Particularly, when the surgical incision of the surgical object is very small, the trocar can reduce pain and injury caused by insertion and extraction, and when the surgical incision is very large, the trocar is more firmly installed under the action of the air bag 17 and is not easy to fall off, so that the surgical efficiency can be indirectly improved, the surgical time can be shortened, and the surgical success rate can be improved.
2. The smoke outlet structure of the multifunctional laparoscopic surgery trocar comprises a three-way pipe 11 and a protruding part 12. Example 4
The embodiment provides a multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar, which is added with a smoke collecting device on the basis of the embodiment 1. The smoke collection device is used for collecting smoke exhausted from the smoke outlet structure, and can comprise a smoke collection container and a smoking device. The smoke sucking device sucks out smoke in the smoke outlet structure through the fan, and the smoke collecting container collects the smoke sucked out by the smoke sucking device and prevents the smoke from flowing back. Example 5
The present example provides a method of using a multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar as provided in examples 1-4. Wherein, the use method of the trocar comprises the following steps.
(1) The mirror tube 3 is inserted into the smoke exhaust tube 1, so that the smoke collecting hood 2 is sealed by the mounting head 4. The step is the assembly step of the trocar, and after the assembly is finished, all the components form a whole, so that the subsequent operation is convenient.

the smoke exhaust device comprises a smoke exhaust pipe, a smoke collecting hood and a smoke outlet structure; one end of the smoke exhaust pipe can be inserted into the body of a surgical patient, and the other end of the smoke exhaust pipe is communicated with the smoke collecting hood; the smoke outlet structure is arranged on the smoke collecting cover and is used for discharging smoke in the smoke collecting cover;
an observation device including a scope tube and a mounting head; one end of the mirror tube can be inserted into and penetrates through the smoke exhaust tube, and the other end of the mirror tube is fixedly connected with the mounting head; the mounting head is attached to the smoke collecting cover and seals the smoke collecting cover;
the sealing and fixing device comprises a rubber ring I and a rubber ring II which are coaxially arranged; the first rubber ring is arranged in one end, connected with the smoke exhaust pipe, of the smoke collecting hood and is provided with a plurality of smoke inlet holes; the rubber ring II is arranged in one end of the smoke collecting hood, which is far away from the smoke exhaust pipe, and forms a smoke collecting space together with the rubber ring I and the inner wall of the smoke collecting hood, and the smoke outlet structure is communicated with the smoke collecting space;
the positioning device comprises a rubber tube, an air inlet and outlet tube and an inflating valve; the rubber pipe is sleeved on one end of the smoke exhaust pipe and one end of the smoke collecting hood connected with the smoke exhaust pipe, and is provided with at least two rubber layers; a closed inflation layer is formed between the two rubber layers, and one end of the air inlet and outlet pipe is communicated with the inflation layer; the rubber pipe is sleeved in the middle of the smoke exhaust pipe and is provided with two air bags at intervals, and the air bags are communicated with the inflatable layer; the air bag is in a water drop shape, and the short shaft is vertical to the axial direction of the rubber tube; the inflating valve is connected to the other end of the air inlet and outlet pipe.
2. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar of claim 1, wherein said multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar further comprises:
and the heating device is used for heating the smoke exhaust pipe and the mirror pipe.
3. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar of claim 2, wherein said heating means comprises at least two heating wires; one of the heating wires is wound on the smoke exhaust pipe, and the other heating wire is wound on the mirror pipe.
4. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar of claim 3, wherein said multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar further comprises:
the temperature detection device is used for detecting the real-time temperature of one end of the lens tube, which is far away from the mounting head;
a heating control device for determining whether the real-time temperature is below a predetermined temperature; and when the real-time temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the heating control device drives the heating wire to heat.
5. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar of claim 4, wherein said temperature sensing means comprises a temperature sensor; the temperature sensor is arranged in the smoke exhaust pipe and used for detecting the temperature of the mirror tube.
6. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar of claim 1, wherein said multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar further comprises:
a smoke collection device for collecting smoke exhausted from the smoke exhaust structure.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar of claim 1, wherein said smoke evacuation structure comprises a tee in the shape of a T and a projection; the bulge part is arranged on the side wall of the fume collecting hood and is provided with a rotating space communicated with a first through hole formed in the side wall of the fume collecting hood; two pipes oppositely arranged in the three-way pipe are respectively rotatably arranged in the rotating space and are provided with a second through hole; when the free end of the three-way pipe is close to the outer wall of the fume collecting hood, the second through hole and the first through hole are isolated due to the pipe wall of the three-way pipe; when the axial direction of the free end of the three-way pipe is perpendicular to the outer wall of the smoke collecting hood, the second through hole is communicated with the first through hole, so that the three-way pipe is communicated with the smoke collecting space.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgery trocar according to claim 1, wherein the first rubber ring and the second rubber ring are both annular pieces, the annular pieces are provided with a plurality of incision lines which are uniformly distributed from inside to outside along the radial direction, and the diameters of arcs where the outer end points of the incision lines are located are larger than the pipe diameter of the endoscope pipe.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical trocar according to claim 1, wherein an end surface of said fume collecting hood near said mounting head is an annular concave surface, and said mounting head can be fitted on said annular concave surface; at least two jacks and at least two gaps are formed in the smoke collection cover, and at least two inserting columns matched with the at least two jacks and at least two limiting blocks matched with the at least two gaps respectively are arranged on the mounting head.
