By rotating the brake switch 14, the interlocking brake rule 12 rotates so as to engage with the ratchet 13 to brake or disengage from the ratchet 13 to release the brake. In addition, the lever of the brake switch 14 is located outside the pedestal 21 of the overhead for braking or brake release operation. When the wall plate is adjusted to the target position, the brake switch is rotated, braking is realized through the clamping action of the ratchet wheel and the brake ruler, and the jacking transmission mechanism is prevented from reversely rotating after the jacking plate is pressed; if the height of the wall board is too high, the braking ruler is separated from the ratchet wheel only by rotating the braking switch, the adjustment can be performed in the opposite direction, and the braking can be performed by rotating the braking switch after the adjustment is completed.
