Abstract
The invention discloses an electroplating-resistant powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-26 parts of polyethylene resin, 30-57 parts of polyester resin, 8-14 parts of curing agent, 15-30 parts of titanium dioxide and 12-16 parts of silicon powder. The invention also provides a preparation method of the electroplating-resistant powder coating. The electroplating-resistant powder coating provided by the invention has stronger electroplating resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of powder coatings, in particular to an electroplating-resistant powder coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
High concentrations of nitric acid and phosphoric acid are generally used as the electroplating solution, and the common coating is difficult to bear the electroplating solution containing the high concentrations of nitric acid and phosphoric acid, can seriously discolor and lose the anticorrosion capability. Experiments show that the color difference can exceed 3.0 by primary electroplating, the color difference can even exceed 5.0 by secondary electroplating after deplating, and the adhesion can be reduced to be below grade 3. In addition, the salt spray performance is reduced after electroplating, and the neutral salt spray test is difficult to exceed 250 hours.
Therefore, there is a need for an electroplating-resistant powder coating and a preparation method thereof based on the prior art to solve the above problems.

The invention provides an electroplating-resistant powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-26 parts of polyethylene resin
30-57 parts of polyester resin
8-14 parts of curing agent
15-30 parts of titanium dioxide
12-16 parts of silicon powder.
Preferably, the curing agent is TGIC.
Preferably, the acid value of the polyester resin is in the range of 46-48MGKOH/G, the softening point is in the range of 120-125 ℃, and the glass transition temperature is more than 60 ℃.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the electroplating-resistant powder coating, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and crushing to 70-80 meshes;
adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 150-;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed tablets by a sieve of 160-mesh and 200-mesh to obtain the powder coating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the powder coating can achieve the accumulated color difference of primary and secondary electroplating of not more than 1.0, and the adhesive force is kept at zero level. The neutral salt spray test may pass 1000 hours. In addition, the coating is powder, does not contain VOC, and meets the requirement of environmental protection.
