Background
As one type of bearing, a slewing bearing is generally used in a case where it is necessary to detect a rotation angle and receive an axial load. When the existing slewing bearing is installed and used, the connection between the inner ring and the outer ring of the existing slewing bearing and the corresponding part usually adopts a fixed mode, and the structural characteristic enables the slewing bearing to only perform relative rotation of the inner ring and the outer ring, so that the use requirement that the slewing bearing needs to perform small-amplitude swinging cannot be met; and the existing slewing bearing has the problems of complex structure, small bearing capacity and poor reliability.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of an articulated slewing bearing arrangement according to the invention comprises a structure base 1 and a slewing bearing 2 in the structure base 1. The slewing bearing 2 is provided with an inner ring 21 and an outer ring 22 which are coaxially nested, arc-shaped ring grooves which are oppositely distributed are arranged between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22 along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of balls 23 are arranged in the arc-shaped ring grooves. And symmetrical and coaxial connecting shafts 24 are arranged at two sides of the outer ring 22, and the connecting shafts 24 are hinged on the structure base 1. As an optimized scheme, the present embodiment adopts the following matching manner for the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22: the outer diameter of the inner ring 21 on the upper side of the balls 23 is made smaller than the outer diameter of the inner ring 21 on the lower side of the balls 23, and the inner diameter of the outer ring 22 on the upper side of the balls 23 is made smaller than the inner diameter of the outer ring 22 on the lower side of the balls 23. This arrangement enhances the structural stability and load-bearing capacity of the slewing bearing by offsetting the gap between the upper half portions and the gap between the lower half portions of the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22 from each other and from the center of the balls 23. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, a first seal groove is provided on the outer wall of the lower half portion of the inner ring 21, a first seal ring 25 is installed in the first seal groove, and the outer edge of the first seal ring 25 extends out of the first seal groove and is attached to the bottom of the outer ring 22. The arrangement improves the sealing property between the lower half parts of the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22, can effectively prevent dust from entering gaps and balls between the inner ring and the outer ring, ensures the action stability and reliability of the slewing bearing, and prolongs the service life. The first sealing ring 25 with the structure has the advantages of convenience in installation and strong adaptability, and the outer edge of the first sealing ring can be always attached to the bottom of the outer ring 22 in the relative rotation process of the inner ring and the outer ring, so that the sealing reliability is enhanced.
In the present invention, the second seal groove 221 is provided on the inner wall of the upper half portion of the outer ring 22, and when the present invention is used, a second seal ring (not shown) is installed in the second seal groove 221, and the inner edge of the second seal ring is attached to a target member, so that the sealing performance between the inner ring 21 and the upper half portion of the outer ring 22 can be ensured. In order to facilitate detection of the relative rotational angle between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22, the present embodiment provides a ring gear 211 at the bottom of the inner ring 21.
