A second flexible band (8) having a tip end mounted on the first mounting portion (62); and
a second swing frame (9) which is provided with a second connecting part (91) connected to the bottom end of the second flexible belt (8) in the middle and is provided with two second mounting parts (92) symmetrically arranged relative to the second connecting part (91);
two ends of the top of the pipe cover (3) are respectively arranged on the two second installation parts (92), and the pipe cover (3) can drive the disinfection lamp tube (2) to swing or/and rotate relative to the corresponding first installation part (62) along with the second swing frame (9) under the action of hot air flow generated by heating of the heating element (4).

A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 8, wherein: two ends of the top of the pipe cover (3) are respectively installed on two second installation parts (92) through two third flexible belts (10), the pipe cover (3) can be in a vertical drooping state in a state without air flow disturbance, and the disinfection lamp tube (2) can be driven to swing relative to the corresponding second swing frame (9) under the action of hot air flow generated by heating of the heating element (4).
10. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the inner wall of the pipe cover (3) is made of a material capable of reflecting disinfection light.
