An anti-clogging crushing device comprises a main body (2), a screen (3), two support legs (1) and two crushing devices (4), the screen (3) is horizontally fixed in the main body (2), the crushing device (4) is arranged above the screen (3), the two support legs (1) are respectively fixed at two sides of the lower part of the main body (2), a feeding pipe (5) is arranged above the main body (2), a discharging pipe (6) is arranged on one side of the main body (2), the feeding pipe (5) and the discharging pipe (6) are both communicated with the interior of the main body (2), the interior of the main body (2) is provided with a PLC, the anti-blocking device is characterized by further comprising an anti-blocking mechanism and two heating mechanisms, wherein the anti-blocking mechanism is arranged above the main body (2), the two heating mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body (2), and the heating mechanisms are connected with the anti-blocking mechanism;
the anti-blocking mechanism comprises a pressing block (12), a supporting rod (11) and two moving assemblies, one end of the supporting rod (11) is fixedly connected with the upper part of the pressing block (12), the other end of the supporting rod (11) is connected with the moving assemblies, the two moving assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper part of the main body (2), the moving assemblies correspond to the heating mechanisms one by one, and the moving assemblies are connected with the heating mechanisms;
the movable assembly comprises a motor (7), a lead screw (8), a sliding block (9), a first bearing, an articulated rod (10) and a transmission unit, wherein the motor (7) and the first bearing are fixed above the main body (2), the motor (7) is in transmission connection with one end of the lead screw (8), the other end of the lead screw (8) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, the other end of the lead screw (8) is connected with the transmission unit, the sliding block (9) is sleeved on the lead screw (8), a thread matched with the lead screw (8) is arranged at the joint of the sliding block (9) and the lead screw (8), two grooves are arranged above the main body (2), the grooves correspond to the sliding block (9) one by one, the sliding block (9) is arranged inside the grooves, the sliding block (9) is in sliding connection with the grooves, two ends of the articulated rod (10) are respectively articulated with one end of the supporting rod (11) far away from the pressing block (12) and the sliding block (9), the motor (7) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the heating mechanism comprises a fixed box (18), an air extracting assembly, a heating box (19), a connecting pipe (24), a nozzle (25) and a plurality of intercepting assemblies, wherein the nozzle (25) is fixed at the top in the main body (2), the fixed box (18) is fixed on the main body (2), the fixed box (18) is communicated with the nozzle (25) through the connecting pipe (24), two fixing rods are respectively fixed above and below the heating box (19), the fixing rods are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the fixed box (18), the heating assembly is arranged inside the heating box (19), the heating assembly is connected with a transmission unit, the air extracting assembly is arranged below the fixed box (18), the air extracting assembly is connected with the inside of the fixed box (18), and the intercepting assemblies are arranged inside the fixed box (18);
the heating assembly comprises a first bearing, a rotating shaft (23), a fixing block (21), a friction disc (22) and a second bearing, through holes are formed above the heating box (19) and the fixing box (18), the outer ring of the second bearing is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the through hole of the fixing box (18), the fixing block (21) is fixed in the heating box (19), the friction disc (22) abuts against the upper side of the fixing block (21), one end of the rotating shaft (23) is fixedly connected with the upper side of the friction disc (22), the other end of the rotating shaft (23) sequentially penetrates through the two through holes to be arranged outside the fixing box (18), the other end of the rotating shaft (23) is connected with a transmission unit, and the rotating shaft (23) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing;
the intercepting component comprises two baffles (20), one sides of the two baffles (20) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the fixing box (18), the two baffles (20) are arranged in parallel, a through hole is formed in each baffle (20), and the inner walls of the through holes are fixedly connected with the periphery of the heating box (19).

The anti-clogging crushing device according to claim 1, wherein the anti-clogging mechanism further comprises two limiting assemblies, two sliding grooves are formed in the inner wall of the feeding pipe (5), the sliding grooves correspond to the limiting assemblies one by one, the limiting assemblies comprise a limiting rod (28), a connecting rod (27) and two fixing plates (29), the two fixing plates (29) are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner walls of the two ends of the sliding grooves, the connecting rod (27) is L-shaped, the two ends of the connecting rod (27) are respectively and fixedly connected with one end, close to the pressing block (12), of the supporting rod (11) and one end of the limiting rod (28), the other end of the limiting rod (28) is arranged inside the sliding grooves, the other end of the limiting rod (28) is matched with the sliding grooves, and the limiting rod (28) is in sliding connection with the sliding grooves.

The anti-clogging crushing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission unit comprises a first bevel gear (13) and a second bevel gear (14), the first bevel gear (13) is fixedly connected with one end of the screw rod (8) far away from the motor (7), the second bevel gear (14) is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft (23) far away from the friction disc (22), and the first bevel gear (13) is meshed with the second bevel gear (14).
