The biological aeration system comprises aeration branch pipes, aeration membranes, membrane supporting pipes, component frames and the like. The purpose of aeration is to meet the metabolic oxygen demand of microorganisms in the biological tank, and simultaneously play a role in stirring the activated sludge, ensure that the activated sludge is suspended in the mixed liquid and does not precipitate, so as to be convenient for rapidly adsorbing and degrading organic substances in the sewage and achieve the aim of purifying the water quality.
At present, most sewage treatment plants require that the aerator module is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the biochemical tank from design to installation, and the oxygen supply effect is good, but the inconvenience is brought to maintenance and repair. Because the sewage has complex components and more toxic and harmful substances, the corrosion harm to treatment facilities in the sewage is great. The membrane belongs to easily-damaged and easily-consumed objects, and is easy to tear, block, fall off and the like when working in sewage for a long time, so that the effect of sewage treatment is influenced, and great troubles are caused to the management and operation of a sewage treatment plant. The aerator module is maintained without a better method, and can be replaced and maintained only after the operation is stopped and the mixed liquid in the biological treatment tank is emptied, which brings great harm to the surrounding environment and is not allowed by the government when the water is drained.
The environmental protection treatment requires that the sewage treatment facility must operate continuously for 24 hours, and the sewage is not allowed to be discharged outside, which brings difficulty to the maintenance of the sewage treatment aeration facility and is the most headache for sewage treatment operators. Detailed Description
The invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment is a promotion formula aeration subassembly for sewage treatment, solves the maintenance problem of taking water of sewage aerator subassembly, maintains sewage aerator under the condition that does not influence the operation, does not stop producing. The main body of the aeration component is an aerator which comprises an aerator frame 8 and an aeration membrane tube 9, wherein the aerator is provided with a joint 10 for connecting a gas transmission pipe 7 for supplying gas.
The lifting power system of the aeration component comprises a speed reducing motor 1, a synchronous speed regulator 3 and a transmission connecting rod 2. The speed reducing motor 1 is a positive and negative two-phase switch, and the speed ratio is 1: 6, it is fixed on the wall of the biochemical pool by an angle iron bracket. The synchronous speed regulator 3 is fixed on the opposite pool wall of the speed reducing motor 1, is at the same horizontal height with the speed reducing motor 1, and has the rotating speed synchronous with the speed reducing motor 1. The synchronous speed regulator 3 and the gear motor 1 are provided with universal joints at two sides and the front, and the two are connected by a transmission connecting rod 2 crossing the biochemical pool. The transmission connecting rod 2 is a common steel pipe and can be freely disassembled.
The lifting structure of the aeration assembly comprises four wire wheels 5 arranged corresponding to four corners of a square aerator frame 8, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, the wire wheels 5 are installed in a support frame 11 positioned on the wall of the tank and rotate along with a transmission connecting rod 2. Each wire wheel 5 is wound with a lifting rope 6, and the lower ends of the lifting ropes 6 are respectively connected with lifting rings on four corners of the aerator frame 8. The lifting rope 6 can be a steel wire rope.
The biological pond is characterized in that the pond walls on two sides of the biological pond are respectively provided with an upper guide rod 4, the upper end of each upper guide rod 4 is in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt 14, the adjusting bolts 14 are in threaded connection with a fixing frame 13 at the upper edge of the pond wall of the biochemical pond, and the upper guide rods 4 can move up and down when the adjusting bolts 14 are rotated. The two lower guide rods 15 are vertically and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the biochemical pool in a one-to-one correspondence with the upper guide rods 4. Vertical guide ear sleeves 12 are welded on two sides of the aerator frame 8 corresponding to the upper guide rods 4 respectively, the upper guide rods 4 and the lower guide rods 15 can be inserted into or separated from the guide ear sleeves 12, wedges are welded at the lower ends of the upper guide rods 4, and jacks are arranged on the side surfaces of the lower guide rods 15. The upper end of the guide ear sleeve 12 is hinged with a buckle 17, the lower end of the buckle 17 is also provided with a wedge block and can fall into the jack of the lower guide rod 15 freely by means of gravity, and the wedge block can be coupled with the wedge block at the lower end of the upper guide rod 4 to realize the connection of the upper guide rod 4 and the lower guide rod 15. The upper guide rod 4 is locked or disengaged from the coupling of the buckle 17 by adjusting the adjusting bolt 14 to facilitate lifting or fixing of the aerator assembly. The lower end surface of the aerator frame 8 is provided with adjustable legs 16 for adjusting the levelness of the aeration assembly.
Under the condition that the sewage treatment plant does not stop running, the damaged or blocked aerator can be lifted above the water surface for maintenance, thereby saving trouble, time and labor, avoiding emptying the sewage in the biochemical tank and influencing the normal running of other facilities. Due to the fixing effect of the upper guide rod 4, the lower guide rod 15 and the guide ear sleeves 12, the aerator is prevented from floating or shifting due to overlarge buoyancy.
When the aerator needs to be placed to the bottom of the tank, the descending button of the lifting power system is pressed, and the aerator is slowly placed into the water. When the aerator reaches the bottom of the biochemical tank, the adjusting bolt 14 at the top of the upper guide rod 4 is rotated to lift the upper guide rod 4 upwards and slowly separate from the lower guide rod 15 to a specified position, and then the buckle 17 automatically slides into the reserved jack of the lower guide rod 15 under the action of gravity. And then the adjusting bolt 14 is rotated reversely to enable the upper guide rod 4 to descend to be matched with the lower guide rod 15, at the moment, the wedge blocks of the upper guide rod 4 are just coupled with the wedge blocks of the buckle 17, and the adjusting bolt 14 is screwed down to lock the two wedge blocks, so that the effect of fixing the aerator is achieved.
When the aerator needs to be lifted upwards, the adjusting bolt 14 at the top of the upper guide rod 4 is rotated, so that the upper guide rod 4 is lifted upwards and separated from the lower guide rod 15 to a designated position slowly. Then pull the buckle 17 out of the jack by a pull rope, press a lifting button of a lifting power system, and slowly lift the aerator above the water surface, which is very convenient.
