In one embodiment, the visit plan generating method further includes: acquiring a visit period, wherein the visit period comprises a plurality of different visit dates; and acquiring the identification and the attribute of the medical product to be promoted according to each visit date, selecting the client with the highest priority from a client visit directory according to the attribute of the medical product, and generating a visit plan for visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to the identification of the medical product when the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement.
In this embodiment, the visit period includes a plurality of visit dates, for example, the visit period may be one month, a client with the highest priority is selected for each visit date in one month, and then a visit plan is generated, which ensures that a visit plan for a plurality of visit dates is generated at one time. Of course, the visit period may also be a week or a year, and the length of the visit period is not limited.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a visit plan generating device including: a medicine information obtaining module 210, a customer selecting module 220, a judging module 230 and a visiting plan generating module 240, wherein:
the drug information acquiring module 210 is configured to acquire a medical product identifier to be promoted, a medical product attribute, and a visit date.
The customer selecting module 220 is used for selecting the customer with the highest priority from the customer visiting directory according to the medical product attribute.
The determining module 230 is configured to determine whether the visiting frequency of the customer meets a preset requirement.
And a visit plan generating module 240, configured to generate a visit plan for visiting the customer on the visit date corresponding to the pharmaceutical product identifier if the visit frequency of the customer meets a preset requirement.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: the visit number acquisition module is used for acquiring the number of visit people corresponding to the visit date; the judging module 230 is further configured to judge whether the number of customers on the visit date in the bayer plan reaches the number of visitors; a circulation module, configured to repeatedly execute, if the number of clients does not reach the number of visiting persons, selecting, according to the attributes of the pharmaceutical products, a client with a highest priority from a client visiting directory, determine whether the visiting frequency of the client meets a preset requirement, and if the visiting frequency of the client meets the preset requirement, generate a visiting plan for visiting the client on the visiting date corresponding to the identifier of the pharmaceutical product until the number of clients on the visiting date in the debarking plan reaches the number of visiting persons; wherein the customer visit directory does not include the customer in the visit plan.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: the visit plan acquisition module is used for acquiring a visit plan of visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to a plurality of medical product identifications; the classification statistical module is used for classifying and counting the customers according to the geographical positions of the customers in the visit plan to obtain the number of the customers in each geographical position; the rejecting module is used for rejecting the customers of the geographic position in the visit plan when the number of the customers of the geographic position is less than a preset value; the judging module 230 is further configured to judge whether the number of customers on the visit date in the bayer plan reaches the number of visitors; the circulation module is further used for repeatedly executing the selection of the client with the highest priority from a client visit directory according to the medical product attribute if the number of the clients does not reach the number of the visitors, judging whether the visit frequency of the client meets a preset requirement, and generating a visit plan for visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to the medical product identifier if the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement until the number of the clients on the visit date in the Baizhai plan reaches the number of the visitors; wherein the customer visited directory does not include the rejected customers.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: the visit plan acquisition module is used for acquiring a visit plan of visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to a plurality of medical product identifications; the classification statistical module is used for classifying and counting the customers according to the geographical positions of the customers in the visit plan to obtain the number of the customers in each geographical position and the number of the geographical positions of all the customers; the removing module is used for acquiring customers corresponding to the geographical positions with the number of the customers being the number of the customers in the former preset number when the number of the geographical positions is larger than the preset number, and removing the customers corresponding to the remaining geographical positions; the judging module 230 is further configured to judge whether the number of customers on the visit date in the bayer plan reaches the number of visitors; the circulation module is further used for repeatedly executing the selection of the client with the highest priority from a client visit directory according to the medical product attribute if the number of the clients does not reach the number of the visitors, judging whether the visit frequency of the client meets a preset requirement, and generating a visit plan for visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to the medical product identifier if the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement until the number of the clients on the visit date in the Baizhai plan reaches the number of the visitors; wherein the customer visited directory does not include the rejected customers.
In one embodiment, the customer selecting module 220 is further configured to select, according to the pharmaceutical product attribute, a customer corresponding to a department matched with the pharmaceutical product attribute; and/or the system is also used for selecting the client corresponding to the hospital matched with the medical product attribute according to the medical product attribute.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: the total number of visiting persons acquisition module is used for acquiring the total number of visiting persons in the visiting plan corresponding to all the medical product identifications in the visiting date; the judging module 230 is further configured to judge whether the total number of visitors exceeds an alarm value; and the alarm module is used for sending out a number-exceeding alarm prompt if the number of the visiting persons exceeds an alarm value.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: the geographic position acquisition module is used for acquiring the geographic positions of the clients in all the visit plans; wherein the customer is associated with the pharmaceutical product identification; and the sequencing module is used for sequencing the clients in the same geographic position in a centralized manner and generating a total visit plan of the visit date.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: a total visit time acquisition module for acquiring the total number of visitors of the client and the preset total visit time of the visit date in the total visit plan; the visit duration calculation module is used for calculating the ratio of the total visit duration to the total number of visitors to obtain the planned visit duration of each customer; and the visit time period determining module is used for determining the visit time period of the client according to the planned visit time length and the sequence of the client.
In one embodiment, the visit plan generating device further includes: the visit period acquisition module is used for acquiring a visit period, and the visit period comprises a plurality of different visit dates; the visit plan generating module 240 is further configured to obtain the medical product identifier and the medical product attribute to be promoted according to each visit date, select a client with the highest priority from a client visit directory according to the medical product attribute, and generate a visit plan for visiting the client on the visit date corresponding to the medical product identifier when the visit frequency of the client meets a preset requirement.
For the specific definition of the access plan generating device, reference may be made to the above definition of the access plan generating method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the visit plan generating device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the data of the client. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a call plan generation method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a call plan, the method comprising:
acquiring a medical product identifier to be promoted, a medical product attribute and a visit date;
selecting the customer with the highest priority from a customer visit directory according to the medical product attribute;
judging whether the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement or not;
and if the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement, generating a visit plan for visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to the medical product identification.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the number of visiting persons corresponding to the visiting date;
after generating a visit plan for visiting the customer by the visit date corresponding to the medical product identification if the visit frequency of the customer meets the preset requirement, the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the number of the clients on the visit date in the Bayer plan reaches the number of the visitors or not;
if the number of the clients does not reach the number of the visiting persons, repeatedly executing the selection of the client with the highest priority from a client visiting directory according to the attributes of the medical products, judging whether the visiting frequency of the client meets the preset requirement, if so, generating a visiting plan of visiting the client by the visiting date corresponding to the identifier of the medical product until the number of the clients on the visiting date in the Baizhui plan reaches the number of the visiting persons; wherein the customer visit directory does not include the customer in the visit plan.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring a visit plan of visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to a plurality of medical product identifications;
classifying and counting the customers according to the geographical positions of the customers in the visit plan to obtain the number of the customers in each geographical position;
when the number of the customers at the geographic position is less than a preset value, removing the customers at the geographic position in a visit plan;
judging whether the number of the clients on the visit date in the Bayer plan reaches the number of the visitors or not;
if the number of the clients does not reach the number of the visiting persons, repeatedly executing the selection of the client with the highest priority from a client visiting directory according to the attributes of the medical products, judging whether the visiting frequency of the client meets the preset requirement, if so, generating a visiting plan of visiting the client by the visiting date corresponding to the identifier of the medical product until the number of the clients on the visiting date in the Baizhui plan reaches the number of the visiting persons; wherein the customer visited directory does not include the rejected customers.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring a visit plan of visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to a plurality of medical product identifications;
classifying and counting the customers according to the geographical positions of the customers in the visit plan, and acquiring the number of the customers in each geographical position and the number of the geographical positions of all the customers;
when the number of the geographic positions is larger than the preset number, obtaining clients corresponding to the geographic positions with the number of the clients being the number of the clients in the former preset number, and removing the clients corresponding to the remaining geographic positions;
judging whether the number of the clients on the visit date in the Bayer plan reaches the number of the visitors or not;
if the number of the clients does not reach the number of the visiting persons, repeatedly executing the selection of the client with the highest priority from a client visiting directory according to the attributes of the medical products, judging whether the visiting frequency of the client meets the preset requirement, if so, generating a visiting plan of visiting the client by the visiting date corresponding to the identifier of the medical product until the number of the clients on the visiting date in the Baizhui plan reaches the number of the visiting persons; wherein the customer visited directory does not include the rejected customers.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting a highest priority customer from a customer visit directory based on the pharmaceutical product attributes comprises:
selecting a client corresponding to a department matched with the medical product attribute according to the medical product attribute; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and selecting a client corresponding to the hospital matched with the medical product attribute according to the medical product attribute.
6. The method of claim 1, after generating a visit plan for visiting the customer on the visit date corresponding to the pharmaceutical product identification if the customer's visit frequency meets a preset requirement, comprising:
acquiring the total number of visiting persons in the visiting plan corresponding to all the medical product identifications in the visiting date;
judging whether the total number of visitors exceeds an alarm value or not;
and if the number of the visiting persons exceeds the alarm value, sending out a warning prompt that the number of the visiting persons exceeds the standard.
7. The method of claim 1, after generating a visit plan for visiting the customer on the visit date corresponding to the pharmaceutical product identification if the customer's visit frequency meets a preset requirement, comprising:
acquiring the geographic positions of the clients in all the visit plans; wherein the customer is associated with the pharmaceutical product identification;
and sequencing the clients in the same geographic position in a centralized manner to generate a total visit plan of the visit date.
8. The method of claim 7, after ranking the set of customers in the same geographic location, generating a total call plan for the call date, comprising:
acquiring the total number of visitors of the client and the preset total visit duration of the visit date in the total visit plan;
calculating the ratio of the total visit time length to the total number of visitors to obtain the planned visit time length of each customer;
and determining the visit time interval of the client according to the planned visit time length and the sequencing of the client.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a visit period, wherein the visit period comprises a plurality of different visit dates;
and acquiring the identification and the attribute of the medical product to be promoted according to each visit date, selecting the client with the highest priority from a client visit directory according to the attribute of the medical product, and generating a visit plan for visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to the identification of the medical product when the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement.
10. An apparatus for generating a call plan, the apparatus comprising:
the medicine information acquisition module is used for acquiring the identification of the medicine product to be promoted, the attribute of the medicine product and the visit date;
the client selection module is used for selecting the client with the highest priority from the client visiting directory according to the pharmaceutical product attribute;
the judging module is used for judging whether the visiting frequency of the client meets the preset requirement or not;
and the visit plan generating module is used for generating a visit plan for visiting the client by the visit date corresponding to the medical product identification if the visit frequency of the client meets the preset requirement.
