Abstract
The invention relates to a product quality control method of a gravure printing machine. The technical proposal is as follows: an on-line monitoring method for the color change of intaglio decorating paper comprises the following steps: 1) Engraving a printing dot on the edge of each plate roller, wherein the printing dots of each plate roller are separated by a distance in the circumferential direction of the plate roller in the same set of plate rollers; 2) Detecting the current position through a rotary encoder of the plate roller, so that a color sensor of each color group can only detect color blocks corresponding to the original color group; 3) Before starting up production, performing red-yellow Lan San primary color analysis on color blocks of each color group through a color sensor, and storing the read initial data into a programmable controller as a production comparison standard; 4) In the production process, color sensors of all color groups continuously read color blocks printed by a plate roller of the original color group, continuously compare the color blocks with stored initial color data, and display the percentage of comparison results on a display screen in real time. The method should be sensitive in reaction and accurate in monitoring.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a product quality control method of a gravure printing machine, in particular to an on-line monitoring method for color change of gravure decorative paper.
Background
The gravure decorative paper has high printing speed, is generally kept between 100 and 200 meters, and is difficult to observe and detect only by naked eyes; in the printing process, the color changes in different magnitudes due to the influence of raw materials and environment; when the deviation is large, quality accidents such as product rejection and the like can occur. At present, since the intaglio-printed decorative papers are mostly printed with 3 or more colors, the colors are overlapped with each other, so that it is difficult to perform high-speed on-line detection.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the background technology and provide an on-line monitoring method for the color change of intaglio decorative paper, which has the characteristics of sensitive response and accurate monitoring so as to realize the effective monitoring of the printing quality of decorative paper products.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
an on-line monitoring method for the color change of intaglio decorating paper comprises the following steps:
1) Engraving a printing dot on the edge of each plate roller, wherein the purpose is to print a single-color block on the edge of the decorative paper by the ink of the ink tank of the corresponding plate roller; in the same register roller, the printing lattice points of each register roller are separated by a certain distance in the circumferential direction of the register roller, so that color blocks printed by each register roller are separated by a certain distance in the length direction of the decorative paper, and the color overlapping phenomenon among the color blocks in the production process is avoided;
2) Detecting the current position through a rotary encoder of the plate roller, so that a color sensor of each color group can only detect color blocks corresponding to the original color group;
3) Before starting up production, performing red-yellow Lan San primary color analysis on color blocks of each color group through a color sensor, and storing the read initial data into a programmable controller as a reference for production comparison;
4) In the production process, color sensors of all color groups continuously read color blocks printed by a plate roller of the original color group, continuously compare the color blocks with stored initial color data, and display the percentage of comparison results on a display screen in real time.
In the step 4), the comparison result is displayed in real time, and whether the comparison result exceeds the standard is judged manually; or the programmable controller sends out alarm sound and light when exceeding the standard.
The variable program controller is respectively connected with the display screen, the rotary encoder and the color sensor.
The printing dots are rectangular dots with the length of 5mm multiplied by 5 mm.
The certain distance in the step 1) is 20mm.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the method provided by the invention adopts the color sensors arranged in the color groups to monitor the color blocks printed by the natural color groups in real time, so that the color monitoring is accurate, the response is sensitive and quick, the effective monitoring of the printing quality of the decorative paper product is realized, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is saved. In addition, the adopted hardware equipment is the original configuration of the intaglio printing press, so that the adding cost of the equipment is not required to be increased.

Detailed Description
Intaglio printing presses (see fig. 1) are typically provided with a plurality of color sets (typically 3-4 color sets), each color set being responsible for printing a pattern of one color; each color set includes a plate roller 30, a drying mechanism 40, and is configured with a display screen 60, a rotary encoder (coaxially fixed at one end of the plate roller), and a color sensor 20 (the variable program controller may also turn on an audible and visual alarm that emits sound and light) that are each connected to a variable program controller 50. After the decorative paper 10 sequentially passes through each color group, patterns with multiple colors are superimposed on the decorative paper, so that patterns required by designs are formed.
The on-line monitoring method for the color change of the intaglio decorating paper comprises the following steps:
1) Engraving one printing dot (preferably rectangular dots of 5mm x 5 mm) on each edge of the plate roller in order to print one single color patch on the edge of the length direction of the decorative paper with the ink of the ink tank 70 of the corresponding plate roller (each plate roller prints one color patch, so the number of color patches is the same as that of the plate rollers); in the same register roller, the printing dots of each register roller are separated by a distance in the circumferential direction (such as a first color block 1, a second color block 2 and a third color block 3 which are respectively printed by the register rollers in the first color group, the second color group and the third color group shown in fig. 3), so that the color blocks printed by each register roller are separated by a certain distance (preferably 20 cm) in the length direction of the decorative paper, and the color overlapping phenomenon among the color blocks in the production process is avoided;
2) The length of a rotary encoder on each plate roller is adjusted, so that a color sensor of each color group can only detect color blocks corresponding to the original color group;
3) Before starting up production, performing red-yellow Lan San primary color analysis on color blocks of each color group through a color sensor, and storing the read initial data into a programmable controller as a reference for production comparison;
4) In the production process, the color sensors of each color group continuously read the printed color blocks, the variable program controller continuously compares the read data with the stored initial color data, and the comparison result (usually expressed by percentage) is displayed on the man-machine interface of the display screen in real time. Displaying the comparison result in real time, and judging whether the comparison result exceeds the standard manually; or the programmable controller sends out alarm sound and light (like alarm signals such as alarm lamps) when exceeding the standard.
