the piston cylinder 504 is fixed on the left side of the first support plate 103, and a piston plate 503 moving left and right is arranged in the piston cylinder 504; a sliding shaft 501 is matched with the straight hole 404, and the sliding shaft 501 is connected with a piston rod 502 leftwards; the piston rod 502 penetrates through the first support plate 103, extends into the piston cylinder 504 and is connected with the piston plate 503; the left end of the piston cylinder 504 is communicated with the bottom of the grease storage tank 105 through a grease suction pipe 505, and a first check valve for controlling lubricating grease to flow into the piston cylinder 504 is arranged on the grease suction pipe 505; the left end of the piston cylinder 504 is also connected with a grease discharging pipe 507 through a joint 506, and a second check valve for controlling the grease to flow out of the piston cylinder 504 is arranged on the grease discharging pipe 507.
The smearing component 6 comprises a first rotating shaft 601, a supporting seat 602, a mounting plate 603, a mounting rod 604, a smearing head 605, a driven gear 606 and a rack 607;
a supporting seat 602 is fixed on the outer wall of the left side of the grease storage tank 105; the first rotating shaft 601 is vertically arranged, the top end of the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the supporting seat 602 through a bearing, and the bottom end of the first rotating shaft is vertically connected with the mounting plate 603; a smearing head 605 is connected below the mounting plate 603 through a mounting rod 604; the bottom end of the grease discharging pipe 507 is communicated with the smearing head 605; a driven gear 606 is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 601, the left connecting rod 204 horizontally penetrates through the first support plate 103 and is connected with a rack 607, and the rack 607 is meshed with the driven gear 606.
The following describes the application method of the device by taking the embodiment as an example:
the device is pushed to a sealing ring installation production line, a workpiece for completing the installation of the sealing ring is conveyed to the lower part of the smearing component 6, and the sealing ring installation surface of the workpiece faces to the smearing component 6;
grease is stored in the grease storage tank 105 and can be supplemented through the grease adding port 106;
starting a servo motor to drive the incomplete gear 202, wherein the incomplete gear 202 is intermittently meshed with teeth on the upper side and the lower side of the moving frame 203, so that the moving frame 203 reciprocates left and right under the guidance of a left connecting rod and a right connecting rod;
due to the action of the compression spring 403, the left side of the rocker 401 always presses the left end of the jacking rod 305; the right connecting rod 205 and the moving frame 203 move synchronously, so that the wedge block 301 is driven to move left and right; the inclined surface of the wedge block 301 is matched with the first roller 302, so that the lifting rod 303 moves up and down and drives the jacking rod 305 to lift synchronously; jack-up rod 305 in turn acts on rocker 401, in cooperation with compression spring 403, to produce the oscillation of rocker 401: when the jacking rod 305 rises, the left end of the jacking rod pushes the rocker 401 to rotate anticlockwise, and meanwhile, the deformation of the compression spring 403 is increased; when the jacking rod 305 descends, the compression spring 403 is deformed and restored and pushes the rocker 401 to rotate clockwise;
along with the swinging of the rocker 401, the linear hole 404 at the lower section of the rocker acts with the sliding shaft 501, so that the sliding shaft 501 drives the piston plate 503 to move left and right in the piston cylinder 501 through the piston rod 502, and the piston cylinder 504 sucks lubricating grease from the grease storage tank 105 through the grease suction pipe 505 and discharges the lubricating grease to the grease discharge pipe 507 through the joint 506 by matching with two one-way valves, so that the lubricating grease is discharged from the smearing head 605; in this way, through the suction and discharge of the piston assembly 5, a smooth flow of grease from the grease reservoir 105 to the applicator head 605 is ensured.
Meanwhile, the left connecting rod 204 and the moving frame 203 also move synchronously and drive the rack 607 to move left and right; the rack 607 is meshed with the driven gear 606, so that the driven gear 606 drives the first rotating shaft 601 to drive the mounting plate 603 to rotate, and the smearing head 605 rotates circumferentially through the mounting rod 604; the rotation path of the applicator head 605 corresponds to the seal ring of the workpiece, so that the applicator head 605 rotates and applies grease uniformly to the seal ring installation position.
In addition, the device also realizes intermittent grease discharging of the smearing head 605, and only the workpiece on the production line needs to be matched with intermittent movement, so that the assembly line operation is conveniently realized.
Example 3
The difference with embodiment 2 is that the position of the smearing head 605 of the embodiment is adjustable, which is convenient for adapting to sealing rings with different specifications.

Specifically, according to the diameter specification of the sealing ring, the adjusting screw 802 is rotated through the hand wheel 803, the moving nut 804 is guided by the first-class slide block 805 and the slide rail 806 under the action of the threads, and moves along the adjusting screw 802, so that the coating head 605 is driven to synchronously move through the mounting rod 604, and the diameter adjustment of the revolving path of the coating head 605 is realized, so that the coating head is suitable for the sealing rings with different specifications.
Example 4
On the basis of the above-described embodiments,
also comprises a stirring component 7; the stirring assembly 7 comprises a first driving wheel 701, a driving belt 702, a second driving wheel 703, a shaft sleeve 704, a spline shaft 705, a main shaft 706, a stirring rod 707 and a scraper 708;
the top of the grease storage tank 105 is provided with a shaft sleeve 704; the shaft sleeve 704 is coaxially arranged with the grease storage tank 105, and the bottom end of the shaft sleeve is rotatably connected with the top of the grease storage tank 105 through a bearing; a spline shaft 705 is inserted into the shaft sleeve 704, and the bottom end of the spline shaft 705 extends into the grease storage tank 105 and is connected with a main shaft 706; a stirring rod 707 is uniformly connected on the main shaft 706, a scraping plate 708 is fixedly connected at the outer end of the stirring rod 707, and the scraping plate 708 is contacted with the inner wall of the grease storage tank 105; a second driving wheel 703 is fixedly connected to the shaft sleeve 704, the top end of the first rotating shaft 601 penetrates through the supporting seat 602 and is correspondingly and fixedly connected with a first driving wheel 701, and the first driving wheel 701 and the second driving wheel 703 are in transmission connection through a transmission belt 702.
Specifically, when the first rotating shaft 601 rotates, the first driving wheel 701 at the top end also rotates, and the second driving wheel 703 is driven by the driving belt 702 to drive the shaft sleeve 704 to rotate; the shaft sleeve 704 drives the spline shaft 705 to drive the main shaft 706 to rotate; the stirring rod 707 rotates along with the main shaft 706, stirs the grease in the grease storage tank 105, and keeps the fluidity of the grease; meanwhile, a scraper 708 at the outer end of the stirring rod 707 acts on the inner wall of the grease storage tank 105 to prevent grease from being stained on the wall.
It should be noted that the spline shaft 705 and the bushing 704 can produce relative displacement in the vertical direction; therefore, due to the weight of the components, the components below the spline shaft 705 will naturally fall and press against the bottom of the grease reservoir 105, but will not interfere with the rotation of the components.
Example 5
On the basis of the example 4, the method comprises the following steps of,
also comprises an upside-down hanging component 9; the hanging component 9 comprises a fixed frame 901, a top ring 902, a top plate 903, a support rod 904 and a second roller 905;
the top ring 902 is positioned above the shaft sleeve 704 and is connected to the outer top of the grease storage tank 105 through a fixing frame 901; the top surface of the top ring 902 is an inclined surface, and the top end of the spline shaft 705 passes through the top ring 902 and is connected with a top plate 903; the bottom surface of the top plate 903 is connected with a support rod 904, the bottom end of the support rod 904 is provided with a second roller 905, and the second roller 905 is in rolling contact with the top surface of the top ring 902.
Specifically, while the spline shaft 705 rotates, the top plate 903 of the spline shaft also moves on the top ring 902 through the support rod 904 with the second roller 905; because the top surface of the top ring 902 is an inclined surface, the top plate 903 is driven by the spline shaft 705 to move in the vertical direction by the supporting rod 904 in the moving process of the second roller 905, so that components below the spline shaft 705 also move, and the stirring rod 707 also moves in the vertical direction, so that the stirring action area is changed, and the lubricating grease in the grease storage tank 105 is comprehensively stirred;
further, in another embodiment, the scraper 708 is not in a fixed relationship with the agitator 707, but is disposed as follows:
a second-class sliding block 709 is fixedly connected to the outer end of the stirring rod 707; the scraper 708 is vertically arranged, one side of the scraper is attached to the inner wall of the grease storage tank 105, and the other side of the scraper is connected with the second-class sliding block 709 in a sliding manner;
specifically, due to gravity, the bottom end of the scraper 708 presses against the bottom of the grease reservoir 105; although the main shaft 706 and the stirring rod 707 move up and down along with the spline shaft 705, the scraping plate 708 only keeps rotating along with the sliding connection and matching of the second-class sliding block 709 and the scraping plate 708, and does not move up and down along with the rotation, so that the action area of the scraping plate 708 is changed.
It should be noted that the electrical components are provided with power supplies, and the control method is the prior art, and is unified here for avoiding the redundancy of description; and the present invention is primarily intended to protect mechanical equipment, the control means and circuit connections will not be explained in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A lubricating grease smearing machine for mounting a sealing ring is characterized by comprising a vehicle body assembly (1), a reciprocating assembly (2), a jacking assembly (3), a swinging assembly (4), a piston assembly (5) and a smearing assembly (6);
the vehicle body assembly (1) comprises a vehicle plate (101), wheels (102), a first support plate (103), a second support plate (104), a grease storage tank (105) and a grease adding port (106); the bottom surface of the sweep (101) is provided with wheels (102), a first support plate (103) and a second support plate (104) are arranged on the sweep (101) at intervals from left to right, and the first support plate (103) is positioned on the left side of the second support plate (104); a grease storage tank (105) is arranged at the top end of the first support plate (103), and a grease adding port (106) is arranged at the top of the grease storage tank (105);
the trolley plate (101) is provided with a reciprocating assembly (2), the right side of the second support plate (104) is provided with a jacking assembly (3), and the right end of the reciprocating assembly (2) penetrates through the second support plate (104) to be connected with the jacking assembly (3); a swinging assembly (4) is arranged between the first support plate (103) and the second support plate (104), the swinging assembly (4) is positioned above the reciprocating assembly (2), and the jacking assembly (3) is matched with the upper part of the swinging assembly (4); a piston assembly (5) is arranged on the left side of the first support plate (103), and the piston assembly (5) is matched with the lower part of the swinging assembly (4); a smearing component (6) is arranged below the grease storage tank (105), and the left end of the reciprocating component (2) penetrates through a first support plate (103) to be matched with the smearing component (6); one end of the piston component (5) is communicated with the grease storage tank (105), and the other end of the piston component is connected with the smearing component (6).
2. A grease-applying machine for installing a sealing ring according to claim 1, characterized in that the reciprocating assembly (2) comprises a mounting frame (201), a partial gear (202), a moving frame (203), a left connecting rod (204) and a right connecting rod (205);
the vehicle plate (101) is provided with a mounting rack (201), and the top of the mounting rack (201) is provided with an incomplete gear (202); the incomplete gear (202) is positioned in a moving frame (203); the upper side and the lower side of the inner ring of the moving frame (203) are correspondingly provided with teeth and are matched with the incomplete gear (202); the left side of the moving frame (203) is connected with a left connecting rod (204), and the right side of the moving frame is connected with a right connecting rod (205).
3. The grease spreading machine for installing the sealing ring according to claim 2, wherein the jacking assembly (3) comprises a wedge block (301), a first roller (302), a lifting rod (303), a guide plate (304) and a jacking rod (305);
the right connecting rod (205) horizontally penetrates through the second support plate (104) and is connected with a wedge block (301); the right side of the second support plate (104) is connected with a guide plate (304); the lifting rod (303) vertically penetrates through the guide plate (304), a first roller (302) is arranged at the bottom end of the lifting rod (303), and the first roller (302) is matched with the inclined surface of the wedge block (301); the top of the lifting rod (303) is connected with a jacking rod (305) leftwards.
4. A grease spreading machine for installing a sealing ring according to claim 3, wherein the swinging assembly (4) comprises a rocker (401), a fixing rod (402), a compression spring (403) and a straight hole (404);
the fixed rod (402) is positioned between the first support plate (103) and the second support plate, the left end of the fixed rod is connected with the first support plate (103), and the right end of the fixed rod is connected with the second support plate (104); the rocker (401) is crossed with the fixing rod (402) and hinged with the fixing rod (402); the left end of the jacking rod (305) props against the right side of the upper section of the rocker (401); the left side of the upper section of the rocker (401) and the outer wall of the right side of the grease storage tank (105) are connected with a compression spring (403); the lower section of the rocker (401) is provided with a straight hole (404).
5. A grease spreading machine for installing a sealing ring according to claim 4, wherein the piston assembly (5) comprises a sliding shaft (501), a piston rod (502), a piston plate (503), a piston cylinder (504), a grease suction pipe (505), a joint (506) and a grease discharge pipe (507);
the piston cylinder (504) is fixed on the left side of the first support plate (103), and a piston plate (503) moving left and right is arranged in the piston cylinder (504); the straight hole (404) is matched with a sliding shaft (501), and the sliding shaft (501) is connected with a piston rod (502) leftwards; the piston rod (502) penetrates through the first support plate (103), extends into the piston cylinder (504) and is connected with the piston plate (503); the left end of the piston cylinder (504) is communicated with the bottom of the grease storage tank (105) through a grease suction pipe (505), and a one-way valve for controlling lubricating grease to flow into the piston cylinder (504) is arranged on the grease suction pipe (505); the left end of the piston cylinder (504) is further connected with a grease discharging pipe (507) through a joint (506), and a second check valve for controlling lubricating grease to flow out of the piston cylinder (504) is arranged on the grease discharging pipe (507).
6. The grease smearing machine for installing the sealing ring according to the claim 5, wherein the smearing assembly (6) comprises a first rotating shaft (601), a supporting seat (602), an installing plate (603), an installing rod (604), a smearing head (605), a driven gear (606) and a rack (607);
a supporting seat (602) is arranged on the outer wall of the left side of the grease storage tank (105); the first rotating shaft (601) is vertically arranged, the top end of the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the supporting seat (602) through a bearing, and the bottom end of the first rotating shaft is vertically connected with the mounting plate (603); a smearing head (605) is connected below the mounting plate (603) through a mounting rod (604); the bottom end of the grease discharging pipe (507) is communicated with the smearing head (605); a driven gear (606) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (601), the left connecting rod (204) horizontally penetrates through the first support plate (103) and is connected with a rack (607), and the rack (607) is meshed with the driven gear (606).

A grease-applying machine for installing sealing rings according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising an adjusting assembly (8); the adjusting assembly (8) comprises a fixing plate (801), an adjusting screw rod (802), a hand wheel (803), a moving nut (804), a first-class sliding block (805) and a sliding rail (806);
fixing plates (801) are arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the mounting plate (603), and adjusting screws (802) are rotatably arranged between the fixing plates (801); a movable nut (804) is arranged on the adjusting screw rod (802), a first-class sliding block (805) is arranged at the top of the movable nut (804), a sliding rail (806) is correspondingly arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate (603), and the first-class sliding block (805) is in sliding connection with the sliding rail (806); one end of the adjusting screw rod (802) penetrates through the corresponding fixing plate (801) and is provided with a hand wheel (803); the top end of the mounting rod (604) is connected with a movable nut (804), and the bottom end is provided with a smearing head (605).

the top of the grease storage tank (105) is provided with a shaft sleeve (704); the shaft sleeve (704) is coaxially arranged with the grease storage tank (105), and the bottom end of the shaft sleeve is rotatably connected with the top of the grease storage tank (105) through a bearing; a spline shaft (705) is inserted into the shaft sleeve (704), and the bottom end of the spline shaft (705) extends into the grease storage tank (105) and is connected with a main shaft (706); stirring rods (707) are uniformly arranged on the main shaft (706), scraping plates (708) are arranged at the outer ends of the stirring rods (707), and the scraping plates (708) are in contact with the inner wall of the grease storage tank (105); a second driving wheel (703) is arranged on the shaft sleeve (704), the top end of the first rotating shaft (601) penetrates through the supporting seat (602) and is correspondingly provided with a first driving wheel (701), and the first driving wheel (701) and the second driving wheel (703) are in transmission connection through a transmission belt (702).
9. A grease-applying machine for installing a sealing ring according to claim 7, further comprising an inverted hanging assembly (9); the inverted hanging component (9) comprises a fixed frame (901), a top ring (902), a top plate (903), a supporting rod (904) and a second roller (905);
the top ring (902) is positioned above the shaft sleeve (704) and is connected to the outer top of the grease storage tank (105) through a fixing frame (901); the top surface of the top ring (902) is an inclined surface, and the top end of the spline shaft (705) penetrates through the top ring (902) and is connected with a top plate (903); the bottom surface of the top plate (903) is connected with a supporting rod (904), the bottom end of the supporting rod (904) is provided with a second roller (905), and the second roller (905) is in rolling contact with the top surface of the top ring (902).

The grease spreading machine for installing the sealing ring according to claim 9, wherein the outer end of the stirring rod (707) is provided with a second type sliding block (709); the scraper (708) is vertically arranged, one side of the scraper is attached to the inner wall of the grease storage tank (105), and the other side of the scraper is in sliding connection with the second-class sliding block (709).
