Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a policy data processing method, a policy data processing device and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting public policy data of government public websites within a preset range; performing association storage on each piece of collected public policy data according to a preset rule to obtain a first association relation; extracting description information in each piece of public policy data through an artificial intelligence algorithm, and determining policy indexes and labels of the public policy data and logic relations among different pieces of public policy data; and storing the policy indexes, the labels and the logic relations of each piece of public policy data in association with the first association relation corresponding to the public policy data to obtain a second association relation. The problem that enterprises in the prior art cannot efficiently acquire the public policy data related to the enterprises is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a policy data processing method, apparatus, and storage medium.
Background
In order to encourage the development of enterprises, various enterprise-benefiting policies are released from governments of all parts, and then due to various problems that the policies are relatively dispersed, different reporting conditions are declared, information of the governments and the enterprises is not symmetrical and the like, a plurality of enterprises can miss the good policies, so that the enterprise-benefiting policies cannot play the role. Even if enterprise personnel independently inquire, the enterprise personnel cannot efficiently acquire the enterprise-benefiting policy related to the enterprise personnel because various policies are dispersed at present.

According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a policy data processing method, where the method includes:
collecting public policy data of government open websites within a preset range;
performing association storage on each piece of collected public policy data according to a preset rule to obtain a first association relation;
extracting description information in each piece of public policy data through an artificial intelligence algorithm, and determining policy indexes and labels of the public policy data and logic relations among different pieces of public policy data;
and associating and storing the policy indexes, the labels and the logic relations of each piece of public policy data with the first association relation corresponding to the public policy data to obtain a second association relation.
Optionally, the collecting public policy data of government public websites within a preset range includes:
and collecting public policy data in the government public websites within the preset range in real time through a python automatic collection algorithm.

Public policy data of government public websites within a preset range are collected; performing association storage on each piece of collected public policy data according to a preset rule to obtain a first association relation; extracting description information in each piece of public policy data through an artificial intelligence algorithm, and determining policy indexes and labels of the public policy data and logic relations among different pieces of public policy data; storing the policy indexes, the labels and the logic relations of each piece of public policy data in association with a first association relation corresponding to the public policy data to obtain a second association relation; the problem that enterprises in the prior art cannot efficiently acquire the public policy data related to the enterprises is solved, the enterprises can accurately and efficiently inquire to obtain the required public policy data according to the first incidence relation and the second incidence relation when the policies are retrieved, and the inquiry efficiency is improved.
Before the public policy data are stored in an associated mode, the public policy data are checked by a checker, the wrong public policy data are corrected, the corrected public policy data are stored in an associated mode, the accuracy of the public policy data stored in the database is guaranteed, and the accuracy of enterprise personnel in policy query is improved.

It should be added that, the above is only exemplified by directly storing the public policy data after the public policy data is collected, optionally, because the collected public policy data may have errors due to typesetting or original input errors, to avoid errors, before the relevant storage, each collected public policy data may be displayed first, and accordingly, before this step, the method may further include:
(1) receiving a correction request for correcting the public policy data;

For example, the policy index and the label extracted from the first open policy data in the table in step 102 may be "talent introduction". For another example, policy 1 and policy 2 are two parallel policies, that is, after applying policy 1, an enterprise cannot apply policy 2, and thus public policy data 1 and public policy data 2 can be obtained as parallel public policy data.
Optionally, the policy indicators and labels may be, for example, science and technology, industry and telecommunications, society, improvement, business, intellectual property, civil and agricultural policy system, and the like, which are not limited herein.
And 104, associating and storing the policy indexes, the labels and the logic relations of each piece of public policy data with the first association relation corresponding to the public policy data to obtain a second association relation.
After the policy index, the label and the logic relationship are obtained, the policy index, the label and the logic relationship of each piece of public policy data and the first association relationship corresponding to the piece of public policy data are stored in an associated manner, and then a second association relationship is obtained.
Optionally, the first association relationship and the second association relationship may be stored in a database, where the database may be a Java language, MySQL (relational database) database.
In conclusion, the public policy data of the government public websites in the preset range are collected; performing association storage on each piece of collected public policy data according to a preset rule to obtain a first association relation; extracting description information in each piece of public policy data through an artificial intelligence algorithm, and determining policy indexes and labels of the public policy data and logic relations among different pieces of public policy data; storing the policy indexes, the labels and the logic relations of each piece of public policy data in association with a first association relation corresponding to the public policy data to obtain a second association relation; the problem that enterprises in the prior art cannot efficiently acquire the public policy data related to the enterprises is solved, the enterprises can accurately and efficiently inquire to obtain the required public policy data according to the first incidence relation and the second incidence relation when the policies are retrieved, and the inquiry efficiency is improved.
Before the public policy data are stored in an associated mode, the public policy data are checked by a checker, the wrong public policy data are corrected, the corrected public policy data are stored in an associated mode, the accuracy of the public policy data stored in the database is guaranteed, and the accuracy of enterprise personnel in policy query is improved.
Optionally, in each of the above embodiments, the method further includes the following steps:
(1) acquiring enterprise information disclosed by an enterprise;

Optionally, this step may include: and for each piece of public policy data, determining whether the enterprise meets the conditions specified by the public policy data according to the enterprise information, wherein the conditions comprise at least one of a registration place, an enterprise scale, an enterprise affiliated field and an enterprise turnover.
In actual implementation, the association may be analyzed through the intelligent AI, which is not limited in this embodiment. Of course, the above-mentioned correlation can also be analyzed by using hadoop big data and ELS architecture system, which is not limited in this embodiment.
(3) And if the public policy data exists in the public policy data associated with the enterprise information, pushing the public policy data to the enterprise.
When the public policy data associated with the enterprise information is analyzed, it indicates that the enterprise may need to query the public policy data, and at this time, the public policy data may be pushed to the enterprise.
Optionally, the step may be: and pushing the public policy data to the enterprise mailbox in the acquired enterprise information. Or, the public policy data is pushed to the enterprise by means of short message or fax, and the specific implementation manner is not limited.
By automatically analyzing the relevance between the enterprise and the public policy data, when the analysis result is that the relevance exists, the public policy data is automatically pushed to the enterprise, active query of enterprise personnel is not needed, and the efficiency of acquiring the public policy data by the enterprise is improved.
Another point to be added is that, the above is only exemplified by automatically pushing the public policy data to the enterprise, and in actual implementation, the personnel of the enterprise can also actively query, that is, the method may further include the following steps:
firstly, receiving a query request, wherein the query request carries query conditions;
when enterprise personnel need to inquire the public policy data, the inquiry conditions can be input through the inquiry terminal, and accordingly the inquiry terminal can receive the inquiry request and forward the inquiry request to the server. The server may accordingly receive the query request.
For example, when a corporate person of a certain semiconductor corporation needs to check the policy of subsidizing talents in the field, a query condition containing "semiconductor and talents" may be input. Accordingly, the query request may include the query condition.
Secondly, inquiring public policy data meeting the inquiry condition in the second incidence relation.
After receiving the query request, the public policy data meeting the query condition can be queried in the second association relation stored in the database, and the queried public policy data is returned to the query terminal.
The present embodiment also provides a policy data processing apparatus, which includes a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores at least one program instruction, and the processor implements the method according to the first aspect by loading and executing the at least one program instruction.
The present embodiments also provide a computer storage medium having at least one program instruction stored therein for loading and execution by a processor to implement the method of the first aspect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

performing association storage on each piece of collected public policy data according to a preset rule to obtain a first association relation;
extracting description information in each piece of public policy data through an artificial intelligence algorithm, and determining policy indexes and labels of the public policy data and logic relations among different pieces of public policy data;
and associating and storing the policy indexes, the labels and the logic relations of each piece of public policy data with the first association relation corresponding to the public policy data to obtain a second association relation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein collecting public policy data of government public websites within a predetermined range comprises:

3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the associating and storing the collected public policy data according to preset rules comprises:

9. A policy data processing apparatus, comprising a memory having at least one program instruction stored therein and a processor that implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 by loading and executing the at least one program instruction.
10. A computer storage medium having stored therein at least one program instruction for loading and execution by a processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
