secondly, in the working process, the take-up reel 8 and the servo motor 9o are started, so that the take-up reel 8 pulls the electric wire to move in the wire drawing hole of the wire drawing mechanism, and before the electric wire enters the machine body 1, the brush rollers 9g positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the electric wire rub the periphery of the electric wire along the radial direction, so that dust or adhesion on the periphery of the electric wire is removed, and the influence on the wire drawing quality is prevented;

step four, the waste liquid generated in the cooling process flows into the water collecting tank 1d under the guide action of gravity and the first guide plate 1g, so that the cooling liquid is convenient to collect and treat, and the working environment is prevented from being polluted;
and fifthly, the inner diameter of the wire drawing hole of the first adjustable wire drawing mechanism 2 is smaller than that of the wire drawing hole of the second adjustable wire drawing mechanism 3, so that the wire is firstly pre-drawn by the second adjustable wire drawing mechanism 3 with a lower water surface, the diameter of the wire is slightly larger than that of a finished wire, and then the wire is formed and drawn by the first adjustable wire drawing mechanism 2, and the wire drawing effect and quality are improved.
