Abstract
本发明提供一种击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,是用于重建原有舟骨功能并保留桡腕关节间隙和活动度的内植物,包括舟骨体和支撑体两部分,舟骨体是由头、体、尾三部分组成的类似于人体舟骨的不规则外形,支撑体由球头、颈领和柄组成,舟骨体的体部与支撑体的球头相对处开有球形窝,与球头形成球窝关节,所述柄为击入型柄,所述击入型柄为带有倒齿状结构的长锥形结构,带有粗糙涂层,将上述的结构利用植入器械将击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨植入桡侧腕关节内,可用于实现桡腕关节的重建。该发明装置的构造特点可分散应力,保持桡腕关节间隙,并保留桡腕关节较好的活动度,良好地重建桡腕关节。

技术领域
本发明属于利用植入体对桡腕关节进行修复重建的技术领域,特别是一种击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨。
背景技术
由于外伤、劳损或其他原因产生的舟骨坏死、骨不连、延迟愈合等是临床上较为棘手的问题,产生疼痛、腕关节活动度减少等症状。目前的治疗手段多是舟骨切除肌腱等组织填塞、植骨融合等,效果有限,可产生毗邻腕骨退变、活动度减少、桡腕关节间隙狭窄等问题。目前临床上仍缺乏适合重建原有舟骨功能,保留桡腕关节间隙和活动度的内植物和手术方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,用于舟骨坏死等需要替代舟骨的手术中使用,可减少腕关节桡侧压力,缓解疼痛症状,并保留桡腕关节的伸屈、旋转等活动度,改善手术效果,方便临床应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,所述击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨是用于重建原有舟骨功能并保留桡腕关节间隙和活动度的内植物,包括舟骨体和支撑体两部分,所述舟骨体是由头、体、尾三部分组成的类似于人体舟骨的不规则外形,所述支撑体由球头、颈领和柄组成,所述舟骨体的体部与支撑体的球头相对处开有球形窝,与球头形成球窝关节,所述柄为击入型柄,所述击入型柄为带有倒齿状结构的长锥形结构,带有粗糙涂层,将上述的结构利用植入器械将其植入桡侧腕关节内,用于实现桡腕关节的重建。

本发明击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨使用方便简单,可重建恢复相对正常的桡腕关节间隙,舟骨体部分的仿真正舟骨的不规则外形,其头部、体部及尾部可与大多角骨、月骨、桡骨远端关节面向对合匹配,减小对相邻腕骨的摩擦所产生的毗邻骨质退变。舟骨体部的球形窝与支撑体球头形成的球窝关节自由度高,可保持重建的桡腕关节自然的旋转、屈伸活动度,并维持正常的桡腕关节间隙,避免人工舟骨体与桡骨远端的磨损和远期关节间隙狭窄问题。支撑体的颈领可防止远期支撑体在桡骨内的下沉,避免桡腕关节间隙狭窄。击入型支撑体的粗糙涂层,可产生骨长上效果,产生良好的远期稳定性。该发明装置的构造特点可分散应力,并保持较好的活动度,良好地重建桡腕关节。

舟骨坏死、塌陷、骨折不连接等常常导致腕关节疼痛、活动度减少等症状。目前临床上仍缺乏适合重建原有舟骨功能,保留桡腕关节间隙和活动度的内植物。本发明为解决此类问题设计了击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,可重建原有舟骨功能,保留桡腕关节的伸屈、旋转等活动度,减少腕关节桡侧压力,缓解疼痛症状。
下面结合附图,通过具体实施例对本发明的实现方式进行具体说明:
如图1所示,本实施例提出了一种击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,是用于重建原有舟骨功能并保留桡腕关节间隙和活动度的内植物,由舟骨体10和支撑体20两部分组成,其中,舟骨体10由聚乙烯耐磨损材料制成,支撑体20由金属或合金制成。舟骨体10是由头11、体12、尾13三部分组成的类似于人体舟骨的不规则外形,在体部12与支撑体20相对处开有球形窝14,与支撑体20的球头21形成球窝关节。支撑体20由球头21、颈领22和柄23组成;球头21为表面光滑的圆球形,颈领22为圆环状结构,柄23为击入型柄,击入型柄为带有倒齿状结构的长锥形结构,带有粗糙涂层,将上述的结构利用植入器械将其植入桡侧腕关节内,用于实现桡腕关节的重建。
本实施例将击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨准确植入桡腕关节内,可以重建正常的桡腕关节间隙,保留桡腕关节活动度,并降低与毗邻腕骨的摩擦,避免桡腕关节间隙狭窄,产生替代坏死舟骨的效果。
应用时,如图2所示,显露桡腕关节,去除坏死或病变的舟骨,将击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨的舟骨体10部分放入原舟骨解剖位置,在对应的桡骨远端关节面标记理想的对应位置,取出舟骨体,在桡骨远端标记位置以钻头钻骨隧道,再利用与颈领直径相同的环钻钻入桡骨远端骨质,深度与颈领厚度相同,咬除颈领部位残留骨质;将支撑体20击打入骨隧道中,直至颈领部分没入先前制造的颈领空隙处;屈伸使桡腕关节扩大,将舟骨体放入原舟骨解剖位置,使支撑体球头进入舟骨体体部球形窝内,复位桡腕关节,即完成击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨的植入。

Claims (3)
1.一种击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,其特征在于,所述击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨是用于重建原有舟骨功能并保留桡腕关节间隙和活动度的内植物,包括舟骨体和支撑体两部分,所述舟骨体是由头、体、尾三部分组成的类似于人体舟骨的不规则外形,所述支撑体由球头、颈领和柄组成,所述舟骨体的体部与支撑体的球头相对处开有球形窝,与球头形成球窝关节,所述柄为击入型柄,所述击入型柄为带有倒齿状结构的长锥形结构,带有粗糙涂层,将上述的结构利用植入器械将其植入桡侧腕关节内,用于实现桡腕关节的重建。
2.根据权利要求1所述击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,其特征在于:所述球头为表面光滑的圆球形,所述颈领为圆环状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述击入倒齿式球窝关节人工舟骨,其特征在于:所述舟骨体由聚乙烯或其他耐磨损材料制成,所述支撑体由金属或合金制成。
