Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a fan-shaped surface of silk folding, which adopts papain to treat silk fabrics, the whiteness of the silk fabrics is not affected, the flexibility is improved, and if the surfaces of the silk fabrics treated by the papain are damaged, the aim of raising can be achieved by flat grinding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fan surface of a silk folding fan.
Background
The folding fan is also named as "scattering fan", "paper fan", "umbrella fan", "nipping fan", "folding fan", "head-gathering fan", "bonesetting fan", "oar sub-fan" or "whirlwind fan". The foldable fan is characterized in that bamboo or wood or a fan rib, a piece of tough paper or a silk is used as a fan surface; it should be spread out to form a semi-regular shape, with the head and tail gathered.
The fan is made of paper, silk, bamboo, wood, tooth and corner, and the fan cover, the bag box and the book page are made of paper, silk, cotton and the like. Special attention is paid to temperature and humidity. This kind of texture of the collection, humidity is low, dry, sunshine intensity is easy to split.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a fan surface of a silk folding fan, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method for manufacturing a fan surface of a silk folding fan comprises the following steps:
1) putting the silk cloth into the container at a ratio of 0.5g/LNa2CO3Boiling the solution for 30min, washing with 70 deg.C water twice, repeating the above process for 3 times, and oven drying in oven at 105 deg.C to constant weight;
2) adding 10 mL of 25% ammonia water and 20 mL of distilled water into 1g of carmine, stirring, adding and dissolving, adding 15 mL of saturated picric acid, adding water to a constant volume of 100 mL, and adjusting the pH value to 8.0-9.0 by using HCl;
3) treating the silk cloth in the step 2) in boiling water for 1h, then putting the silk cloth into 3g/L papain solution prepared by 2g/L hemisarcosine solution, wherein the bath ratio is 1:80, and then putting the silk cloth into water bath at 60 ℃ for treatment, wherein the enzyme solution is replaced every 4 h;
4) directly immersing the silk cloth treated in the step 3) in 1 g/L papain solution under the conditions that the bath ratio is 1:100, the temperature is 70 ℃, the time is 60 min, the silk cloth treated by the enzyme with the pH =7.0 is washed twice with water at 70 ℃, washed 2 times with cold water and then put in a constant-temperature oven to be dried at 105 ℃ until the weight is constant;
5) treating the fan ribs:
a, cooking fan ribs at high temperature, putting bamboo into a cooking pot, heating to 90 ℃, uniformly scattering caustic soda (NaOH) into the cooking pot to quickly dissolve the bamboo in water, scattering 2 kg of caustic soda (NaOH) per cubic meter of water, continuing to cook for about 25 minutes, immediately putting the cooked bamboo into a clean water tank to fully soak the bamboo, wiping off dirt black spots on the surface of the bamboo, and naturally drying;
b, baking with fire: when the surface temperature of the bamboo material reaches 120-150 ℃, the optimal state of the oil discharge of the bamboo material is achieved, hot gas begins to be discharged from the sawn opening of the bamboo material, and the heating is immediately stopped when the oil discharged from the bamboo material begins to turn yellow;
d. oil tightening: taking the burned bamboo, quickly rubbing the bamboo back and forth by using bamboo velvet until all bamboo joints and internodes are clean and have no black oil;
6) wetting the fan surface of silk cloth, folding the fan surface by using a cover die, folding, air-drying, cutting the upper and lower edges, covering the upper edge by using a silk strip with the width of 0.8cm, which is mounted by lining, and grinding and pressing the fan surface to obtain the folding fan surface.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the papain is adopted to treat the silk fabric, the whiteness of the silk fabric is not affected, the flexibility is improved, and if the surface of the silk fabric treated by the papain is damaged, the purpose of raising the wool can be achieved by flat grinding.
