Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of novel cigarette smoking sets, and particularly relates to a heating non-combustion smoking set with detachable components and a cleaning method thereof. The smoking set comprises: a detachable upper shell component (1), a detachable heating element component (2) and a power supply component (3); wherein, the upper shell component (1) comprises an upper shell (101), a cigarette cup lead seat (102), a cigarette cup (103) and a cigarette cup spring (104). In the existing smoking set which is not heated and burns, a heating cup, a heating sheet and the like are generally fixed in a smoking set main body, and when the smoking set is cleaned, the smoking set is simply cleaned only by extending a brush into a heating cavity, so that the heating cup, the heating sheet and other components cannot be detached separately and cleaned thoroughly. In the smoking set, the upper shell assembly and the heating assembly can be detached for thorough cleaning, so that the problem of incomplete cleaning when a simple brush is used for cleaning is avoided, and meanwhile, the upper shell assembly can realize rotary smoke taking operation.

a cup lead seat 102 is arranged inside the upper shell 101, the cup 103 is arranged inside the cup lead seat 102, the protrusion 103-1 is inserted into the cup guide groove 102-1 and can slide in the groove, the upper end of the cup spring 104 abuts against the upper shell 101 or the cup lead seat 102, and the lower end abuts against the protrusion 103-1.

The method for cleaning the heating non-combustible smoking set with the detachable components comprises the following steps:

1. A heating non-burning smoking article having a detachable assembly, the smoking article comprising: the detachable heating element assembly comprises a detachable upper shell assembly (1), a detachable heating element assembly (2) and a power supply assembly (3);
the upper shell assembly (1) is detachably connected with a power supply assembly (3) below the upper shell assembly, the upper shell assembly (1) can rotate in situ, and the heating element assembly (2) is detachably connected with the power supply assembly (3) below the heating element assembly;
wherein the upper housing assembly (1): comprises an upper shell (101), a cigarette cup lead seat (102), a cigarette cup (103) and a cigarette cup spring (104);
wherein the upper shell (101) is a hollow cylindrical structure;
the cigarette cup lead seat (102) is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the side wall of the cigarette cup lead seat is provided with an arc cigarette cup guide groove (102-1) with an open upper end part;
the cigarette cup (103) is of a hollow cup-shaped structure, the bottom of the cigarette cup is provided with a heating element insertion hole, and the outer wall of the cigarette cup is provided with at least one protrusion (103-1) which is matched with the cigarette cup guide groove (102-1) and extends outwards and radially;
a cigarette cup lead seat (102) is arranged in the upper shell (101), the cigarette cup (103) is arranged in the cigarette cup lead seat (102), the protrusion (103-1) is inserted into the cigarette cup guide groove (102-1) and can slide in the groove, the upper end of the cigarette cup spring (104) abuts against the upper shell (101) or the cigarette cup lead seat (102), and the lower end of the cigarette cup spring abuts against the protrusion (103-1).
2. The heated non-combustible smoking article of claim 1 wherein the upper housing (101) is integrally or separately connected to the bowl lead holder (102).
3. The heated non-burning smoking article of claim 1, wherein a bowl spring (104) is disposed between the bowl lead holder (102) and the upper shell (101); or the cigarette cup spring (104) is arranged between the cigarette cup lead seat (102) and the cigarette cup (103).

The heated non-combustible smoking article of claim 3, wherein when a bowl spring (104) is disposed between the bowl lead holder (102) and the bowl (103), the outer wall of the bowl (103) has at least one spring stop (103-2) projecting radially outward above the protrusion (103-1) and projecting radially less than the protrusion (103-1), and the outer diameter of the bowl (103) at the spring stop (103-2) is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the bowl spring (104).
5. The heated non-combustible smoking article of claim 4, wherein the spring retaining portion (103-2) is elongated with a narrow top and a wide bottom.
6. The heated non-burning smoking article of claim 1, wherein the heating element assembly (2) comprises: heating element (201), heating element fixing base (206), be located heating element safety cover (202) and heating element control panel (203) of heating element (201) outside, heating element control panel (203) and heating element (201) pass through welded connection, heating element (201) pass the heating element patchhole of smoke cup (103) bottom inserts inside smoke cup (103).
7. The heated non-burning smoking article of claim 4, wherein the power supply assembly (3) comprises: the battery pack comprises a middle frame (301), a lower shell (302), a spring thimble (303) and a battery (306);
the heating element protection cover (202) is detachably connected with the middle frame (301), a silica gel ring (205) is arranged between the heating element protection cover and the middle frame, the heating element control panel (203) is electrically connected with the main control panel (304) through a spring thimble (303), and the upper shell (101) is detachably connected with the middle frame (301).
8. The heated non-combustible smoking article of claim 5, wherein the heating element (201) and the heating element holder (206) are integrated, and the space between the heating element holder (206), the heating element protective cover (202) and the heating element control panel (203) is filled with sealant.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the upper housing component (1) and the heating element component (2) are removed and cleaned with a cleaning solution comprising an organic solution.
