Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides an atomizing assembly 100 for heating an atomized substrate, where the atomizing assembly 100 includes a ceramic substrate 110 and a heating element 120, the ceramic substrate 110 includes an atomizing surface 113, the heating element 120 is mounted on the atomizing surface 113, the heating element 120 at least includes a first heating element 121 and a second heating element 122, and the first heating element 121 and the second heating element 122 are arranged on the atomizing surface 113 at intervals.
Specifically, atomizing matrix can be for tobacco juice or tobacco tar, and atomizing matrix uses the tobacco juice as the example here, ceramic base 110 is the cuboid setting, ceramic base 110 includes top and bottom, atomizing face 113 sets up ceramic base 110's bottom, heat-generating body 120 sets up on atomizing face 113, and with ceramic base 110 is integrative to be set up, is convenient for install and use. The ceramic base 110 is provided with at least a first oil guiding groove 111 and a second oil guiding groove 112 on a side departing from the atomizing surface 113, that is, the top of the ceramic base 110 is provided with the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112, the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112 are arranged to depart from the atomizing surface 113, wherein the first oil guiding groove 111 is arranged corresponding to the second heat generating component 122, the second oil guiding groove 112 is arranged corresponding to the second heat generating component 122, the size of the first oil guiding groove 111 is adapted to the size of the first heat generating component 121, the size of the second oil guiding groove 112 is adapted to the size of the second heat generating component 122, the smoke liquid is transmitted and transported to the first heat generating component 121 by the bottom of the first oil guiding groove 111, and the smoke liquid is transmitted and transported to the second heat generating component 122 by the bottom of the second oil guiding groove 112, the first heating element 121 and the second heating element 122 heat to atomize the smoke liquid, and the first heating element 121 and the second heating element 122 are arranged at intervals and in a staggered manner, so that the heating element 120 is prevented from generating heat intensively.
It should be noted that, because the heating element 120 is not disposed between the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112, a partition fence may be further disposed between the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112, and the partition fence partitions the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112, and because the ceramic substrate 110 is thicker at the partition fence, the phenomenon that smoke liquid drops due to the fact that smoke liquid cannot be atomized by the heating element 120 due to permeation and transmission between the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112 is avoided. In general, the atomizing surface 113 of the ceramic substrate 110 is sealed at a place where the heating element 120 is not disposed, for example, the atomizing surface can be sealed by a silica gel member or an oxidized glaze ceramic member, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the smoke liquid is transmitted to a blank area between the first heating element 121 and the second heating element 122 and cannot be atomized and then collected and dripped, thereby ensuring the normal use of the atomizing assembly 100.
It is understood that the heat generating body 120 may include a plurality of heat generating members. For example, the heating element 120 may further include a third heating element, and the ceramic substrate 110 is provided with a third oil guiding groove corresponding to and adapted to the third heating element, wherein the first heating element 121, the second heating element 122 and the third heating element are arranged at an interval in pairs, and the first heating element 121, the second heating element 122 and the third heating element are used for heating to atomize the smoke liquid, so that the problem of heat dissipation concentration of the heating element 120 can be avoided. The number of the heat generating members in the heat generating elements 120 is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the thickness of the bottom of the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112 is in the range of 1.2mm-2mm, which ensures the transportation speed of the smoke liquid by the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112, for example, the thickness of the bottom of the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112 is 1.5mm, which facilitates the transportation of the smoke liquid to the first heat generating part 121 and the second heat generating part 122 by the bottom of the first oil guiding groove 111 and the second oil guiding groove 112, and facilitates the atomization of the smoke liquid by the first heat generating part 121 and the second heat generating part 122.
After the technical scheme is adopted, because the heating unit 120 has a relatively large heat productivity and is relatively concentrated, the smoke generated by atomizing the tobacco juice by the heat productivity of the heating unit 120 is relatively large, but the phenomenon that the flavor molecules of the tobacco juice are damaged due to high temperature exists; when the heating element 120 generates a relatively small amount of heat, the heating element 120 can keep the flavor molecules in the tobacco juice when atomizing the tobacco juice, but the amount of atomized smoke is relatively small. Through setting up first heating 121 with the second generates heat 122, just first heating 121 with the second generates heat 122 interval sets up, will atomizing surface 113 separates for two regions that generate heat, avoids under the condition that satisfies the smog volume heat-generating body 120 concentrates the heat dissipation and destroys fragrant smell molecule to ensure that atomizing volume and the fragrant smell of atomizing subassembly 100 are in comparatively balanced state, improve atomizing subassembly 100 and to the atomizing taste of tobacco juice, and then improve the user and experience atomizing subassembly 100's use.

In this embodiment, the first heat generating element 121 and the second heat generating element 122 are disposed in parallel, so as to facilitate the structural arrangement of the first heat generating element 121 and the second heat generating element 122, and thus facilitate the disposition of the heat generating element 120. In this embodiment, the heating element 120 further includes two electrodes 124, the two electrodes 124 are disposed on the atomizing surface 113, the two electrodes 124 are respectively used as the positive electrode or the negative electrode of the heating element 120, the electrodes 124 may be conductive wafers or conductive columns, the first heating element 121 and the second heating element 122 are heating wires, the heating wires are disposed in a sheet shape, conductive sheets 123 are disposed at two opposite ends of the first heating element 121, and conductive sheets 123 are disposed at two opposite ends of the second heating element 122, wherein the width of the conductive sheets 123 is greater than the width of the heating wires, that is, the resistance on the conductive sheets 123 is small, and the heating value of the conductive sheets 123 is negligible. The two opposite ends of the first heating element 121 are separately connected to the two electrodes 124 through conductive strips 123, and the two opposite ends of the second heating element 122 are separately connected to the two electrodes 124 through conductive strips 123, so that the first heating element 121 and the second heating element 122 are connected in parallel.
