Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described below are merely for explaining technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the following embodiments are explained in conjunction with a washing machine, this is not limitative, and the technical solution of the present invention is equally applicable to other laundry treatment apparatuses, such as an air washing apparatus, a shoe washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "left", "right", "inside", "outside", etc. indicating directions or positional relationships are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are for convenience of description only, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. The prior washing machine based on the background technology has the problem that the laundry treatment agent is not convenient to put in, which causes poor user experience. The invention provides a clothes treating agent feeding assembly for a washing machine and the washing machine, and aims to enable a user to carry out clothes treating agent feeding operation more conveniently and rapidly, so that the user experience is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the washing machine of the present invention includes a body, the laundry treating agent feeding assembly includes a storage container 2, a feeding container 3, and a liquid guide cannula 4, the storage container 2 is fixed in the body, the feeding container 3 is slidably connected to the body, one end of the liquid guide cannula 4 is communicated with the feeding container 3, the other end of the liquid guide cannula 4 is inserted into the storage container 2, and the length of the liquid guide cannula 4 is set such that the other end of the liquid guide cannula 4 does not fall out of the storage container 2 when the feeding container 3 moves away from the storage container 2. The invention sets the laundry treating agent feeding assembly as a split structure, namely a storage container 2 and a feeding container 3 are separately arranged, and only the feeding container 3 is in sliding connection with the body, so that a user only needs to pull out the feeding container 3 when adding the laundry treating agent, but does not need to pull out the storage container 2, the feeding container 3 is communicated with the storage container 2 through a liquid guide insertion tube 4, the right end of the liquid guide insertion tube 4 is inserted into the storage container 2, when the feeding container 3 is pulled (the feeding container 3 moves leftwards in the figure), the liquid guide insertion tube 4 moves along with the feeding container 3, but the right end of the liquid guide insertion tube 4 cannot be pulled out of the storage container 2, so that the laundry treating agent injected into the feeding container 3 can be conveyed into the storage container 2 through the liquid guide insertion tube 4, and after the laundry treating agent is added by the user, the feeding container 3 and the liquid guide insertion tube 4 are pushed into the body together, the right portion of the catheter 4 is reinserted into the storage container 2.
Further, it should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, in order to enable the storage container 2 to be fixed in the body, a housing box 1 for housing the storage container 2 and the drop container 3 may be provided on the body, and the storage container 2 is fixed at a rear portion of the housing box 1 (a right portion of the housing box 1 as viewed in the drawing), and when the drop container 3 is moved to the retracted position, the drop container 3 is housed in a front portion of the housing box 1 (a left portion of the housing box 1 as viewed in the drawing). Also, the laundry treating agents include detergents, softeners and the like, and such specific kinds and types of modifications of the laundry treating agents are not to be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and should be limited to the scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, two dispensing cavities 31 are provided on the dispensing container 3, one of which is a detergent dispensing cavity and the other is a softener dispensing cavity, and correspondingly, two storage cavities are provided on the storage container 2: the detergent storage cavity is communicated with the softener storage cavity through one liquid guide insertion tube 4, and the softener input cavity is communicated with the softener storage cavity through the other liquid guide insertion tube 4. Of course, the number of the releasing cavities 31 is not limited to two, for example, the number of the releasing cavities 31 may be one or three, etc., and such adjustment and change to the specific number of the releasing cavities 31 without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, a guide structure 21 is provided on the storage container 2, and the other end of the catheter 4 is inserted into the storage container 2 through the guide structure 21. The guide structure 21 is a guide pipe joint 21 formed on the outer wall of the storage container 2, the right end of the catheter 4 is inserted into the storage container 2 through the guide pipe joint 21, and the guide pipe joint 21 guides the catheter 4 when the catheter 4 moves along with the administration container 3. Of course, the guiding structure 21 can be provided with other structures such as guiding ribs or guiding tubes, and such modifications and changes to the specific structural form of the guiding structure 21 can be made without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the laundry treating agent dispensing assembly further comprises a sealing member 5, the sealing member 5 comprises a main body portion and a first sealing portion 51 and a second sealing portion 52 formed on the main body portion, the first sealing portion 51 is in sealing fit with the outer wall of the liquid guide cannula 4, and the sealing member 5 is in sealing connection with the guide pipe joint 21 through the second sealing portion 52. Wherein, the sealing component 5 is a sealing ring 5, and the inner diameter of the main body part of the sealing ring 5 is larger than the outer diameter of the catheter 4. With this arrangement, the catheter tube 4 can be smoothly inserted into the packing 5.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the first seal portion 51 is a seal lip 51 formed on an inner wall of the main body portion of the seal ring 5. The sealing lip 51 is in sealing fit with the outer wall of the liquid guide insertion tube 4, so that the clothes treating agent in the storage container 2 can be prevented from leaking along the outer wall of the liquid guide insertion tube 4, and when the liquid guide insertion tube 4 is pulled out, the sealing lip 51 can scrape the clothes treating agent adhered to the outer wall of the liquid guide insertion tube 4, so that the clothes treating agent is prevented from leaking. Further preferably, the sealing lip 51 is arranged obliquely in a direction from the dosing container 3 towards the storage container 2. With this arrangement, the catheter tube 4 can be smoothly inserted into the gasket 5, and the seal lip 51 can provide a better sealing effect.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sealing member 5 is sealingly connected with the outer wall of the guide pipe joint 21 through a second sealing portion 52. The second sealing portion 52 includes at least one annular sealing rib formed on an inner wall of the main body portion of the sealing ring 5, at least one annular sealing groove is correspondingly formed on an outer wall of the guiding pipe joint 21, the annular sealing rib and the annular sealing groove are in one-to-one correspondence, and the annular sealing rib and the annular sealing groove are in transition fit or interference fit to connect the sealing ring 5 and the guiding pipe joint 21 in a sealing manner. The at least one annular sealing rib comprises a first annular sealing rib 521 and a second annular sealing rib 522, the at least one annular sealing groove comprises a first annular sealing groove 211 and a second annular sealing groove 212, the first annular sealing rib 521 and the first annular sealing groove 211 are in transition fit or interference fit, and the second annular sealing rib 522 and the second annular sealing groove 212 are in transition fit or interference fit. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the laundry treating agent dispensing assembly further comprises a push switch 6, the push switch 6 being arranged to lock the dispensing container 3 to the body and/or the storage container 2 after pushing the dispensing container 3 into the body. Wherein, the push-spring switch 6 comprises a moving member, a locking piece (not shown in the figure) and a spring (also not shown in the figure), in one possible case, as shown in fig. 5, the push-spring switch 6 is arranged between the throwing container 3 and the storage container 2, one end of the moving member is fixedly connected with the throwing container 3, the other end of the moving member is connected with the locking piece and the spring arranged in the storage container 2, after the throwing container 3 is pushed into the body, the other end of the moving member is locked by the locking piece to lock the throwing container 3 on the storage container 2, when a user needs to add the clothes treating agent, the throwing container 3 is pushed slightly towards the storage container 2, after the push-spring switch 6 is stressed, the other end of the moving member is unlocked with the locking piece, and the throwing container 3 is pushed out under the action of the spring; of course, the above situation is only exemplary, the push switch 6 can also be disposed between the dispensing container 3 and the body, or between the dispensing container 3 and the storage container 2 and between the dispensing container 3 and the body, and such adjustment and change of the specific disposition position of the push switch 6 can be limited within the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention. In addition, it should be noted that the specific structure of the push switch 6 is not limited to the above specific structure, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structure of the push switch 6 in practical applications, and any push switch that can be locked by pressing once and unlocked by pressing once is within the scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the laundry treatment agent dispensing assembly further comprises a telescopic tube 7, one end of the liquid guide cannula 4 is in communication with the dispensing container 3 through the telescopic tube 7, the telescopic tube 7 being telescopic so as to allow the dispensing container 3 to move towards the storage container 2 to unlock the push switch 6 and thus to cause said push switch 6 to push out the dispensing container 3 when the liquid guide cannula 4 is stuck or moves insufficiently smoothly. Namely, the left end of the liquid guide insertion tube 4 is fixedly connected with the right end of the telescopic tube 7, the left end of the telescopic tube 7 is fixedly connected with the throwing container 3, when the liquid guide insertion tube 4 cannot move or moves smoothly insufficiently, the throwing container 3 is pushed, the telescopic tube 7 can be compressed, so that the throwing container 3 can move towards the storage container 2, and the push-spring switch 6 is unlocked under stress. The telescopic tube 7 is a corrugated tube, and of course, the telescopic tube 7 can also be configured as a telescopic tube or a rubber tube, etc., and such flexible adjustment and change do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that although only one embodiment is provided for the push switch 6 and only three embodiments are provided for the telescopic tube 7, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the contribution of the present invention to the prior art is embodied in the combination of the push switch 6 and the telescopic tube 7, the protection scope thereof should not be limited to the specific structure of the telescopic tube 7 and the push switch 6, and therefore, the use of other structures of the push switch 6 or other types of telescopic tubes 7 will also fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the laundry treatment dispensing assembly further comprises a sealing connection arranged between the telescopic tube 7 and the dispensing container 3 and/or between the telescopic tube 7 and the catheter 4. Wherein, the sealing connection structure can be only arranged between the telescopic tube 7 and the throwing container 3, or only arranged between the telescopic tube 7 and the liquid guide insertion tube 4, or arranged between the telescopic tube 7 and the throwing container 3 and between the telescopic tube 7 and the liquid guide insertion tube 4, and the adjustment and the change of the specific arrangement position of the sealing connection structure do not depart from the principle and the scope of the invention, and the invention is limited within the protection scope of the invention.
Preferably, the sealing connection comprises a first sealing connection, by means of which one end of the telescopic tube 7 and the dosing container 3 are sealingly connected. Wherein the first sealing connection structure can be only arranged on the telescopic tube 7, or only arranged on the dispensing container 3, or a part of the first sealing connection structure is arranged on the telescopic tube 7, and another part of the first sealing connection structure is arranged on the dispensing container 3, and the flexible adjustment and change can be realized without departing from the principle and the scope of the invention, and the invention is to be limited within the protection scope of the invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the first sealing connection structure comprises a first sealing connection 32 formed on the dispensing container 3 and a second sealing connection 71 formed on the telescopic tube 7, and one end of the telescopic tube 7 and the dispensing container 3 are sealingly connected by the first sealing connection 32 and the second sealing connection 71. The first sealing connection portion 32 is an annular sealing rib formed on the inner wall of the throwing container 3, the second sealing connection portion 71 is an annular sealing groove formed on the outer wall of the telescopic pipe 7, and one end of the telescopic pipe 7 is connected with the throwing container 3 in a sealing mode through the annular sealing rib and the annular sealing groove. Of course, it is also possible to arrange the first sealing connection 32 as an annular sealing groove formed on the dispensing container 3 and, correspondingly, the second sealing connection 71 as an annular sealing rib formed on the telescopic tube 7, and such flexible adjustment and modification are within the scope of protection of the present invention without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 9, the laundry treatment dosing agent assembly further comprises a fixing ring 8, the fixing ring 8 is arranged at the connection of the telescopic tube 7 and the dosing container 3, and in an assembled state, the outer wall of the fixing ring 8 is attached to the inner wall of the telescopic tube 7 to prevent the annular sealing groove and the annular sealing rib from being detached from each other. That is, the inner wall of the extension tube 7 provided with the annular sealing groove is supported by the fixing ring 8, so that the extension tube 7 is prevented from being separated from the annular sealing rib due to the deformation of the annular sealing groove when being pulled or pushed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 9, the fixing ring 8 comprises a ring-shaped body 81 and a positioning structure 82 connected to the ring-shaped body 81, the positioning structure 82 being arranged so as to prevent the fixing ring 8 from moving in the direction of the telescopic tube 7. The fixing ring 8 can be positioned at the end of the telescopic tube 7 by the positioning structure 82 to prevent the fixing ring 8 from moving to the inner side of the telescopic tube 7 and failing to play a role in preventing the annular sealing groove and the annular sealing rib from being separated from each other. Wherein the positioning structure 82 is a positioning flange 82, the positioning flange 82 is vertically connected with the annular body 81 of the fixing ring 8, and in the assembled state, the positioning flange 82 abuts against the end of the telescopic tube 7. The third sealing connection portion 72 is an annular sealing rib, the fourth sealing connection portion 41 is correspondingly an annular sealing groove, and the other end of the extension tube 7 and one end of the liquid guide insertion tube 4 are connected in a sealing manner through the annular sealing rib and the annular sealing groove. Of course, the third seal connection 72 may be provided as an annular seal groove, and correspondingly, the fourth seal connection 41 may be provided as an annular seal rib, and such flexible adjustment and modification do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 6, the dosing container 3 is provided with a support structure 33, and in the assembled condition the bellows 7 is located above the support structure 33. Wherein the support structure 33 is a U-shaped plate 33, in the assembled condition, the telescopic tube 7 is located in the receiving cavity formed by the U-shaped plate 33. The U-shaped plate 33 is fixedly connected to or integrated with the launch container 3. Of course, the supporting structure 33 can be provided as a supporting frame or a supporting seat, and such modifications and changes to the specific structural form of the supporting structure 33 without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the laundry treating agent dispensing assembly further comprises a retaining member 9, one end of the retaining member 9 is fixedly connected with the dispensing container 3, the connection structure of the other end of the retaining member 9 and the catheter 4 is configured such that the dispensing container 3 moves the catheter 4 with the retaining member 9 when the dispensing container 3 moves away from the storage container 2, and the retaining member 9 slides along the outer wall of the catheter 4 when the dispensing container 3 moves close to the storage container 2. That is, one end of the anti-slip member 9 is fixedly connected to the dispensing container 3, and the other end of the anti-slip member 9 is connected to the outer wall of the liquid guide cannula 4 in a one-way sliding manner, so that when the dispensing container 3 moves, a pulling force can be applied to the outer wall of the liquid guide cannula 4 through the anti-slip member 9 to drive the liquid guide cannula 4 to move, thereby avoiding affecting the sealing performance of the connection portion between the dispensing container 3 and the extension tube 7, specifically, the left end of the extension tube 7 is fixedly connected to the dispensing container 3, when the dispensing container 3 is pulled, the connection portion between the dispensing container 3 and the extension tube 7 tends to separate from each other without the pulling force transmitted by the anti-slip member 9, after a period of use, the sealing performance of the connection portion between the dispensing container 3 and the extension tube 7 may be reduced, and when the washing machine is not used for a long time, the liquid guide cannula 4 may be adhered to the inner wall of the storage container 2 by the laundry treating agent, in this situation, the liquid guiding cannula 4 can be pulled out only by a large pulling force, if the pulling force is not transmitted by the anti-drop member 9, the joint of the dispensing container 3 and the extension tube 7 tends to be separated greatly, which may damage the sealing performance of the joint, therefore, applying the pulling force on the outer wall of the liquid guiding cannula 4 by the anti-drop member 9 can avoid affecting the sealing performance of the joint of the dispensing container 3 and the extension tube 7, and can also avoid the extension tube 7 from being damaged due to the increased pulling force, and another purpose of the arrangement is to push the dispensing container 3 when the liquid guiding cannula 4 cannot move or moves smoothly enough, and the anti-drop member 9 can slide along the outer wall of the liquid guiding cannula 4, so that the dispensing container 3 can move towards the storage container 2, and the push-spring switch 6 is unlocked by force.
In one possible case, the anti-drop component 9 is a fixed seat, the left end of the fixed seat is clamped and fixed with the throwing container 3, the right end of the fixed seat is provided with an anti-drop tube (the length of the anti-drop tube is less than that of the catheter tube 4), the inner diameter of the anti-drop tube is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the catheter tube 4, the outer wall close to the left end of the catheter tube 4 is provided with a limit ring (the outer diameter of the limit ring is larger than the inner diameter of the anti-drop tube), the right end of the catheter tube 4 is inserted into the anti-drop tube from the left end of the fixed seat and extends out of the anti-drop tube until the limit ring is abutted against the end part of the anti-drop tube, the left end of the catheter tube 4 is clamped and fixed with the throwing container 3 after being communicated with the throwing container 3, the limit ring is abutted against the end part of the anti-drop tube to prevent the catheter tube 4 from continuing, when putting in container 3 and being pulled, put in container 3 promptly and keep away from storage container 2 and remove, can drive the fixing base and remove, the fixing base will draw power transmission through the anticreep pipe and give the spacing ring of setting on the outer wall of drain intubate 4 to drive drain intubate 4 and remove, and when putting in container 3 and being promoted, put in container 3 promptly and be close to storage container 2 and remove, the fixing base can slide along the outer wall of drain intubate 4.
In another possible case, the anti-dropping member 9 may include a plurality of fixing rods, each fixing rod includes a cross rod and a vertical rod, the cross rod and the vertical rod are vertically connected, i.e. arranged in an L-shape, the number of the fixing rods is 3, the fixing rods are arranged around the outer wall of the liquid guiding insertion tube 4, the outer wall of the liquid guiding insertion tube 4 is provided with 3 sliding grooves corresponding to the fixing rods, the end portion of the cross rod can slide in the sliding grooves along the direction of the liquid guiding insertion tube 4, in the assembled state, the end portion of the cross rod abuts against the left end of the sliding grooves (the side close to the dispensing container 3), the end portion of the vertical rod is fixed on the dispensing container 3 through a fastening member, so as to prevent the liquid guiding insertion tube 4 and the dispensing container 3 from separating from each other, when the dispensing container 3 is pulled, i.e. when the dispensing container 3 moves away from the storage container 2, thereby driving the catheter 4 to move and when the dispensing container 3 is pushed, i.e. the dispensing container 3 moves close to the storage container 2, the cross bar of the fixation rod can slide along the sliding groove arranged on the outer wall of the catheter 4. Of course, the above two cases are only exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 8 and 10, the connection structure includes a position-limiting structure 42 disposed on the outer wall of the catheter 4 and an anti-dropping structure 91 disposed at the other end of the anti-dropping member 9, and when the dropping container 3 carries the anti-dropping member 9 to move away from the storage container 2, the position-limiting structure 42 and the anti-dropping structure 91 cooperate to drive the catheter 4 to move. 21. A laundry treatment agent dosing assembly according to claim 20, wherein the positioning structure is a positioning flange, which is perpendicularly connected to the annular body of the fixing ring, which in the assembled condition abuts against the end of the telescopic tube.
