技术领域
本发明属于发电机领域,尤其是一种电动助力轮增速发电机。
背景技术
人们创造了多种多样的发电技术,例如:火力发电机、水力发电机、太阳能发电机、风力发电机、核能发电机等,通用的发电装置基本上为水力和火力发电装置两种,这种水力和火力发电装置不仅结构复杂、投资大,而且需要消耗大量的能源,水力、火力发电装置在运行过程中均不能依靠其自身的输出来不断补充其自身消耗的能量,因此,都存在消耗大、效率低的缺陷,火力发电机、核能发电机耗能较高,污染环境;水力发电机基础设施投资较大,风力发电机、太阳能发电机规模小。
目前生活或工业用电比较紧张,尤其工矿企业经常停电,降低产品的质量和产量。现设计一种电动助力轮增速,能自给循环的发电机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、造价低,节能环保的一种电动助力轮增速发电机。
为达到上述目的所采取的技术方案如下:
1、一种电动助力轮增速发电机,包括底座、电机、减速波箱、离合装置、增速助力轮、增速轴、发电机,其特征在于,所述的机架上安装电机、减速波箱、离合装置、增速助力轮、增速轴、发电机,所述减速波箱的输入皮带轮通过皮带连接电机的皮带轮传动,减速波箱的大链轮通过链条连接传动轴的小链轮,所述的离合装置由传动轴、弹簧、离合轴、固定轴构成,所述增速助力轮的转轴安装在两个轴承套上,转轴的链轮通过传动链条连接增速轴的链轮,所述增速轴的大链轮通过增速链条连接发电机的小链轮发电输出。
2、如技术方案1所述的一种电动助力轮增速发电机,其中,所述的增速助力轮的转轴一端安装离合器的固定轴,另一端安装链轮通过传动链条连接增速轴的链轮。
3、如技术方案1所述的一种电动助力轮增速发电机,其中,所述离合装置的传动轴一端安装小链轮另一端安装弹簧与离合轴,并安装在两个轴承上。
4、如技术方案1所述的一种电动助力轮增速发电机,其中,所述的增速轴上安装大链轮和链轮,增速轴的两个轴承套固定在机架上。
本发明具有结构简单,造价低,节能环保,经三级链轮增速动力转换成电能,由发电机输出等优点。

参照图1至图4所示,一种电动助力轮增速发电机,包括底座、电机、减速波箱、离合装置、增速助力轮、增速轴、发电机,其中,所述的机架1上安装电机2、减速波箱4、离合装置、增速助力轮8、增速轴22、发电机14,所述减速波箱4的输入皮带轮通过皮带3连接电机2的皮带轮传动,减速波箱4的大链轮5通过链条6连接传动轴16的小链轮7,所述的离合装置由传动轴16、弹簧17、离合轴18、固定轴19构成,所述增速助力轮8的转轴21安装在两个轴承套20上,转轴21的链轮9通过传动链条10连接增速轴22的链轮,所述增速轴22的大链轮11通过增速链条12连接发电机22的小链轮13发电输出。
所述的增速助力轮8的转轴21一端安装离合器的固定轴19,另一端安装链轮9通过传动链条10连接增速轴22的链轮。
所述离合装置的传动轴16一端安装小链轮7,另一端安装弹簧17与离合轴18,并安装在两个轴承15上。
所述的增速轴22上安装大链轮11和链轮,增速轴22的两个轴承套固定在机架上。
工作原理:电机2接通市电,通过皮带3输入减速波箱4,减速波箱4的大链轮5通过链条6带动小链轮增速,经传动轴16通过离合器传动增速助力轮8,增速助力轮8的转轴21通过链条10传动增速轴22,增速轴22的大链轮11通过增速链条12带动发电机14轴的小链轮13转动,发电机14输出380伏电源到配电箱。

1.一种电动助力轮增速发电机,包括底座、电机、减速波箱、离合装置、增速助力轮、增速轴、发电机,其特征在于,所述的机架(1)上安装电机(2)、减速波箱(4)、离合装置、增速助力轮(8)、增速轴(22)、发电机(14),所述减速波箱(4)的输入皮带轮通过皮带(3)连接电机(2)的皮带轮传动,减速波箱(4)的大链轮(5)通过链条(6)连接传动轴(16)的小链轮(7),所述的离合装置由传动轴(16)、弹簧(17)、离合轴(18)、固定轴(19)构成,所述增速助力轮(8)的转轴(21)安装在两个轴承套(20)上,转轴(21)的链轮(9)通过传动链条(10)连接增速轴(22)的链轮,所述增速轴(22)的大链轮(11)通过增速链条(12)连接发电机(22)的小链轮(13)发电输出。
