The embodiment solves the problem of how to accurately determine the water inflow of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner drum, and the specific scheme is as follows:
a drum washing machine comprises an inner drum 8 and a water inlet pipeline 25 communicated with the inner drum 8, wherein the inner drum 8 is a non-porous inner drum and is used for containing washing water when clothes are washed, and a flow sensor 1 used for detecting the flow of the inlet water is arranged on the water inlet pipeline 25.
In the embodiment, the flow sensor is arranged on the water inlet pipeline 25 to monitor the flow of the inlet water, and when the set water inlet amount is reached, the water inlet valve 2 is closed to finish the water inlet. The embodiment adopts the flow sensor to solve the problem of water inlet of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner drum according to the set water level, ensures the washing effect, has simple structure and is convenient to control.
Further, the drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water inlet valve 2 and a detergent box 4, the water inlet pipeline comprises a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe, the outlet end of the water inlet valve 2 is communicated with the detergent box 4 through the first water inlet pipe, the outlet end of the detergent box 4 is communicated with the inner barrel 8 through the second water inlet pipe, and the flow sensor is arranged on the first water inlet pipe or the second water inlet pipe.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the flow sensor is a rotor flow sensor, or a turbine flow sensor, or an ultrasonic flow sensor, or an electromagnetic flow sensor, or an orifice flow sensor.
The embodiment also solves the problem of how to ensure the unbalanced air pressure of the sealed cabin of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner barrel, and particularly, the water is cut off by a sudden electromagnetic valve, particularly a tap water pipe network to form negative pressure, and the washing water in the sealed cabin is backwashed to the pipe network; or the inside has gas, the problem of difficult water intake.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an inner drum 8, wherein the inner drum 8 is a non-porous inner drum and is used for containing washing water when clothes are washed, and the drum washing machine further comprises an air pressure balancing mechanism which is used for communicating the inner drum 8 with the external environment so as to balance the air pressure in the inner drum.
When water enters, the air in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder is pressurized and can overflow through the balancing mechanism, so that the air pressure balance is ensured.
When water is cut off suddenly, external atmosphere can enter the sealed cabin of the inner barrel rapidly, suck back is damaged, air pressure balance is guaranteed, and washing water is prevented from being sucked into a tap water pipe network.
Other air pressure balancing mechanisms can also ensure the air pressure balance of the inner cylinder during dehydration.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the air pressure balancing mechanism includes a pressure equalizing hole provided on the inner barrel 8, and one end of the pressure equalizing hole, which is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 8, is provided at a position on the inner barrel 8 close to the central rotation axis and is always higher than the highest water level position in the inner barrel 8.
Specifically, the pressure equalizing pore passage is formed in the inner cylinder shaft 20 to communicate the inside of the inner cylinder 8 with the external environment, and the highest water level in the inner cylinder 8 is lower than the inner cylinder shaft 20. Thus, the water in the inner cylinder can be prevented from flowing out of the pressure equalizing pore passage.
In this embodiment, the pressure equalizing channel includes a first channel section and a second channel section, the first channel section is disposed in parallel with the hollow channel, one end of the first channel section is communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, one end of the second channel section is communicated with the first channel section, and the other end of the second channel section extends to the outer peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder. Preferably, the second pore channel section and the first pore channel section are vertically arranged to form an L-shaped pressure equalizing pore channel.

Claims (10)

1. A drum washing machine characterized by comprising:
an inner cylinder having a washing chamber capable of independently containing washing water;
the inner cylinder water outlet is arranged on the inner cylinder;
the drainage sealing device is arranged on the drainage port of the inner cylinder and controls the opening and the closing of the drainage sealing device;
the water collecting device is provided with a water collecting chamber for collecting the washing water discharged from the water outlet of the inner cylinder.
2. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the water collecting device comprises an annular body which is positioned at the periphery of the inner drum and is coaxial with the inner drum, an annular water collecting chamber is arranged inside the annular body, and the inner drum water outlet is communicated with the annular water collecting chamber.

A drum washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the annular body is provided with an annular opening communicated with the annular water collecting chamber, the wall of the inner drum is provided with a water drainage channel, one end of the water drainage channel is communicated with the water outlet of the inner drum, and the other end of the water drainage channel is inserted into the annular water collecting chamber through the annular opening; preferably, the drainage channel is arranged on the inner side wall of the inner cylinder or the outer side wall of the inner cylinder.

A drum washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the annular body comprises an annular side wall, an annular front end wall and an annular rear end wall, the annular side wall is arranged around the inner drum peripheral wall, one end of the annular front end wall is connected with one end of the annular side wall close to the drum opening side of the inner drum, the other end extends along the radial direction of the inner drum to the inner drum side, one end of the annular rear end wall is connected with one end of the annular side wall close to the drum bottom side of the inner drum, and the other end extends along the radial direction of the inner drum to the inner drum side;
an inner cylinder water outlet is arranged in the area between the cylinder opening and the annular body and/or the area between the cylinder bottom and the annular body on the side wall of the inner cylinder, and an annular opening is formed by arranging the annular front end wall and/or the annular rear end wall and the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder at intervals.

A drum washing machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the inner drum is provided with an inner drum water outlet on the side wall of the inner drum in the area between the drum opening and the annular body, and the annular front end wall and the inner drum peripheral wall are arranged at a distance to form an annular opening; the annular rear end wall is connected with the outer peripheral wall of the inner barrel in a rotating and sealing mode.

A drum washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the annular body comprises an annular outer side wall, an annular inner side wall, an annular front end wall and an annular rear end wall, the annular outer side wall and the annular inner side wall are respectively arranged around the circumferential wall of the inner drum, the annular outer side wall is arranged on the periphery of the annular inner side wall, one end of the annular front end wall is connected with one end of the annular outer side wall close to the drum opening side of the inner drum, the other end of the annular front end wall is connected with one end of the annular inner side wall close to the drum opening side of the inner drum, one end of the annular rear end wall is connected with one end of the annular outer side wall close to the;
an inner cylinder water outlet is arranged in the area between the cylinder opening and the annular body and/or the area between the cylinder bottom and the annular body on the side wall of the inner cylinder, and the annular opening is formed in the annular front end wall and/or the annular rear end wall.

A drum washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of drum water outlets are provided on the peripheral wall of the inner drum, all the drum water outlets being at or substantially at the same circumference; an annular opening communicated with the annular water collecting cavity is formed in one side, close to the inner cylinder, of the annular body, and the annular opening surrounds all water outlets of the inner cylinder.

A drum washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the annular body comprises an annular side wall, an annular front end wall and an annular rear end wall, the annular side wall is arranged around the inner drum peripheral wall, one end of the annular front end wall is connected with one end of the annular side wall close to the drum opening side of the inner drum, the other end of the annular front end wall extends along the radial direction of the inner drum to the inner drum side, one end of the annular rear end wall is connected with one end of the annular side wall close to the drum bottom side of the inner drum, and the other end of the annular rear end wall extends along the radial direction of the inner;
an annular opening is formed by an opening between one side of the annular front end wall close to the inner cylinder and one side of the annular rear end wall close to the inner cylinder.
9. A drum washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the annular front end wall and the annular rear end wall are respectively connected with the outer peripheral wall of the inner drum in a rotating and sealing way.
10. A drum washing machine according to any one of claim 9, characterized by further comprising a mounting plate disposed with the inner drum at the same center axis, wherein the mounting plate is disposed at the bottom of the inner drum;
preferably, the drum washing machine further comprises a driving motor mounted on the mounting plate;
preferably, the water collecting device is fixed on the mounting plate through a connecting piece, or the water collecting device and the mounting plate are integrally formed.
