The built-in laser projection transmitter 200 may be a wall-mounted indoor unit 10 having a rectangular parallelepiped housing. The housing may include a body frame 110 and a cover case 120. The body frame 110, which serves as a main supporting structure of the whole air conditioner indoor unit 10, may include a back panel 111 and an extension 112. The back plate 111 is disposed on the back of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 and is used for being fixed to a supporting wall of the air conditioner indoor unit 10; the extension portion 112 extends from the lower end of the back plate 111 to the front lower side, and the upper surface thereof forms a part of the air supply duct of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner.
The casing 120 is fastened to the outside of the body frame 110, and defines with the body frame 110 an interior space of the air conditioner indoor unit 10, where the indoor fan 130 and the heat exchanger 140 are disposed. In some embodiments, the indoor fan 130 may be a crossflow fan 130 disposed in a transverse direction. An indoor unit heat exchanger 140 is disposed around the upper and front portions of the crossflow blower 130, and the crossflow blower 130 is used to induce the heat exchange via the indoor unit heat exchanger 140. The top of the housing 120 may be provided with an air inlet, and the bottom of the front portion thereof is provided with an air supply outlet. The air outlet is provided with a guide plate 151 and a swing blade 152. The front of the cover 120 is generally provided with an openable and closable front panel 122. A detachable filter screen is arranged between the heat exchanger 140 and the casing 120.
Since the structure of the body frame 110 and the casing 120 of the indoor unit 10 is known per se by those skilled in the art, redundant description is not provided herein.
The extension 112 of the body frame 110 needs to be matched with the shape of the indoor fan 130 to form the lower half of the air supply duct. There is a space for the laser projection transmitter 200 to be placed under the extension 112 of the body frame 110. The laser projection transmitter 200 is installed in a space defined by the lower surface of the extension 112 and the support wall, and projects an image below the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner.
The bottom of the housing 120 is provided with a bottom plate 121 disposed below the extension 112. The bottom plate 121, the extension part 112 of the body frame 110, and the support wall together enclose an area with a triangular cross section. In the prior art, this area typically has empty space. In the air conditioner indoor unit 10 of the laser projection transmitter 200 of the embodiment, the space is used for creatively arranging the laser projection transmitter 200, so that the functions of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 are expanded.
The laser projection transmitter 200 uses a red, green, and blue (three primary colors) monochromatic laser with high power (watt level) as a light source, and transmits the light to the prism after beam expansion by the corresponding optical element and processing chip, the prism integrates the three beams of laser, and then the integrated laser is transmitted to a projection background (a support wall at the lower part of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner in this embodiment) by the projection objective, thereby completing the display process of the whole laser projector. The laser projection transmitter 200 is installed in a vacant space inside the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner, and has a compact structure without affecting the function and the overall size of the indoor unit 10. Since the installation position of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner is generally located at the corner of the room, the space occupied by the indoor unit is small, the installation position is high, and a sufficient space for projection is provided below the indoor unit. In addition, obstacles to the projection direction can be avoided.
A through hole 124 is formed on the bottom plate 121 of the housing 120 at a position opposite to the laser projection transmitter 200, so that the laser projection transmitter 200 can project an image to the outside of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner through the through hole 124. The through hole 124 may be openable and closable, and is opened when the laser projection transmitter 200 projects an image, and closed in other states, so as to ensure the integrity of the appearance of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner.

The air conditioner indoor unit 10 of the present embodiment may further be provided with a baffle 123. The shutter 123 is openably and closably disposed at the through hole 124, and is configured to have a first state of closing the through hole 124 and a second state of opening to a lower portion of the base plate 121 to expose the through hole 124, wherein the shutter 123 is driven to move to the second state when the laser projection transmitter 200 projects an image. The baffle 123 blocks the through hole 124 in the first state, so as to ensure the integrity of the appearance of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner and prevent dust from being deposited at the position of the laser projection transmitter 200.
The second state of the shutter 123 is configured such that the shutter 123 is positioned in front of the lower portion of the through hole 124 to prevent the laser light emitted from the laser projection transmitter 200 from being shown from the front of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner. The projection direction of the laser projection transmitter 200 is inclined rearward and does not directly irradiate the user, but the laser projected by the laser projection transmitter 200 is more concentrated at a position close to the laser projection transmitter 200, so that the brightness of the laser is higher and the laser is still easily seen by the user. And if the user watches the images for a long time, the visual perception of the user is poor, the watching of the images is interfered, and the condition of damaging the vision can occur in serious cases. Therefore, in the air conditioner indoor unit 10 with the laser projection transmitter 200 built therein according to the present embodiment, the front area for projecting the laser light is also shielded by the baffle 123, so as to avoid visual discomfort caused by the user looking straight at the laser light.

The support base 113 is reliably connected with the machine body framework 110, and an installation cavity for arranging the laser projection transmitter 200 is constructed through local recess, so that the structure is compact, and the internal space of the indoor machine 10 is fully utilized. In some embodiments, the supporting base 113 may further have a water retaining structure and a water chute. In order to avoid the condensed water from affecting the laser projection transmitter 200, the extension portion 112 may be further provided with a heat insulating material at a corresponding region of the installation cavity, so as to avoid cold and hot contact in the installation cavity and generation of condensed water.
The baffle 123 has a mounting plate 125 projecting toward the support base 113, the mounting plate 125 being at least partially opposite the side plate 114; the drive mechanism 128 includes: two sets of swing links 127 and a drive motor 126. The swing rods 127 are oppositely arranged on the side plates 114 at two sides of the installation cavity, and one end of each group of swing rods 127 is connected with the installation plate 125; the driving motor 126 is used for driving the swing rod 127 to swing, so that the swing rod 127 is used for driving the baffle 123 to move. By utilizing the structure of the swing rod 127, the baffle 123 can be pushed out in the rotating process, the moving range of the baffle 123 is increased, and laser can be better shielded.
In consideration of the heat dissipation problem of the laser projection transmitter 200, the baffle 123 may be delayed for a set time period after the laser projection transmitter 200 is turned off, and then be restored from the second state to the first state. The set time period may be set according to the temperature of the working environment of the air conditioner indoor unit 10, and in general, the higher the temperature of the working environment, the longer the set time period may be set.
