The working principle is as follows: when in use, the meat product is placed on the pushing component 1 by an operator, the meat product is pushed onto the workbench 31 by the pushing component 1, the meat product is clamped by the clamping component 2 and overturned by one hundred eighty degrees and placed on the conveying component 4, water is sprayed onto the meat product by the cleaning component 3 when the meat product is overturned by the clamping component 2, so that the periphery of the meat product can be cleaned without cleaning dead angles, the cleaning by the operator is not needed, the labor amount of the operator is reduced, sewage generated when the meat product is cleaned by the cleaning component 3 falls into the recovery box 36 from an opening on the workbench 31, the cleaned water is prevented from being sprayed onto the periphery of the workbench 31 to influence the operation environment, the meat product is moved onto the drying component 5 by the conveying component 4, and the meat product is dried by the drying component 5, the moisture is prevented from being stained on the meat product, and then the meat product is sterilized and disinfected by the ultraviolet sterilization box 6, so that the meat product is not easy to deteriorate, and the subsequent processing of the meat product is facilitated.
