Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Under the background that internet e-commerce and mobile payment are more and more widely applied, the merchant bill collection market tends to merge the online business and the offline business, and the respective decentralized operation tends to concentrate on brand management. After deep research and discovery, a plurality of pain points and appeal exist in consumer market operators and merchants, and urgent solution is urgently needed. For example, the problems of no license plate, hard account division, low efficiency of manual settlement fund and the like of a consumer market operator are solved. The merchant worries that the money receiving fund is stolen and the account checking is difficult. The merchant has urgent need for receiving the bill and the market account, and how the same payment transaction fund is reasonably distributed among different benefit affiliates also presents a diversified scene. Scene one: the payee is not fixed. When the customer makes an order on line, the payee is uncertain. The payee confirms after the customer goes offline for consumption. For example, an online purchase of a ticket and an offline reuse scenario. A customer purchases a cruise package ticket on an online platform, the package ticket being common to a plurality of cruise companies. And in a second scenario, the fund settlement amount is not fixed. And the consumer pays the order in advance, the final price is obtained by calculating the processes of weighing, packaging, sending and the like of the commodity, if the price of the prepaid order is greater than the final price, the final price is regarded as a standard account, and the redundant part is returned to the consumer. Most of the existing branch account technologies limit branch account participants and branch account amount during payment, cannot cope with market objective factor changes, and cannot flexibly customize branch account services according to market demands. The embodiment of the invention provides an account distribution method and system based on a bank merchant receipt mode. The method faces to tens of millions of bill receiving commercial tenants, is a complex commercial tenant fund clearing scene, can determine an account splitting mode according to commercial tenant contracts and the actual delivery conditions of bill receiving business, and realizes flexible account splitting.
It should be noted that in one or more embodiments of the present invention, the receipt is simply a process in which the cardholder makes a purchase at a contracted merchant in a bank through a scenario of card swiping, gateway skipping, APP skipping, H5 page skipping, code scanning, and non-sensitive payment, and the bank deducts a certain proportion of handling fees from the transaction amount and then clears the transaction amount to the merchant.
According to one aspect of the invention, the embodiment discloses an accounting method based on a bank merchant acquiring mode. As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the method includes:
s100: and receiving order information sent by the consumer market operator application system.
S200: and allocating funds of the payment account with the same amount as the order amount to the monitoring account according to the order amount in the order information and the account information of the payment account to complete the transaction.
S300: and determining a corresponding branch accounting mode according to the merchant information corresponding to the order information, determining branch accounting information of the settlement accounts according to the branch accounting mode, and allocating funds in the supervision accounts to each settlement account according to the branch accounting information. The merchant information may include information such as a merchant number, an account distribution mode, and a settlement account. The accounting information may include accounts of the settlement accounts and accounts after accounting of the accounts according to the accounting mode and the funds related to the orders in the supervision account.
The invention receives order information sent by an application system of a consumer market operator, executes a deduction action after determining an order amount and a payment account according to the sent order information, transfers funds for paying the order amount in the payment account to a monitoring account to complete a transaction (the monitoring account is a temporary fund storage account, is usually an account set by a bank and does not belong to any branch account party), and transfers the funds after the branch account in the monitoring account to a settlement account of each branch account according to the branch account information after the branch account information is determined.
The order payment process and the account separation process are separated, so that order information can be independently processed and deducted, and deducted funds are temporarily stored in a supervision account, so that the payment process of a user can be completed, and the transaction is completed. Meanwhile, the bank can determine a corresponding branch accounting mode according to the order information, divide the funds in the supervision account according to the branch accounting mode, and divide the funds in the supervision account into the settlement accounts according to the branch accounting information. The invention faces to tens of millions of order-receiving merchant services and complex merchant fund clearing scenes, can determine the account-separating mode according to merchant contracts and actual delivery conditions of order-receiving business, and realizes flexible account separation. Therefore, the invention constructs a safe, efficient, standard-operation and open-supervision merchant fund management platform, exerts the advantages of safe settlement, flexible account distribution, intelligent account checking, consumption guarantee and the like, and meets the integrated financial requirements of merchant order-receiving market-class customer groups.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises a merchant registration process S000:
s010: and receiving merchant registration information sent by the consumer market operator application system.
S020: and determining each settlement account and the separate accounting mode according to the merchant registration information.
Specifically, in the preferred embodiment, the billing method further includes a preliminary merchant registration process. Specifically, the consumer market operator and each merchant can submit merchant registration information related to the merchant according to bank requirements, apply for registration to become a bank bill receiving merchant, and can automatically create a merchant number as a unique merchant identifier according to the merchant registration information. The merchant registration information may include information such as a merchant name, an address, and merchant contract information, and the merchant contract information includes but is not limited to a merchant settlement account, an account-allowing switch, an account-splitting mode, and the like. The merchant settlement account is a settlement account used for paying by a merchant, is used as important information of a merchant contract, and is bound with a merchant number. The consumption market operator application system can synchronize the merchant contract information to the accounting system in real time to update the merchant contract information, and the accounting system can acquire the merchant settlement account of the merchant according to the merchant number when performing accounting processing. Furthermore, an account-allowing switch can be further arranged, and only when a merchant with the authority of 'account-allowing' is turned on, namely when the merchant registration information has a mark corresponding to 'account-allowing', the account-allowing method based on the bank merchant acquiring mode of the bank can be used for the account-allowing business function. In the implementation case of the invention, the consumption market operator is used as a main body for transaction initiation, and can submit a request for allowing the account division to the account division system through the application system of the consumption market operator, so that the merchant registration information has a mark corresponding to the "allow account division", or a bank merchant manager can open an account division permission for the registered merchant and set a mark corresponding to the "allow account division".
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the receiving, by the S100, the order information sent by the consumer market operator application system specifically includes:
s110: and performing admission verification on the consumer market operator application system according to the order information.
S120: and if the verification is successful, carrying out payment transaction registration on the order information.
Specifically, when order payment is performed, order information which is sent by a consumer market operator application system and serves as an order payment request is received, admission verification needs to be performed on a transaction subject merchant, for example, if the merchant is a registered merchant, verification is successful, payment transaction registration is performed on the order information, and after the transaction payment of the order information is successful, a next procedure of performing ledger on the order which is successfully transacted is started.
In a preferred embodiment, the step S300 of determining a corresponding billing mode according to the merchant information corresponding to the order information, and determining billing information of the settlement account according to the billing mode may specifically include:
s310: and forming an asynchronous process, while allocating funds with the same payment account and order amount to a monitoring account according to the order amount in the order information and the account information of the payment account to complete the transaction, determining a corresponding accounting mode according to the merchant information corresponding to the order information, and determining accounting information of a settlement account according to the accounting mode.
Among other things, it is understood that a consumer market operator provides a platform for brokering and facilitating transactions for consumer market operator applications, in the hope of drawing rebates on the transactions. The merchant provides commodity service, and hopes that funds can be directly paid out, so that the risk of the funds being stolen by the market party is avoided. In order to guarantee the benefits of the branch accounting participants, a dual mechanism of transaction admission control and fund settlement control is established, and the regulation and the safety of the fund alloy are guaranteed. In the existing account distribution technology, order payment and merchant clearing logic are highly coupled, and flexible account distribution cannot be realized. The invention receives the order information of the consumer market operator application system to deduct money based on the order amount, and responds the order payment result to the consumer market operator application system. The whole real-time transaction process does not relate to the accounting clearing. And in an asynchronous mode, after the transaction is successful or at the same time of the transaction, performing accounting according to the order information. Therefore, the invention monitors the fund through the monitoring account on one hand, and decouples the order payment and the merchant clearing and account-separating through forming an asynchronous process on the other hand, thereby realizing flexible account-separating and simultaneously improving the efficiency of payment transaction and account-separating.
In a preferred embodiment, the billing mode includes an instruction billing mode, a payment billing mode and a parameter billing mode.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the accounting mode is the instruction accounting mode, determining accounting information of the settlement account according to the accounting mode specifically includes:
s311: and receiving actual transaction information sent by an application system of a consumer market operator, wherein the actual transaction information comprises actual transaction amount, transaction order information and a billing instruction.
S312: and determining corresponding order information according to the transaction order information.
S313: and determining the account splitting information of the settlement account according to the order information and the transaction order information.
Wherein the order information may be historical order information associated with the actual transaction information. In other words, under the condition that the payee is not fixed or the fund settlement amount is not fixed, deduction based on the order information can be carried out in the historical order information, namely, the order amount of the historical order information is transferred to the supervision account. After the actual transaction information is formed through the online transaction, the transaction order information in the actual transaction information is associated with the historical order information, and then the funds in the supervision account are separated. If the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is the same as the fund in the supervision account, executing the sub-accounting clearing according to the sub-accounting instruction; if the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is smaller than the fund in the supervision account, the redundant fund needs to be divided (multi-returned) to the settlement account of the merchant; if the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is smaller than the fund in the supervision account, the redundant fund needs to be divided (multi-returned) to the settlement account of the merchant; if the actual transaction amount in the actual transaction information is larger than the fund in the supervision account, the fund corresponding to the difference between the actual transaction amount and the historical order amount needs to be allocated into the supervision account from the payment account (less compensation), and then the accounting is executed according to the accounting instruction.
It can be understood that the mode of command distribution is suitable for the requirement of complex variable distribution easily limited by market client factors, and the self-built application system of the consumer market operator has the capability of initiating and processing transactions. For the consumption market operators conforming to the scene, when the contract information of the commercial tenant is input, the accounting mode can be set as an instruction accounting mode. And the consumption market operator application system is responsible for generating and sending the accounting command, and the accounting system performs accounting based on the accounting command and pushes an accounting result.
The consumer market operator application system splits the order stream successfully paid by the consumer according to the real delivery condition of the off-line commodity, finds corresponding historical order information, associates the historical order information with the order information to form transaction order information, and generates an account-making instruction. The accounting instructions should include, but are not limited to, these accounting data: the transaction date of the original payment order, the serial number of the original payment order, the number of the merchant participating in the account separation, the account separation amount and the account separation settlement date. The number of the account splitting participants is consistent with the number of the account splitting commercial tenant, and different account splitting settlement dates can be specified according to different account splitting participants. And the consumer market operator application system sends the accounting command to the accounting system for accounting processing. The billing system receives actual transaction information of the consumer market operator application system. And analyzing the account separating instruction in the actual transaction information to obtain the original payment order information, and matching and checking the original payment order information with the order information locally recorded by the account separating system. Matching and checking: the order information is required to be consistent with the payment order number of the actual transaction information, and the payment order amount is consistent. Checking: and carrying out validity check on the account splitting merchant number in the account splitting instruction. The account-participating merchant number in one instruction of the check rule must be the account-participating merchant number which is registered and validated by the system. The total amount of all the branch funds in the two instructions of the check rule is equal to the supervision account. And for the verified instruction, performing account distribution settlement according to the settlement time required by the instruction, and distributing the fund of the contract account to be settled of the order receiving service to the settlement account of the account distribution merchant.
For example, in one particular example, the flower market offers flower growers the integrated services of online sales, offline weighing and packaging, and logistics. Relates to a plurality of participants of consumers, flower farmers, flower market companies and logistics companies. The consumer pays for the order at the platform provided by the floral market, for example 100 dollars. The flower grower is used as one party of the branch, and the flower market agrees with the branch rule, such as giving 80% of each order to the flower grower. Factors that vary from market to market: the cost and logistics cost of each flower order after weighing and packaging are different and are variable. Therefore, according to the actual conditions of online flower packaging and distribution, the packaging cost and logistics cost are submitted by the operator through the flower market app and fed back to the background server of the flower market. And the background server side finds the corresponding order according to the received actual situation and divides the order into accounts. For example, the original order income is 100 yuan, the original order income is divided into 80 yuan for the flower growers, the packaging cost is 10 yuan, the logistics cost is 8 yuan, and the rest 2 yuan is divided into profit for the flower market companies.
In conclusion, the order management platform set up by the flower market company accepts orders from consumers, submits payment orders to the bank, completes the payment process and records the order numbers. And the online handling personnel receives the order and starts to arrange packaging and logistics, feeds back corresponding cost to an order management platform (a consumer market operator application system) of the flower market, generates an accounting command after the order management platform receives the feedback and sends the accounting command to a bank order receiving and accounting system, and the bank order receiving and accounting system performs accounting according to the accounting command and accounts each accounting party of the order to settle accounting funds.
In a preferred embodiment, when the billing mode is the payment billing mode, determining the billing information of the settlement account according to the billing mode specifically includes:
s320: and determining the accounting information preset by the application system of the consumer market operator according to the order information.
Specifically, it can be understood that the payment and billing mode is applicable to a simple billing scenario that is not affected by market objective factors, and meanwhile, an application system built by a consumer market operator has the capability of initiating and processing transactions. For the consumer market operators conforming to the scene, the accounting mode can be set to be the payment accounting mode when the merchant contract information is input. The processing flow of the branch account system in the payment branch account mode comprises branch account registration, order payment, branch account clearing and fund settlement.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when the accounting mode is the parameter accounting mode, determining the accounting information of the settlement account according to the accounting mode specifically includes:
s331: and determining preset branch accounting parameters according to the order information.
S332: and determining the accounting information of the settlement account according to the accounting parameters and the order information.
Specifically, it can be understood that the parameter accounting mode is suitable for an accounting scenario that is not affected by market objective factors, but a consumer market operator does not have a self-established system and application, and needs to initiate a transaction and complete a subsequent fund accounting process depending on an acquiring and paying tool provided by a bank. For the consumer market operators conforming to the scene, the accounting mode can be set as a parameter accounting mode when the merchant contract information is input. And maintaining and synchronizing the accounting parameters by a bank merchant manager. A plurality of branch accounting participants can be maintained, and branch accounting parameters to be entered include: and the merchant numbers and the distribution proportion participating in the account distribution.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention also provides an intelligent reconciliation function. Specifically, the account distribution system further provides related functions of order detail account distribution, account distribution and collection voucher and the like, and intelligent, unified, accurate and accurate fund account distribution service is provided for bank bill collection merchants. The consumer market operator serves as a main merchant, and plays roles of order payment transaction initiation and account-dividing instruction initiation, so that attention needs to be paid to whether a transaction order is successful or not and whether the account-dividing instruction is successful or not. In order to facilitate order checking of consumer market operators, the system provides payment order detail reconciliation files for main merchants. The merchant of the merchant bill collecting market is used as a billing participant, and the result of billing is more concerned. Therefore, the system provides the account detail processing result feedback file and the account merchant account check for the account merchant conveniently. And for the account dividing instruction sent by the consumer market operator, the account dividing system performs fund settlement service, divides the fund of the contract account to be settled of the order receiving service into the settlement account of the account dividing commercial tenant and generates an account dividing and receiving voucher according to the dimension of the account dividing commercial tenant.
In conclusion, the invention realizes the standardization of the account-dividing service through the qualification audit and the transaction admission control of the operation subject of the merchant bill-receiving consumption market, and constructs a merchant account-dividing fund management platform with safety, high efficiency, standard operation and open supervision. Specifically, the invention is based on a bank receipt mode, and the whole process realizes transfer in an account settlement system of a bank no matter whether a consumer pays funds or a merchant collects funds. On one hand, the problem that an operator in a consumption market has no license plate and cannot provide centralized operation management and automatic fund clearing service for a plurality of scattered merchants is effectively solved.
