(8) separating the abalone enzymolysis liquid by using an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a concentrated liquid and a dialysate;
(9) decoloring the dialysate obtained in the step (8) by using activated carbon and resin, and preparing the abalone protein peptide by spray drying;
(10) adding ingredients and water into the abalone protein peptide to prepare a beverage; the beverage made from the abalone protein peptide contains only abalone protein peptide.
The steps (1) - (10) adopt a device for efficiently extracting abalone juice, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
(a) placing dried abalone in a bearing body in the step (1), clamping the bearing body by a telescopic clamping mechanism, and placing the dried abalone bearing body in a high-pressure clean water pool 1;

(c) in the step (3), the collection body 33 collects the abalone juice flowing out of the filtering holes 3211 at the bottom of the extrusion bearing cylinder 321;
(d) removing the fishy smell of the abalone juice in the step (4);
(e) heating and sterilizing the abalone juice in the step (5);
(f) adding the ingredients and water in the step (6) to prepare the abalone beverage;
(g) adding water into the abalone residues in the step (7) and then putting the abalone residues into an enzymolysis device 2;
(h) separating the abalone enzymolysis liquid by using an ultrafiltration membrane in the step (8) to obtain concentrated liquid and dialysate;
(i) decolorizing the obtained dialysate by using activated carbon and resin in the step (9), and preparing the abalone protein peptide by spray drying;
(j) in the step (10), the abalone protein peptide is added with ingredients and water to prepare the beverage.
