Meanwhile, the viscosity of the common isocyanate curing agent adopted by the invention is not limited by viscosity conditions, and the curing agent can be low-viscosity curing agent or high-viscosity curing agent. While the conventional theory is: even if the common isocyanate curing agent is adopted, the low viscosity must be selected, otherwise the requirement of being favorable for mixing and ensuring high gloss as the automobile quick repair paint cannot be met. However, the low viscosity curing agent is expensive as the modified water-dispersible isocyanate curing agent, and is not favorable for reducing the manufacturing cost of the automobile repair varnish.
For the development of automotive repair varnishes, conventional thinking has been that: co-solvents have little effect on the curing agents and paints employed, and extensive research on co-solvents has been omitted. The invention adopts the hydrophilic ethers and hydrophilic esters without hydroxyl as the cosolvent, breaks through the neglect of the conventional cosolvent effect, and adopts the cooperation of the conventional curing agent and the hydrophilic cosolvent through careful research to achieve the perfect combination of the product cost and the performance.
The characteristics of the hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl-dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether cosolvent and the hydrophilic ester cosolvent without hydroxyl-diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate cosolvent adopted in the invention are as follows:
dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether: hydrophilic soluble grease, flash point: 65 ℃ and is non-flammable and non-explosive, and the drying speed is moderate. The surface drying speed can be controlled well, and the high-temperature prickly heat cannot be generated, and the quick-drying effect is realized at low temperature. It may or may not be oven dried.
Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate: the paint has the advantages of hydrophilic dissoluble grease, high boiling point, high flash point and low volatilization rate, and can prolong the drying speed to obtain a high-gloss surface when being used in a paint formula.
The product of the invention has the advantages of low VOC content, high gloss, good fullness, low cost, quick drying and easy construction.
In order to better illustrate the beneficial effects of the invention, the following comparison of the product of the invention with the performance of the same type of aqueous two-component products on the market is carried out.
The product of the invention is compared with the similar water-based double-component products in the market in all aspects, and the comparison result is shown in the following table 1:

as can be seen from the above table, compared with the similar water-based two-component products in the market, the product of the invention has the advantages of fast drying, outstanding construction performance, continuous construction, time saving and low product cost. The matched water-based base paint has better appearance than solvent-based varnish. Compared with solvent-based products, the coating has better construction performance.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the examples, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based quick-drying easy-to-construct automobile repair varnish comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, and is characterized in that the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is 100: 50: 60-70, wherein:
the component A mainly comprises the following components in parts by mass:
60-90 parts of aqueous hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion solution,
0.2 to 0.5 portion of defoaming agent,
0.2 to 1 portion of flatting agent,
0.2 to 0.8 portion of wetting agent,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of thickening agent,
0.2 to 1 portion of amine neutralizer,
10-30 parts of deionized water;
the component B mainly comprises the following components in parts by mass:
40-70 parts of a lipophilic curing agent,
20-30 parts of hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl,
5-10 parts of hydrophilic ester cosolvent without hydroxyl;
the component C mainly comprises the following components in parts by mass:
1-25 parts of hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl,
75-100 parts of deionized water.
2. The water-based quick-drying easy-to-construct automobile repair varnish comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is 100: 50: 60-70, wherein:
the component A mainly comprises the following components in parts by mass:
60-90 parts of aqueous hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion solution,
0.2 to 0.5 portion of defoaming agent,
0.2 to 1 portion of flatting agent,
0.2 to 0.8 portion of wetting agent,
0.5 to 1.5 portions of thickening agent,
0.2 to 1 portion of amine neutralizer,
10-30 parts of deionized water;
the component B mainly comprises the following components in parts by mass:
40-70 parts of a lipophilic curing agent,
20-30 parts of cosolvent containing partial lipophilic ethers and not containing hydroxyl,
5-10 parts of a cosolvent containing part of lipophilic esters and not containing hydroxyl;
the component C mainly comprises the following components in parts by mass:
1-25 parts of cosolvent containing partial lipophilic ethers and not containing hydroxyl,
75-100 parts of deionized water.
3. The aqueous quick-drying easy-to-apply automobile repair varnish according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in the component B, the lipophilic curing agent is an isocyanate curing agent.
4. The waterborne quick-drying easy-to-apply automobile repair varnish as claimed in claim 3, wherein the isocyanate curing agent is hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent, the solid content of which is 100%, and no special requirement is imposed on the viscosity.

The waterborne quick-drying easy-to-construct automobile repair varnish according to claim 1, wherein in the component B and the component C, the hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl groups is an ether cosolvent containing groups which are both hydrophilic and can not react with the curing agent, and the hydrophilic ester cosolvent without hydroxyl groups is an ester cosolvent containing groups which are both hydrophilic and can not react with the curing agent.

The waterborne quick-drying easy-to-apply automobile refinishing varnish according to claim 5, wherein the hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl groups is dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, and the hydrophilic ester cosolvent without hydroxyl groups is diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate.

The waterborne quick-drying easy-to-construct automobile repair varnish according to claim 2, wherein in the component B and the component C, the mass percentage of the non-hydroxyl-containing partial lipophilic ether cosolvent is more than 60% of the non-hydroxyl-containing hydrophilic ether cosolvent and less than 40% of the non-hydroxyl-containing lipophilic ether cosolvent; the mass percentage of the hydroxyl-free lipophilic ester cosolvent containing part is more than 60 percent of the hydroxyl-free hydrophilic oily ester cosolvent, and the mass percentage of the hydroxyl-free lipophilic oily ester cosolvent containing part is less than 40 percent.

The waterborne quick-drying easy-to-construct automobile repair varnish as claimed in claim 7, wherein the non-hydroxyl group-containing lipophilic ether cosolvent is ethylene glycol dibutyl ether, and the non-hydroxyl group-containing lipophilic oil ester cosolvent is propylene glycol diacetate.
9. A method for preparing the aqueous quick-drying easy-to-construct automotive refinish varnish according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of component A: sequentially adding the aqueous hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion solution, the defoaming agent, the flatting agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the amine neutralizing agent and the deionized water in the component A into a container, mixing and stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain the aqueous hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion solution;
(2) preparation of component B: sequentially adding the lipophilic curing agent, the hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl and the hydrophilic ester cosolvent without hydroxyl in the component B into a container, mixing and stirring uniformly, filtering to obtain the product, and sealing and storing;
(3) preparation of component C: adding the hydrophilic ether cosolvent without hydroxyl and deionized water into a container, mixing and stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain the product.
10. A method for preparing the aqueous quick-drying easy-to-construct automotive refinish varnish according to claim 2, comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of component A: sequentially adding the aqueous hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion solution, the defoaming agent, the flatting agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the amine neutralizing agent and the deionized water in the component A into a container, mixing and stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain the aqueous hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion solution;
(2) preparation of component B: sequentially adding the lipophilic curing agent, the non-hydroxyl cosolvent containing part of lipophilic ethers and the non-hydroxyl cosolvent containing part of lipophilic esters in the component B into a container, mixing and stirring uniformly, filtering to obtain the product, and sealing and storing;
(3) preparation of component C: adding the cosolvent containing part of lipophilic ethers and free of hydroxyl and deionized water into a container, mixing and stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain the product.
