Description

Hair treatment method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair care and restoration, in particular to a hair treatment method and application thereof.
Background
The hair is an important protein fiber, and the improvement of the life quality requires that the hair can be maintained healthily at a higher level on the basis of daily cleaning and washing. As early as 1988 Nicrout WKP et al used Croquat WKP quaternization to hydrolyze keratin for hair care, after which keratin, amino acids, etc. began to be used for hair care. However, most of the protein hair care methods are simple physical adsorption or weak crosslinking of chemical secondary bonds, and the repair has the advantages of certain moisture retention, smoothness, ultraviolet resistance and the like, but has some defects: the hair is easy to absorb water and swell, the effective time is short, and the hair surface adhesive protein is stripped to generate 'scurf' and the like. At present, the technical problems existing in the hair restoration are urgently needed to be solved through research, and a long-term effective hair nursing and restoring method is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a hair treatment method and its application, which uses transglutaminase (TG enzyme) to cross-link with specific protein/amino acid to improve hair quality. According to the method, protein and amino acid form a protein net under the action of TG enzyme, and the protein net is crosslinked with protein groups exposed at the damaged part of the hair, so that the hair repairing effect is obviously improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:
the invention provides a hair treatment method, which comprises the following steps: soaking damaged hair in protein and amino acid composite water solution for pretreatment, then putting into transglutaminase solution for repairing, taking out, cleaning hair, and air drying.
As a further optimization of the invention, the protein and amino acid composite aqueous solution contains 0.5 wt% -2 wt% of protein and 0.5 wt% -2 wt% of amino acid.
As a further optimization of the present invention, the protein is at least one of complex keratin, wheat protein and sericin.
As a further optimization of the invention, the compound keratin comprises the keratin with the molecular weight of 20KDa-30KDa and the keratin with the molecular weight of 0.8KDa-1.2KDa, the weight ratio is (0: 5) - (5: 0) in sequence, and the weight ratio is not 0 at the same time.
As a further optimization of the invention, the compound keratin comprises the keratin with the molecular weight of 20KDa-30KDa and the keratin with the molecular weight of 0.8KDa-1.2KDa, and the weight ratio is 3: 2 in sequence.
As a further optimization of the invention, the amino acid comprises at least one of L-alanine, L-lysine, L-serine and L-glycine.
As a further optimization of the invention, 4700U/g transglutaminase is present in the transglutaminase solution at a ratio of 0.5 wt% to 2 wt%.
As a further optimization of the invention, the pretreatment is to soak the damaged hair in a protein and amino acid composite aqueous solution according to the feed-liquid ratio of 0.1: 100g/ml, soak for 30min to 120min at the temperature of 30 ℃ to 60 ℃ and take out for later use.
As a further optimization of the invention, the repairing is that the damaged hair after pretreatment is soaked into transglutaminase solution according to the feed-liquid ratio of 0.1: 100g/ml, and the damaged hair is soaked for 30-120 min under the conditions that the temperature is 30-60 ℃ and the pH is 6.0-8.0.
As a further optimization of the invention, the cleaning is water washing for 3-5 times, and each time is 3min-5 min.
The invention also provides the use of the hair treatment method for repairing damaged hair, including pet hair as well as human hair.
The invention discloses the following technical effects:
1. the present invention adopts lower keratin concentration than traditional method and is not easy to form protein chip.
2. The invention adopts the combination of TG enzyme, specific protein and amino acid, the formed amido bonds are increased, the cross-linking effect is obvious, the crystallinity is improved, the percentage of a crystalline region in the whole fiber is increased, the effect is stable, and the invention is a 'quasi-permanent' bionic repair. The method is convenient to use and simple to operate; the hair restoring agent has good restoring effect, can obviously improve the physical property and the damage resistance of the hair, has no chemical residue, and is green, healthy and pollution-free.
3. The hair conditioner has obvious maintenance effect, obvious repair effect on damaged scales (protein exposed) of the hair, reduced alkali solubility of the repaired hair, improved breaking stress, reduced water swelling rate and improved physical and chemical stability; the repaired hair is smoother than the surface of the damaged hair, and the fluctuation of hair scales is smooth. The hair is bright, elastic and tough, the straight hair is more flexible, and the curling degree can be better maintained by curling.
