Abstract
本发明提出了一种植物源复配除臭剂,包括生姜提取物、苦参提取物、香樟叶提取物、薄荷提取物、紫苏提取物。所述植物源复配除臭剂是由如下重量百分比的原料制成:生姜提取物3%~5%、苦参提取物1%~2%、香樟叶提取物4%~6%、薄荷提取物2%~3%、紫苏提取物0.5%~1%。本发明的纯植物复配具备抑菌性能的除臭剂采用纯植物提取并辅以复配技术制备,对人体和环境友好、无污染,既具有良好的抑菌性能、又具备较好的除臭效果,可用于环境的异味控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及除臭剂领域,具体为一种植物源复配除臭剂。
背景技术
恶臭物质是指一切刺激嗅觉器官引起人们不愉快、损坏生活环境及人体健康的气体物质。恶臭作为一种环境污染已成为世界七大公害之一。其主要成分为有机硫、硫化氢、硫醇、有机胺、烯氢类及一些无机物质。
目前环境中的除臭方法大体上可分为化学除臭法、物理除臭法和生物除臭法等几类。所谓化学除臭法,即是添加某些化学药剂进行除臭,但是,化学药剂不环保,会对环境和人体健康产生一定的影响。目前采用最多的物理除臭法是吸附法,如活性炭吸附。活性炭是传统的吸附剂之一,由于其比表面积大、吸附量较大,广泛应用于各行各业,但存在吸附量有限、抗湿性能差、再生困难、寿命不长等缺点。
生物除臭法是通过微生物的生理代谢作用将具有臭味的物质加以转化,从而达到除臭的目的。常规的除臭生物反应器主要采用细菌作为微生物的主体,由于细菌适合于在水中或潮湿的环境中生存,对于水溶性好的污染物,利用细菌进行生物降解会得到很好的去除效果。但是,对于在水中溶解度低的物质,细菌表面的水层将影响传质速率,导致处理效率降低。有些生物除臭技术的不足之处还在于生物死亡后还会造成二次污染,带来新的臭源。
发明内容
针对背景技术中指出的问题,本发明提出一种对人体和环境友好、无污染且除臭效果好的植物源复配除臭剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种植物源复配除臭剂,其特征在于,所述植物源复配除臭剂是由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
生姜提取物3%~5%
苦参提取物1%~2%
香樟叶提取物4%~6%
薄荷提取物2%~3%
紫苏提取物0.5%~1%。
本发明进一步设置为:所述生姜提取物以石油醚为萃取剂、干姜粉为原料,所述干姜粉过80目筛选,干姜粉与石油醚的萃取料液比1:4.5,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间30min,萃取结束后,在0.7kP压力下蒸馏,蒸馏温度45℃。
本发明进一步设置为:所述苦参的药材粒度为50-80目,采用浓度40%的乙醇煎煮三次,三次煎煮苦参与乙醇的料液比分别为1:8、1:6、1:6,三次煎煮的时间依次为1h、0.5h、0.5h。
本发明进一步设置为:所述香樟叶提取物以浓度为60%的乙醇为萃取剂,香樟叶与乙醇的料液比1∶20,萃取温度70℃,置于超声环境内40min。
本发明进一步设置为:所述薄荷叶萃取物二氧化碳作为溶剂进行萃取,所述二氧化碳加温加压至超临界状态。
本发明进一步设置为:所述香樟叶提取物以浓度为60%的乙醇为萃取剂,香樟叶和乙醇的液料比30:1,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间为30分钟。
本发明进一步设置为:在对所述香樟叶提取物进行萃取时,萃取剂内加入有柠檬酸,柠檬酸浓度90g/L。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的纯植物复配具备抑菌性能的除臭剂采用纯植物提取并辅以复配技术制备,对人体和环境友好、无污染,既具有良好的抑菌性能、又具备较好的除臭效果,可用于环境的异味控制。

一种植物源复配除臭剂,包括生姜提取物、苦参提取物、香樟叶提取物、薄荷提取物、紫苏提取物。所述植物源复配除臭剂是由如下重量百分比的原料制成:生姜提取物3%~5%、苦参提取物1%~2%、香樟叶提取物4%~6%、薄荷提取物2%~3%、紫苏提取物0.5%~1%。

1.一种植物源复配除臭剂,其特征在于,所述植物源复配除臭剂是由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
生姜提取物3%~5%
苦参提取物1%~2%
香樟叶提取物4%~6%
薄荷提取物2%~3%
紫苏提取物0.5%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物源复配除臭剂,其特征在于:所述生姜提取物以石油醚为萃取剂、干姜粉为原料,所述干姜粉过80目筛选,干姜粉与石油醚的萃取料液比1:4.5,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间30min,萃取结束后,在0.7kP压力下蒸馏,蒸馏温度45℃。
