Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
A control method, a control apparatus, and a storage medium of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
s11, analyzing fault alarm information when the clothes treatment equipment operates to obtain alarm types and fault parameters.
Specifically, the clothes treatment device comprises a motor, a main control chip and a frequency converter, and for example, the clothes treatment device can be a variable frequency washing machine, whether the clothes treatment device fails or not can be judged through the frequency converter, and fault alarm information is sent to the main control chip when the clothes treatment device fails. For example, a temperature sensor arranged on the frequency converter detects the temperature of the motor, if the temperature of the motor exceeds a temperature threshold value, the frequency converter sends motor overheat alarm information to the main control chip, and the main control chip analyzes the fault alarm information after receiving the fault alarm information to obtain alarm types and fault parameters. The temperature threshold may be set by user definition, or may be set by default in factory.
It should be noted that, the action of the above-mentioned frequency converter sending the fault alarm information to the main control chip does not necessarily stop the motor.
S12, determining whether the clothes treatment equipment continues to operate according to the alarm type and the fault parameters.
Specifically, after the alarm type is obtained, if the alarm type is only motor overheat alarm, and no other type of alarm information (for example, overvoltage and overcurrent alarm which needs to be immediately processed) exists, whether the laundry treatment apparatus continues to operate or not can be determined according to the fault parameters.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the flow of determining whether the laundry treating apparatus is continuously operated according to the fault parameter may be as follows:
s21, determining whether the clothes treatment equipment is continuously preset for a time to generate motor overheat alarm and stop running according to the fault parameters.
Wherein, the condition that the motor is overheated and warned to stop running refers to the condition that the clothes treatment equipment stops running due to the overheat warning of the motor when the washing program runs each time. The preset times can be set according to the needs, and can be 3 times or 4 times, for example.
Specifically, after the clothes treatment device is powered on and started, if the main control chip determines that the clothes treatment device generates a motor overheat alarm according to the alarm type in the running process of the washing program (for example, when the program runs for 2 minutes), whether the clothes treatment device stops running due to the motor overheat alarm or not is acquired when the clothes treatment device runs the washing program for N times before (i.e. preset times).
S22, when the condition that the operation of the clothes treatment equipment is stopped due to the overheat alarm of the motor is continuously preset for a plurality of times is determined, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to stop operating.
Specifically, if the number of times of continuously receiving the motor overheat alarm exceeds the preset number of times, the main control chip analyzes the reason of the motor overheat alarm, displays an error code corresponding to the reason of the motor overheat alarm after analyzing the reason of the motor overheat alarm, and controls the clothes treatment equipment to stop running.
As one example, as shown in fig. 1, resolving a motor overheat alarm cause may include: if the speed of the motor is determined to be smaller than the specified speed according to the analysis result and the fuzzy weighing result in washing is a large load, the motor is stopped, the current load of the clothes treatment equipment is determined to be larger than a first load value, and the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to display a first error code such as EP1 and stop running. If the analysis result shows that the environment temperature of the clothes treatment equipment is too high, if the environment temperature is larger than the preset temperature threshold, other alarm information is not received, and the washing parameters and conditions are normal, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to display a second error code such as EP2 and stop running. If the current water level of the clothes treatment equipment is smaller than the preset water level and the current load of the clothes treatment equipment is larger than the second load value according to the analysis result, the improper setting of the parameters of the current washing is judged, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to display a third error code such as EP3, and the operation is controlled to stop.
S23, when the fact that the clothes treatment equipment is stopped under the condition that the motor overheat alarm is continuously preset is determined, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to continue to operate.
Specifically, if the number of times of continuously receiving the overheat alarm of the motor does not exceed the preset number of times, the main control chip controls the clothes treatment device to continue to operate, and step S13 is executed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, before determining whether the laundry treating apparatus continues to operate according to the alarm type and the fault parameter, if it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus generates the motor overheat alarm according to the alarm type, the motor of the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to stop operating for a third preset time to alleviate the motor overheat, and it may be further determined whether the motor overheat alarm continues to exist to prevent the false alarm.
And S13, when the continuous operation of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, the operation parameters of the clothes treatment equipment are adjusted so that the clothes treatment equipment completes the current operation process.
Specifically, after it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus continues to operate, a course in which the laundry treating apparatus is currently located is determined. If it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus is currently in the wash course, a downshift adjustment is performed to the wash cycle, for example, the spin-down ratio at the time of washing may be adjusted down by 10%; if it is determined that the laundry treating apparatus is currently in the dehydration course, a downshift adjustment is performed to the dehydration rotation speed, for example, the dehydration maximum rotation speed may be down-adjusted by 30%.
Alternatively, the pre-downshift process may be performed on the spin-drying speed in the subsequent spin-drying process at the same time as the downshift process is performed on the wash cycle, so that the spin-drying process may be performed directly at the spin-drying speed after the downshift process after the end of the wash cycle.
Further, when the washing beat is down-shifted and/or the dehydration rotational speed is down-shifted, if the duration of the motor overheat alarm reaches the first preset time, the washing time and/or the dehydration time is reduced.
Specifically, the time counting is started while the washing beat is subjected to the down shift adjustment and/or the dehydration rotation speed is subjected to the down shift adjustment, the motor temperature is detected, and if the motor temperature is still higher than the temperature threshold value when the counted time reaches the first preset time, the washing time and/or the dehydration time is reduced. Wherein, the washing time and the dehydration time can be reduced by 8% -12%, for example, can be reduced by 10%; the first preset time may be 15 minutes.
It should be noted that, before the washing time and/or the dehydrating time is reduced, the motor of the laundry treating apparatus may be further controlled to stop operating for a third preset time to further alleviate the overheating of the motor.
Further, if the counted time reaches the second preset time, the temperature of the motor is still higher than the temperature threshold, and the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to stop running. As an example, as shown in fig. 1, the second preset time may be 30 minutes.
Optionally, in the process of performing the above adjustment on the operation parameters of the laundry treatment apparatus, if it is monitored that the temperature rise rate of the motor is greater than the preset rate or the temperature of the motor is greater than the preset safety temperature, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to stop operation.
In summary, the control method of the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can avoid washing failure of the clothes treatment equipment caused by overheat of the motor under severe working conditions, thereby achieving the purposes of protecting the motor and meeting washing requirements of users. Specifically, the invention realizes the completion of washing work under the condition of ensuring the safety of equipment by arranging the multistage cooling treatment measures under the condition of overheat of the motor; the invention can prevent over treatment and ensure washing effect as much as possible by enhancing treatment step by step according to the severity or duration of overheat of the motor. In addition, the invention also analyzes the fault parameters to judge the cause of overheat and sends out the corresponding error code to the user, thereby facilitating the user or technician to remove the fault according to the error code.
Further, the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a control program of a laundry treatment apparatus, which when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus described above.
The computer readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention can prevent the washing failure of the clothes treatment equipment caused by overheat of the motor under severe working conditions when the control program of the clothes treatment equipment stored on the computer readable storage medium is executed by the processor, thereby achieving the purposes of protecting the motor and meeting the washing requirement of a user.
