the alcohol collecting device comprises an alcohol sampling conduit, an air pump, an alcohol sensor, a signal conditioning chip, a processor and a power supply module; the alcohol sampling conduit is arranged in the automobile and faces to a driver, and the alcohol sampling conduit is fixed at the air inlet end of the air extracting pump; the output end of the air pump is communicated with the alcohol sensor; the processor has a first input; the output end of the alcohol sensor is connected with the first input end of the processor through the signal conditioning chip; the power supply module is connected with the air pump, the signal conditioning chip and the processor;
the alarm control device comprises a controller for receiving the alcohol concentration signal transmitted by the processor, a drunk driving alarm for prompting drunk driving and a control switch for controlling the starting of the automobile; the controller is provided with a first control end and a second control end; the controller is connected with the drunk driving alarm through the first control end; the controller is connected with the control switch through the second control end, and the control switch is connected in the automobile starting loop.

the alarm control device also comprises a voice player;
the controller is provided with a second control end, and the second control end of the controller is connected with the voice player.

the controller has a third control terminal; the controller is connected to the cloud platform through the third control end and the NB-Iot communication module.

the solar battery is connected with the lithium battery through the power management chip; the processor has a second input, a third input, and a second output; the output end of the visible light sensor and the output end of the solar cell are respectively connected with the second input end and the third input end of the processor; and the second output end of the processor is connected with the battery alarm.
8. The drunk driving prevention monitoring device as set forth in claim 7, wherein said device further comprises an emergency control switch; the controller is also provided with a fifth control end; and a fifth control end of the controller is connected with the emergency control switch.
