All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an environmental monitoring system of a power distribution room of a thermal power plant according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of an environmental monitoring system of a power distribution room of a thermal power plant according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of an environmental monitoring method for a power distribution room of a thermal power plant according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic step flow chart of a method for monitoring an environment of a power distribution room of a thermal power plant according to another embodiment of the present invention.
In a specific embodiment, the thermal power plant power distribution room environment monitoring system comprises a temperature sensor 10, a humidity sensor 30, a dust sensor 20, a monitoring center 60 and an alarm module 70 which are arranged at a specified place of a power distribution room, and an infrared thermal imaging sensor 40 which is arranged in the power distribution room and used for performing thermal monitoring on specified equipment, wherein the transmission module 50 transmits temperature data information collected by the temperature sensor 10, humidity data information collected by the humidity sensor 30, dust data information collected by the dust sensor 20 and thermal information collected by the infrared thermal imaging sensor 40 to the monitoring center 60, the monitoring center 60 detects that the temperature data information, the humidity data information, the dust data information and the thermal information exceed corresponding threshold values and then outputs alarm information to the alarm module 70, the alarm module 70 sends an alarm to the DCS system 80 and the EHO system 90 after receiving the alarm information.
By arranging sensors in a power distribution room, wherein the sensors at least comprise a temperature sensor 10, a humidity sensor 30 and a dust sensor 20 for measuring the environment and an infrared thermal imaging sensor 40 for detecting the operation of equipment, the internal operation parameters of the equipment are directly monitored, and the operation characterization temperature parameters of the equipment are detected by external equipment, namely the parameters of the equipment are detected while the environmental parameters are detected, so that the defect of lack of monitoring in the existing monitoring mode is avoided, or only the environmental parameters are detected, only the internal parameters of the operating equipment are detected, the overall environment of the power distribution room is monitored to the external characterization of the operating equipment, the coverage rate of monitoring is improved, an alarm is simultaneously sent to monitoring and maintenance after the parameters exceed a threshold value, and the problem of unsmooth information caused by independent monitoring of a monitoring party or a maintenance party in advance in the prior art is avoided, the operation efficiency of the whole monitoring and maintaining system is improved.
Because the sensor is used for monitoring in real time, but because different devices have some differences in operation in different time periods, particularly the temperature at night is lower than that in the day along with the change of time, and the like, if a large amount of data is acquired in different time periods, a large amount of repeated data may appear, and although the normal monitoring of the system can be ensured to a certain extent, a large amount of storage space is wasted.
In order to solve the problem and achieve dynamic adaptive monitoring, in an embodiment of the present invention, the thermal power plant electrical distribution room environment monitoring system further includes a setting module 100 connected to the monitoring center 60, and configured to set the detection frequencies of the temperature sensor 10, the humidity sensor 30, the dust sensor 20, and the infrared thermal imaging sensor 40 according to a setting instruction of the monitoring center 60.
Through the setting module 100, the detection frequency of the temperature sensor 10, the humidity sensor 30, the dust sensor 20 and the infrared thermal imaging sensor 40 is set according to the setting instruction of the monitoring center 60, so that adaptive data detection is realized, the use of the sensors is reduced, the service life is prolonged, the generation of a large amount of real data with low efficiency is reduced, and the utilization efficiency of a storage space is improved.
It should be noted that the setting of the detection frequency is not limited, and the detection frequency may be output automatically by automatically acquiring the external time, weather conditions, and the like according to a certain rule, for example, a function module is preset, or may be set by a worker, for example, the worker sets the detection frequency to be in a working mode during work hours, and sets the detection frequency to be in a leisure mode during work hours.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the system for monitoring an environmental monitoring system of a power distribution room of a thermal power plant further includes a fault maintenance module 110 connected to the monitoring center 60 and the alarm module 70, and configured to obtain corresponding faulty devices according to the alarm information, and send the faulty devices and the location information of the fault settings to the DCS system 80 and the EHO system 90.
By setting the fault maintenance module 110, monitoring personnel of the DCS system 80 and maintenance personnel of the EHO system 90 can quickly obtain the position and the cause of the fault equipment after obtaining the alarm information, so that targeted and efficient equipment maintenance is realized, and the operational reliability of the equipment is improved.
It should be noted that the sending method of the fault device and the location information of the fault setting is not limited in the present invention, and may be a wireless method, or a limited method, or even a voice method is used for playing after reaching the DCS system 80 and the EHO system 90, and the present invention is not limited in any way.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the environmental monitoring data of the power distribution room first enters the DCS system 80 to be displayed in real time, and at the same time, the data is simultaneously transmitted to the EHO system 90 through the SIS system, so that the data displayed in the DCS system 80 and the data obtained in the EHO are theoretically synchronized and consistent; the EHO system 90 and the DCS system 80 set the same alarm value, and because the data sources are synchronized, the alarm level and alarm time are the same; the DCS alarms are used by operation monitoring personnel, so that the operation monitoring personnel can find problems in time, and the EHO alarms are used by equipment maintenance personnel. Alarms in the EHO system 90 are acknowledged and processed by maintenance personnel, and EHO automatically generates equipment defects that are cleared by maintenance personnel.
Sending alarm information to both EHO system 90 and DCS system 80 is based on some of the drawbacks of EHO auto-generation devices: the equipment maintenance personnel can not confirm the alarm information when exceeding certain; the repeated alarm within the preset time of the same measuring point information of the same power distribution room is more than a plurality of times, thus proving that the maintenance is not thorough; although the EHO alarm is confirmed by equipment maintenance personnel, the alarm cannot be completely eliminated within a certain time; the alarm duration exceeds the predetermined duration, which may cause the equipment to miss the optimal maintenance time.
In long-term equipment maintenance, some equipment may have faults frequently due to long service life, and if the equipment is passively maintained after waiting until the equipment is faulted, the ageing of the equipment may be accelerated, the service life of the equipment is greatly reduced, and the operation cost of the equipment is increased.
In order to solve the problem, in an embodiment of the present invention, the power plant electrical room environment monitoring method further includes a statistics and maintenance recommendation output module 120 connected to the fault maintenance module 110, and configured to count alarm information sent by the monitoring center 60 within a predetermined time period and output device maintenance recommendation information to the monitoring center 60 and the EHO system 90 according to a preset rule based on the obtained statistics information.
Through the statistics module and the maintenance suggestion output module, the information such as the frequency of alarms and the frequency of equipment with faults is counted in real time, and in a certain period of time, if the frequency of faults of certain equipment is high, the equipment maintenance personnel can not maintain the equipment in place or the equipment can be aged, although the equipment can work normally, the probability of faults is high, if the maintenance efficiency is high, the faults can be avoided, and the operation reliability of the equipment is improved. For example, if one device is found to have a fault on average in five days through statistics, the maintenance suggestion output module can output a suggestion for performing active maintenance on average in three days to four days to a maintenance worker, so that the fault of the device can be actively eliminated before the device has the fault, and the operation reliability of the device is improved. On the other hand, because the maintenance levels of different maintenance personnel are different, the maintenance personnel at the lower level may have incomplete maintenance, if the statistical module counts that the frequency of the faults of the equipment with shorter service life is higher, the maintenance personnel also maintain the equipment in time, but the fault occurrence rate is still higher, which indicates that the maintenance is not thorough enough, the maintenance suggestion output module can send fault maintenance suggestions to the maintenance personnel at the higher level, so that the maintenance cost can be reduced while the fault occurrence rate of the equipment is reduced.
In one embodiment, historical data of the environmental parameters of the power distribution room collected by the statistical module are used for analyzing the variation amplitude, variation trend, maximum value, minimum value, average value, alarm frequency, alarm duration, alarm level and the like of the environmental parameters of the power distribution room according to factors such as seasons, climates and the like, comprehensively analyzing and judging, establishing diagnosis opinions and giving equipment maintenance suggestions.
For example, at present, the temperature of the environment of the power distribution room is alarmed for more than 4 times per month and the alarm duration is more than 200 minutes, and a central air-conditioning temperature control system is advised to be checked; the temperature of the environment of the power distribution room is alarmed for more than 4 times in a month 3 level, the alarming duration is more than 300 minutes, and the maintenance of the central air-conditioning temperature control system is recommended; humidity, dust and equipment infrared temperature measurement are similar.
Due to the fact that the use temperature of some sensors is limited in a power distribution room, the operation environment of new equipment is limited, and the like, the threshold value needing to be alarmed is changed, and active setting is needed. In an embodiment, the method for monitoring the power distribution room environment of the thermal power plant further includes a threshold setting module 130100 connected to the monitoring center 60, and configured to set a threshold for sending the alarm information, of the temperature data information, the humidity data information, the dust data information, and the thermal information stored in the monitoring center 60.
It should be noted that, the setting mode of the setting module 100 is not limited in the present invention, and may be a mode of directly inputting data, a mode of increasing or decreasing data, or a mode of selecting a threshold mode, and the input device may be a common electronic computer, or a mobile phone APP, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a thermal power plant power distribution room environment monitoring method, including:
s1, acquiring temperature data information, humidity data information, dust data information and thermal information corresponding to the specified equipment of the power distribution room;
s2, detecting and judging whether the temperature data information, the humidity data information, the dust data information or the heat information exceeds a corresponding alarm threshold value;
if yes, S3 sends alarm information to the DCS system and the EHO system.
The thermal power plant power distribution room environment monitoring method is a mode corresponding to the thermal power plant power distribution room environment monitoring system, so that the thermal power plant power distribution room environment monitoring method has the same beneficial effects, and the detailed description is omitted.
The types and the precision of various sensors are not limited, and in one embodiment, the environmental temperature is monitored, the positions of power distribution rooms are dispersed, the environmental difference of different places is large, and the external environmental temperature directly influences the normal operation of electrical equipment of the power distribution cabinet. Real-time monitoring is realized by installing a temperature measuring point (a three-wire system PT100 thermal resistor, 1.0 level, measuring range of-50-100 ℃);
environmental humidity keeps watch on, and rack external environment humidity directly influences switch board electrical equipment's life, in case humidity transfinites the dewfall, can cause great damage for distribution equipment. The real-time monitoring is realized by installing a humidity sensor (a two-wire system HX92A type humidity sensor, the voltage grade is 24V, the measurement range is 0-100%, and the measurement precision is +/-2.5% RH) in the power distribution room;
environmental dust monitors, and partial distribution room all ring edge borders is abominable, has into grey or the scene of advancing powder, and direct influence switch board electrical equipment's life in case cause the equipment short circuit because of the deposition, can cause great damage for distribution equipment. The dust sensor (a two-wire NA1000A type dust sensor, the voltage level of 24V and the measuring range of 0-6mg/m3) is arranged in the power distribution room to realize real-time monitoring;
the equipment thermal imaging is kept watch on, and distribution equipment can self produce a large amount of heats because of environmental factor's change in the operation process, through infrared thermal imager real-time supervision, can realize early warning in advance, avoids the accident to enlarge. Real-time monitoring is realized by installing an infrared thermal imaging instrument (a four-wire system JXBS-3001-HWCX type infrared thermal imaging sensor, the voltage level is 24V, the pixel 32 is 32, and the measuring range is-40-85 ℃).
In the present invention, the detection accuracy and the detection range of each sensor are not limited, and the alarm threshold of each type of parameter is not limited, in an embodiment, the S3 includes:
after the temperature of the distribution room is greater than or equal to 30 ℃, a first high-temperature alarm is sent to the DCS system and the EHO system;
after the temperature of the distribution room is more than or equal to 35 ℃, a second high-temperature alarm is sent to the DCS system and the EHO system;
after the temperature of the power distribution room is more than or equal to 40 ℃, a third high-temperature alarm is sent to the DCS system and the EHO system;
after the temperature of the power distribution room is less than or equal to 17 ℃, a first low-temperature alarm is sent to the DCS system and the EHO system;
after the temperature of the distribution room is less than or equal to 13 ℃, a second low-temperature alarm is sent to the DCS system and the EHO system;
and after the temperature of the power distribution room is less than or equal to 10 ℃, a third low-temperature alarm is sent to the DCS and the EHO.
The multi-stage alarm is set, and different maintenance levels and alarm severity degrees are achieved.
For example: the temperature range of the distribution room is required to be 18-40 ℃, the set temperature is 1 higher for alarming 30 ℃, 2 higher for alarming 35 ℃, 3 higher for alarming 40 ℃, 1 lower for alarming 17 ℃, 2 lower for alarming 13 ℃, 3 lower for alarming 10 ℃, 3 higher for alarming value and 3 lower for alarming value according to daily maintenance experience, and the equipment is easy to damage when the temperature is higher than 3 higher value or lower than 3 lower value for a long time. Through the multi-level alarm setting, the operating personnel can know the abnormal condition of the equipment in advance.
Since the detection frequency of different devices is different in different time periods, such as during peak power periods, the devices may run at full capacity, and the probability of failure is high, the detection frequency needs to be increased, and the detection frequency can be decreased in other time periods, so as to avoid generation of a large amount of useless data, in an embodiment, before the step S1, the method further includes:
setting the alarm threshold value and setting the frequency of obtaining the temperature data information, the humidity data information, the dust data information and the thermal information of the power distribution room.
The invention is not limited to the mode and specific numerical value for setting the alarm threshold value and the detection frequency of the sensor.
In order to improve the operation reliability and the maintenance efficiency of the device, in an embodiment, after S3, the method further includes:
and S4, counting the number of the alarm information in a preset time period, analyzing and processing the alarm information, and outputting equipment maintenance suggestion information to the EHO system.
Through statistics and maintenance suggestion output, information such as the frequency of alarms and the frequency of equipment with faults is counted in real time, if the frequency of faults of certain equipment is high in a certain time period, maintenance of equipment maintenance personnel is probably not in place, the equipment is probably aged, although the equipment can normally work, the probability of faults is high, if the maintenance efficiency is high, the faults can be avoided, and the operation reliability of the equipment is improved.
In order to further improve the operation and maintenance efficiency, since general maintenance personnel perform work allocation, such as region allocation, if the maintenance personnel temporarily stay away from the maintenance site when the equipment fails and needs maintenance, and cannot perform equipment maintenance in time, a situation that equipment maintenance is delayed may occur, in an embodiment, after the S4, the method further includes:
s5, detecting whether the DCS system receives the identical alarm information within a preset time period;
if so, S6 sends emergency maintenance information to the designated maintenance person.
Because the alarm information is sent to the DCS and the EHO at the same time, monitoring personnel and equipment maintenance personnel can theoretically receive the alarm information, if one party has problems, the other party can obtain the equipment maintenance condition, if the monitoring personnel do not find the problems in time, the equipment maintenance personnel can maintain the equipment in real time, the alarm disappears, and the alarm information is received in the same time, which indicates that the designated maintenance personnel can not maintain the equipment in real time, so that the designated maintenance personnel sends emergency maintenance information, other maintenance personnel can obtain the maintenance information, and the efficient maintenance of the fault equipment is ensured.
In summary, the thermal power plant power distribution room environment monitoring system and method provided by the embodiments of the present invention, by arranging sensors in a power distribution room, where the sensors at least include a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and a dust sensor for measuring an environment, and further include an infrared thermal imaging sensor for detecting an operation of a device, in addition to directly monitoring an internal operation parameter of the device, an operation characterization temperature parameter of the device is detected by an external device, that is, a parameter of the device is also detected while detecting the environment parameter, so as to avoid that the existing monitoring mode lacks monitoring, or only detects an environment parameter, only detects an internal parameter of the operating device, monitors an external characterization of the operating device from an overall environment of the power distribution room, improve a coverage rate of monitoring, and simultaneously send an alarm to monitoring and maintenance after the parameter exceeds a threshold value, thereby avoiding a problem of poor information caused by a single monitoring party or a maintenance party in the prior art, the operation efficiency of the whole monitoring and maintaining system is improved.
