For convenience of understanding and explanation, the moving massage control method, the moving massage control device, the moving handle, the moving massage control system, and the storage medium according to the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a basic flowchart of a method for controlling exercise massage according to an embodiment of the present application. The method is applied to a sports handle end, wherein the sports handle can be connected with a sports assembly or a massage assembly, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, obtaining identification parameters of the connected components, and identifying the working mode corresponding to the connected components according to the identification parameters.
It should be noted that the components in the embodiments of the present application may include, but are not limited to, a motion component and a massage component. For example, the exercise assembly includes a dumbbell assembly and the massage assembly includes a fascia gun assembly. The identification parameter is an identity code for distinguishing each component, such as a product serial number, and the corresponding operating mode of the connected component is identified by analyzing a specific bit of the product serial number. Illustratively, assuming that the specific bit is the first bit of the serial number of the product, if the first bit is "1", the corresponding working mode of the connected component is characterized as a motion mode, and if the first bit is "2", the corresponding working mode of the connected component is characterized as a massage mode.
In addition, the connection mode of the motion handle and each component in the embodiment of the application can include but is not limited to a wired connection and a wireless connection. Wherein, wired connection means that a closed circuit is formed between the motion handle and each component, and the arrangement has the advantages of simple structure and low production cost. And wireless connection means that a communication link is established between the motion handle and each component through wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, mobile data or Wi-Fi, and the advantage of setting up like this lies in can realizing omnidirectional intelligent interconnection, satisfies diversified user demand. Illustratively, the mobile data may include, but is not limited to, 5G (5th generation wireless systems, fifth generation mobile communication technology).
And S102, if the working mode is the motion mode, recording the current motion data of the connected component.
It should be noted that the exercise data may include, but is not limited to, exercise duration, exercise intensity, and exercise fatigue. Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 2, a user assembles a dumbbell assembly 101 and a sport handle 102 to form a dumbbell 103, wherein the dumbbell assembly 101 can include a variety of different weights and the sport handle 102 is provided with assembly threads on both ends. In the actual use process, the exercise duration refers to the time interval from the beginning of exercise to the end of exercise of the user, and the exercise intensity may include weight bearing of the dumbbell, the number of exercise groups, the number of each group, the pause time and the like.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the body data of the user may be detected synchronously while recording the current motion data of the connected component. Illustratively, the user body data may include body fat rate, heart rate, and the like. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the application may also send current exercise data and user body data to the mobile terminal, so that the user can intuitively know the exercise process and moderate exercise through the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Tablet Computer (Tablet Computer), a wireless handheld device, a mobile phone, and the like.
S103, if the working mode is the massage mode, massage is carried out based on historical motion data, wherein the historical motion data comprises current motion data.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the user assembles the fascia gun assembly 104 and the motion handle 102 to obtain the fascia gun 105, wherein the motion handle 102 is provided with assembly threads at both ends. Note that if the user does not have previously recorded exercise data while using the fascial gun 105, factory-set exercise data is used as the historical exercise data. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the historical motion data may also be displayed on the mobile terminal, so that the user can intuitively know the massage process through the mobile terminal. For example, the weight of the dumbbell in the historical exercise data is 15 kg, the number of exercise groups is 5, the number of each group is 33 on average, and the rest time is 2 minutes, and a heart rate change curve graph is displayed on the mobile terminal.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, massage parameters matching the historical motion data are determined by inputting the historical motion data into a pre-constructed massage model, and massage is performed according to the massage parameters. The massage parameters may include, but are not limited to, massage head type, massage location, massage duration, massage intensity, number of massage groups, and pause time. It should be noted that the massage model is constructed based on big data, that is, the number and the variety of samples included in the massage model are various, so that the massage parameters are more matched with the motion data, and therefore targeted massage can be performed, and the purpose of effective relaxation is achieved. In addition, the process of determining the massage parameters according to the massage model can also be calculated by the mobile terminal and then the processing result is sent to the motion handle, so that the advantages of saving the operation memory of the motion handle, reducing the manufacturing cost and facilitating the updating and maintenance of the parameter values of the massage model are achieved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present application, when a massage is performed according to the massage parameters, the massage parameters may be synchronously sent to the mobile terminal for displaying. For example, the massage head type is a circular massage head, the massage part is brachial triceps, the massage duration is 10 minutes, the massage force is medium, the number of massage groups is 3, and the intermittent time is 1 minute for each group. In the practical use process, the massage part can be displayed to the user in a screen graph mode, and the countdown is displayed after the massage is started, so that the user can clearly determine the massage progress. And then, the control instruction transmitted by the mobile terminal is received, and the massage progress is controlled based on the control instruction, so that the massage process can be temporarily suspended when a user happens in the massage process, and the massage task can be continuously carried out after the treatment is finished.
