions back to the goods scheduling device to update the data of the storage database in real time.
In an optional mode, the goods scheduling device controls the grabbing device to schedule the target goods on the shelf according to the level information of the target goods, and the method comprises the following steps:
and when the scheduling information is the ex-warehouse information of the target goods, the goods scheduling equipment controls the grabbing equipment to dispatch the target goods out of the goods shelf according to the level information of the goods, and the level information and the goods shelf information of the target goods are unbound.
And when the scheduling information is the warehousing information of the target goods, the goods scheduling equipment controls the grabbing equipment to transfer the target goods to the goods shelf according to the level information of the goods, and binds the level information of the target goods and the corresponding goods shelf information.
In practical application, when the scheduling information is the ex-warehouse information of the target goods, the goods scheduling equipment controls the grabbing equipment to dispatch the target goods out of the shelf according to the level information of the goods, and the level information and the shelf information of the target goods can be unbound through the mobile terminal, for example: the three displays are arranged on the middle rack on the second layer of the goods shelf, after being called out from the position, the mobile terminal updates the information of the three displays on the middle rack on the second layer of the goods shelf, the warehousing information of the three displays is updated, the warehousing information of the target goods is not arranged on the middle rack on the second layer of the goods shelf, the middle rack on the second layer of the goods shelf does not contain the information of the three displays, and the level information and the goods shelf information of the target goods are considered to be unbound. The mobile terminal may be a barcode scanner, a radio frequency identification reader, and a terminal reader, but is not limited thereto, and when the mobile terminal is a barcode scanner, scanning the shelf barcode and the target goods barcode is to unbind the level information and shelf information of the target goods. And similarly, the mobile terminal binds the level information of the target goods and the corresponding shelf information. The mobile equipment is used for timely unbinding or binding the level information of the target goods and the corresponding shelf information, and timely returning the shelf level region placement frames to the goods dispatching equipment, so that the shelf level region is clear to be usable or unusable, and the dispatching speed of the target goods is improved.
