To this end, an object of the present invention is to propose a control method of a laundry treating apparatus.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a control device of a laundry treating apparatus.
Yet another object of the present invention is to propose a laundry treating apparatus.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In an aspect of the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising: the liquid level of the water entering a clothes treatment chamber of the clothes treatment equipment reaches a first preset liquid level; controlling the laundry treating apparatus to wash; acquiring a liquid level representation value of the clothes treatment chamber; determining the load amount in the clothes treatment chamber according to the liquid level representation value.
According to the technical scheme, firstly, the liquid level in the clothes treatment chamber is increased to a first preset liquid level, secondly, clothes are washed, water is not supplemented in the washing process, due to the fact that water absorption effect exists in the clothes, the liquid level in the clothes treatment chamber is reduced after washing, and the reduction of the liquid level mainly depends on the water absorption amount of the clothes, therefore, the liquid level characteristic value in the clothes treatment chamber is measured, the load amount in the clothes treatment chamber is accurately determined according to the liquid level characteristic value, the energy-saving effect of the clothes treatment equipment is favorably optimized, and the washing effect is favorably optimized.
The first preset liquid level is often selected according to the capacity of the clothes treatment device, the power of the clothes treatment device, the load capacity and the water absorption capacity of the load.
In addition, the liquid level representation value is an electrical signal that can represent the liquid level, such as frequency, voltage, current, digital signal-UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver transmitter), and the like, wherein the frequency is in a negative correlation with the liquid level, and the voltage and the current are in a positive correlation with the liquid level.
In addition, according to the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to the above embodiment of the present invention, there may be additional technical features as follows:
in any of the above solutions, optionally, the step of determining the load amount in the laundry processing chamber according to the liquid level representation value includes: determining that the liquid level characterization value is greater than or equal to a first liquid level threshold value, and determining that the load amount is a first load amount; or, determining that the liquid level representation value is smaller than a first liquid level threshold value, and enabling the liquid level of the water fed into the clothes treatment chamber to reach a second preset liquid level; controlling the clothes treatment equipment to wash, and obtaining the liquid level representation value of the clothes treatment chamber again; and determining the load amount in the clothes treatment chamber according to the liquid level representation value acquired again.
In the technical scheme, if the liquid level is greater than or equal to the first liquid level threshold value, the liquid amount of the clothes treatment chamber is enough for load washing, the washing water amount does not need to be increased, the load is determined to be the first load amount, and the existing water amount is kept for continuous washing.
The load amount may be set to a range of the weight of the laundry, such as 2kg to 3kg, or may be set to a proportional value of the full load, such as 1/4 load amount, 1/2 load amount, 3/4 load amount, but is not limited thereto

In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, the step of determining the load amount in the laundry treatment chamber according to the liquid level characterization value obtained again includes: determining that the liquid level characterization value obtained again is larger than or equal to a second liquid level threshold value, and determining that the load amount is a second load amount; or determining that the liquid level characterization value obtained again is smaller than the second liquid level threshold value, and determining that the load amount is a third load amount.
In the technical scheme, if the liquid level is greater than or equal to the second liquid level threshold value, the liquid amount of the clothes treatment chamber is enough for load washing, the washing water amount does not need to be increased, the load amount is determined to be the second load amount, and the washing is continued.
In addition, if the level indicator is less than the second level threshold, indicating that the amount of liquid in the laundry treatment chamber is not sufficient for load washing, the amount of washing water needs to be increased to a third preset level.
In any of the above solutions, optionally, the second liquid level threshold is greater than the first liquid level threshold.
In this technical scheme, first liquid level threshold value is used for judging whether the loading is greater than first loading, and the second liquid level threshold value is used for judging whether the loading is greater than the second loading, because add water in to the clothing processing chamber many times, consequently, the liquid level token value constantly risees, and along with the liquid level risees, in order to improve the reliability and the efficiency that detect, sets up the second liquid level threshold value and is greater than first liquid level threshold value.

as shown in fig. 4, the above embodiment illustrates how to judge the 1/4 rated load, 1/2 rated load and full laundry amount, and those skilled in the art should know that, according to the load amount detection method disclosed in the above embodiment, 3/4 load of laundry can be further identified.
For example, for a washing machine with a rated load of 7kg, the determination process includes:
step S402, water injection for the first time: the water quantity required by the rated load of 0-1/4 is injected, and the frequency measured by the water level meter is 23.65kHz at the moment, the clothes quantity is assumed to be 2kg, and the water inflow is 8L.
And S404, heating the clothes during washing for 5 minutes at a heating temperature range of 30-50 ℃, stopping the motor for 8:8 (for example, 8 seconds after 8 seconds), and rotating at 35 rpm, wherein the clothes can absorb water as soon as possible by heating and washing, and whether the amount of the clothes in the inner drum is within 0-1/4 rated load is determined by obvious change of water level.
Step S406, reading the current water level value.
Step S408, injecting water for the second time: and (3) injecting 1/4-1/2 rated load required water, supposing that the amount of the clothes is 3.5kg, the supplemented water inflow is 3 liters, the total liquid amount in the clothes treatment chamber is 11 liters at the moment, the initial frequency of the liquid level meter is 24.00kHz at the moment, and judging whether the liquid level frequency value is less than 24.50kHz or not.
Step S410, if the water level is larger than or equal to a first liquid level threshold value, determining that the load in the inner drum is the amount of the clothes corresponding to the rated load of 0-1/4, in the step, obtaining a frequency value through a liquid level meter of the washing machine, wherein the frequency value can reflect the height of the liquid level (the higher the frequency value is, the lower the water level is), and if the read frequency value is smaller than 24.50kHz, the liquid level is larger than or equal to the first liquid level threshold value, namely the amount of water absorbed by the clothes does not exceed the preset water absorption amount.
And S414, if the water level is less than the first liquid level threshold value, namely the read frequency value is more than or equal to the frequency value of the first liquid level threshold value, injecting 1/4-1/2 of water required by a preset load, wherein the initial frequency detected by the liquid level meter after water injection is close to 24kHz, and at the moment, determining a second liquid level threshold value of 24.50kHz according to the new total liquid level.
And S416, heating the clothes during washing for 5 minutes at a heating temperature of 30-50 ℃, wherein the stop ratio of the motor is 8:8, such as 8 seconds for 8 seconds and then 8 seconds for 35 revolutions per minute, and the clothes can absorb water as soon as possible by heating and washing, and whether the amount of the clothes in the inner drum is within 0-1/4 rated load is determined by obvious change of the water level.
And step S418, reading the current liquid level frequency value.
Step S412, determining whether the liquid level frequency value is less than 24.5kHz, if so, performing step S422, and if not, performing step S620, where the frequency value detected by the liquid level meter is inversely related to the liquid level value, and will not be described in detail below.
And step S420, if the water level is greater than or equal to the second liquid level threshold, determining that the load in the inner cylinder is the amount of clothes corresponding to the rated load of 1/4-1/2.
Step S422, if the water level is smaller than the second liquid level threshold, determining that the load in the inner drum is the amount of the clothes corresponding to the rated load of 1/2-3/4, at the moment, determining the second liquid level threshold to be 24.50kHz according to the new total liquid level, injecting water required by the rated load of 1/2-3/4, assuming that the amount of the clothes is 5kg, the supplemented water inflow is 3 liters, at the moment, the total liquid level in the clothes treatment chamber is 14 liters, and the initial frequency of the liquid level meter is 24.00 kHz.
And step S424, heating can be carried out during washing for 5 minutes, the heating temperature ranges from 30 ℃ to 50 ℃, the stop ratio of the motor is 8:8, for example, the motor stops for 8 seconds and then stops for 8 seconds, the rotating speed is 35 revolutions per minute, in the step, the clothes can absorb water as soon as possible through heating and washing, and whether the amount of the clothes in the inner drum is within 1/2-3/4 rated load is determined through obvious change of the water level.
Step S426, reading the current water level value.
Step 428, determining whether the liquid level frequency value is less than 24.50kHz, if so, executing step 632, and if not, executing step 630.
And S430, if the water level is greater than or equal to the second liquid level threshold, determining that the load in the inner cylinder is the amount of clothes corresponding to the rated load of 1/2-3/4.
Step S432, if the laundry amount is judged to be 3/4-1 rated load, fourth water injection is carried out: the supplementary water inflow was 4 liters according to the laundry amount of 7kg, and the total liquid amount in the laundry treating chamber was 18 liters at the initial frequency of the liquid level meter of 23.80 kHz.
In the above embodiment, the first water supply is assumed to be 2kg in amount of laundry, 8L in amount of water supplied, and the initial frequency of the level meter is 23.65kHz, the second water supply is assumed to be 3.5kg in amount of laundry, and 3 liters in amount of water supplied, where the total amount of liquid in the laundry treatment chamber is 11 liters, the initial frequency of the level meter is 24.00kHz, the third water supply is assumed to be 5kg in amount of laundry, and 3 liters in amount of water supplied, where the total amount of liquid in the laundry treatment chamber is 14 liters, the initial frequency of the level meter is 24.00kHz, and the corresponding threshold value of liquid level is 24.50kHz, the fourth water supply is assumed to be 7kg in amount of laundry, and 4 liters in amount of water supplied, where the total amount of liquid in the laundry treatment chamber is 18 liters, and the initial frequency of the level meter is 23.80, where the initial frequency is a frequency detected at the initial timing.
Similarly, for a washing machine with a predetermined load of 8KG, the first water injection is 2KG per laundry amount, 8L per water inlet amount, and the initial frequency of the level gauge is 24.00kHz, the second is 4KG per laundry amount, and the supplemented water inlet amount is 4 liters, at which time the total liquid amount in the laundry treatment chamber is 12 liters, the initial frequency of the level gauge is 23.90kHz, the third is 6KG per laundry amount, and the supplemented water inlet amount is 4 liters, at which time the total liquid amount in the laundry treatment chamber is 16 liters, the initial frequency of the level gauge is 23.90kHz, the fourth is 8KG per laundry amount, and the supplemented water inlet amount is 4 liters, at which time the total liquid amount in the laundry treatment chamber is 20 liters, and the initial frequency of the level gauge is 23.90 kHz.
In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, the method includes: the washing operation parameter of the laundry treating apparatus is adjusted according to the load amount.
In the technical scheme, the operation parameters are adjusted according to the determined load capacity, so that the clothes treatment effect and the energy-saving index are favorably improved, for example, the load capacity is determined to belong to 0-1/4 preset load, the clothes quantity is less, the total washing time is shortened, the rinsing time is shortened, the dewatering time is shortened, the liquid supply amount is reduced, the washing efficiency is improved, the heating time is shortened, the possibility that the clothes are damaged by high-temperature washing liquid is reduced, the service time of the washing and cooking equipment is shortened, and the service life is prolonged.
In addition, the motor stalling ratio can be reduced, and/or the motor rotating speed can be reduced, so that the power consumption of the motor is reduced, and the energy efficiency index of the washing equipment is improved.
For another example, if the load amount is determined to be 1/2-3/4 predetermined load, indicating that the laundry amount is large, the total washing time is extended to improve the cleaning effect of the laundry, and/or the rinsing time is delayed, and/or the dehydrating time is shortened, and/or the liquid supply amount is increased to reduce the detergent remaining on the laundry, and/or the heating time is extended to improve the high-temperature sterilization washing effect.
In addition, the motor stalling ratio can be improved, and/or the motor rotating speed can be improved, so that the clothes washing efficiency is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.

(2) It is judged that the clothes in the clothes treating chamber correspond to 1/2 laundry amount (i.e., load amount), set to wash for 105 minutes, heat for 13 minutes, rinse for 5 minutes, and dehydrate for 6 minutes.
(3) It is determined that the clothes in the laundry treatment chamber correspond to 3/4 laundry amount (i.e., load amount), set to wash for 120 minutes, heat for 16 minutes, rinse for 7 minutes, and dehydrate for 7 minutes.
(4) It is determined that the clothes in the laundry treatment chamber correspond to a full amount of clothes (i.e., a load amount), set to wash for 140 minutes, heat for 20 minutes, rinse for 9 minutes, and dehydrate for 8 minutes.
