The invention provides a refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism, which comprises: the first sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the material injection port of the refrigerator; and the second sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the foaming mould. According to the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism, the first sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the material injection port of the refrigerator, and the second sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the foaming mold, so that complete sealing is realized, and the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism is particularly suitable for a vacuum foaming process of the refrigerator.

The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerator foaming devices, in particular to a refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism.
Background
The foaming of the refrigerator generally refers to the foaming of the rigid polyurethane, the foam is formed between the outer shell and the inner container of the refrigerator, the foaming material is injected into a mold after being mixed at high pressure by a foaming machine gun head, the foaming agent is gasified by heat to form micro bubbles, the micro bubbles grow and expand to fill cavities of a refrigerator body or a door body, and the rigid polyurethane closed-cell foam is formed after solidification. The performance of the foam and the production process determine the quality of the refrigerator performance. At present, the foaming of a refrigerator is mostly performed by normal pressure foaming and vacuum foaming, and the problems that material overflow is easy to occur at an injection port and the distribution of foaming density is not uniform exist.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide a fully sealed foam sealing mechanism for a refrigerator.
A further object of the invention is to provide a sprue that does not exhibit flash.

According to the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism, the first sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the material injection port of the refrigerator, and the second sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the foaming mold, so that complete sealing is realized, and the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism is particularly suitable for a vacuum foaming process of the refrigerator.
Furthermore, the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism disclosed by the invention can seal the injection port by tightly pushing the sleeve sleeved on the outer side of the injection gun head against the sealing gasket arranged on the periphery of the injection port, so that the flash at the injection port is avoided.
Furthermore, the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism realizes the sealing of the injection gun head and the foaming mold by arranging the rubber sealing ring with the groove on the base outside the injection gun head and correspondingly arranging the rubber strip on the foaming mold.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a bottom plate of an outer case 100 of a refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention. The refrigerator of the embodiment of the invention generally comprises: a casing 100 and a liner (not shown). A foaming space (not shown) is defined between the outer case 100 and the inner container. The casing 100 is provided with an injection port 101, and a foaming material is injected into the foaming space through the injection port 101 to form an insulating layer between the casing 100 and the inner container. In the present embodiment, the injection port 101 is a circular port and is disposed on the bottom plate of the housing 100. In one embodiment, the injection port 101 is disposed in the middle of the housing 100 near the edge to facilitate injection. The foaming material enters the foaming space from the injection port 101 and completely fills the foaming space to form a foaming layer.
The refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts a vacuum or negative pressure foaming technology to foam, so that the whole material injection process is carried out under a vacuum or negative pressure condition. During material injection, the shell 100 and the inner container are placed in the foaming mold 200, and the cavity of the foaming mold 200 is vacuumized to reduce the flow resistance of the foaming material and improve the flow speed of the foaming material. However, when the existing refrigerator is subjected to vacuum foaming, the problem of untight sealing exists, so that the pressure in the foaming mold 200 cannot meet the preset requirement, the material flowing speed is not uniform, and the foaming effect is further influenced. In addition, when the conventional refrigerator foams, the foaming material overflows from the injection port 101, which causes product defects.
During the foaming process in the refrigerator, the injection gun head 300 is used for injecting the material. The injection gun head 300 is extended into the cavity of the foaming mold 200 until the end of the injection gun head 300 reaches the foaming space through the injection port 101. The discharge port 302 of the injection lance head 300 is generally disposed in a middle portion of the lance head 300. The vacuum foaming has the advantage of high foaming speed, so that the embodiment of the invention provides an innovative refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism, and the pressure of an independent space where a refrigerator is located can be ensured to meet the preset requirement. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a first seal structure and a second seal structure. The first sealing structure is arranged between the injection gun head 300 and the injection port 101 of the refrigerator. The second sealing structure is disposed between the injection lance head 300 and the foaming mold 200. According to the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism, the first sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head 300 and the material injection port 101 of the refrigerator, and the second sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head 300 and the foaming mold 200, so that complete sealing is realized, and the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism is particularly suitable for a vacuum foaming process of the refrigerator.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of an injection lance head 300 according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the cooperating injection tip 300 and injection port 101 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a foaming sealing mechanism of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the invention when applied.
In some embodiments, the first seal structure includes the sleeve 320 and the gasket 102. The sleeve 320 is sleeved outside the injection gun head 300. The gasket 102 is disposed around the injection port 101. The sleeve 320 presses against the gasket 102 to form a first seal structure.
In the preferred embodiment, the sleeve 320 is formed with a bead 321 extending from its front face; the bead 321 abuts the gasket 102 to form a first seal. Bead 321 may be a white plastic. The gasket 102 is made of a soft material, such as foam. In the embodiment of the present invention, the injection port 101 has a circular shape, and the gasket 102 has a square shape. According to the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sleeve 320 sleeved on the outer side of the material injection gun head 300 tightly pushes the sealing gasket 102 arranged on the periphery of the material injection port 101, so that the material injection port 101 can be sealed, and the material overflow of the material injection port 101 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the injection lance head 300 is formed with a base 310, the base 310 having an abutment surface 301. The foaming mold 200 is provided with a butt joint port 210 for inserting the injection lance head 300, and the surface of the butt joint port 210 forms a butt joint surface 201 of the foaming mold 200. The second sealing structure is disposed between the abutting surface 301 of the base 310 and the abutting surface 201 of the foaming mold 200. In some embodiments, the second seal structure includes a seal ring 311 and a protrusion 220. The sealing ring 311 is disposed on the abutting surface 301 of the base 310, and has a groove 312 formed thereon. The protrusion 220 is disposed on the abutting surface 201 of the foaming mold 200 and corresponds to the groove 312. The projection 220 fits within the recess 312. According to the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sealing ring 311 with the groove 312 is arranged on the base 310 on the outer side of the injection gun head 300, and the bulge 220 is correspondingly arranged on the foaming mold 200, so that the injection gun head 300 and the foaming mold 200 are sealed. The sealing ring 311 and the protrusion 220 are made of soft material. Preferably, the seal ring 311 is a rubber seal ring; the protrusion 220 is a glue strip.
According to the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first sealing structure is arranged between the injection gun head 300 and the injection port 101 of the refrigerator, and the second sealing structure is arranged between the injection gun head 300 and the foaming mold 200, so that the sealing is complete, and the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism is especially suitable for a vacuum foaming process of the refrigerator.
Further, in the refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sleeve 320 sleeved outside the material injection gun head 300 is tightly pressed against the sealing gasket 102 arranged on the periphery of the material injection port 101, so that the material injection port 101 can be sealed, the material overflow of the material injection port 101 is avoided, and the zero material overflow of the material injection port 101 is realized; the rubber sealing ring 311 with the groove 312 is arranged on the base 310 outside the injection gun head 300, and the rubber strip is correspondingly arranged on the foaming mold 200, so that the injection gun head 300 and the foaming mold 200 are sealed.

the first sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the material injection port of the refrigerator; and
and the second sealing structure is arranged between the material injection gun head and the foaming mould.
2. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 1,
the first seal structure includes:
the sleeve is sleeved outside the material injection gun head; and
the sealing gasket is arranged on the periphery of the injection port;
the sleeve tightly pushes the sealing gasket.
3. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 2,
the sleeve extends from the front end surface to form a convex ring;
the convex ring tightly pushes the sealing gasket to form the first sealing structure.
4. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 2,
the sealing gasket is made of soft materials.
5. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 4,
the sealing gasket is made of foam.
6. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 2,
the injection port is circular;
the sealing gasket is square.
7. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 1,
a base is formed on the material injection gun head and provided with a butt joint surface;
the foaming mould is provided with a butt joint port for the insertion of the material injection gun head, and the surface of the butt joint port forms the butt joint surface of the foaming mould;
the second sealing structure is arranged between the butt joint surface of the base and the butt joint surface of the foaming mold.
8. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 7,
the second seal structure includes:
the sealing ring is arranged on the butt joint surface of the base and is provided with a groove; and
the bulge is arranged on the butt joint surface of the foaming mould and corresponds to the groove; the projection fits within the recess.

the protrusions are made of soft materials.
10. The refrigerator foaming sealing mechanism of claim 9,
the sealing ring is a rubber sealing ring;
the bulges are adhesive tapes.
