Technical Field

Background
The prior art designs 2 tanks, which have large investment and large occupied area. The exhaust outlet of the water seal tank is a flat opening, surging easily occurs during large discharge, large bubbles are discharged, the liquid level of the water seal is greatly fluctuated, the height of the water seal is influenced, tempering and explosion cannot be effectively prevented, the pressure of the exhaust outlet is unstable, and a torch is easily extinguished. Preferably, the inlet 1 is connected with one end of an inlet pipeline inserted into the tank body 2, and the other end (outlet end) of the inlet pipeline is provided with a double-layer swash plate 7.
Preferably, one end face (outlet end) of the inlet pipeline provided with the double-layer swash plate 7 is of a sawtooth structure; the invention performs saw-shaped treatment, and the gas is gradually diffused and discharged from the sharp corner, so that the gas discharge mode is changed into gradual discharge; the stability of the water seal liquid level is greatly improved.

The baffle 6 not only makes the gas travel in the tank body 2 in a wave shape to prolong the discharge path; meanwhile, liquid in the gas which can collide with the baffle plate 5 is hung on the baffle plate 5 and flows into the bottom of the container, and the liquid separation effect is improved.
The inlet 1 is connected with one end of an inlet pipeline inserted in the tank body 2, and the other end (outlet end) of the inlet pipeline is provided with a double-layer swash plate 7.
One end face (outlet end) of the inlet pipeline provided with the double-layer swash plate 7 is of a sawtooth structure; the invention performs saw-shaped treatment, and the gas is gradually diffused and discharged from the sharp corner, so that the gas discharge mode is changed into gradual discharge; the stability of the water seal liquid level is greatly improved.

The annular swash plate 9 is provided with a plurality of through holes.
The upper end of the outlet of the inlet 1 extension pipe is provided with an annular pore plate which divides the discharged gas into small bubbles, so that the discharged gas is gradually and orderly discharged in the shape of small bubbles, and the liquid level height is kept stable.
