Abstract

the collecting frame is positioned at the downstream of the cleaning screen plate along the conveying direction of the cleaning frame, is positioned below the cleaning screen plate and is partially overlapped in the vertical direction; a blowing device is arranged above the collecting frame, blows hot air and dries fruits in the collecting frame;
wherein, the top end of the cleaning frame is provided with a magnet, and the lower end of the telescopic rod is provided with an electromagnet;

the cleaning frame 3 is used for containing fruits to be cleaned, the cleaning frame 3 is hung on the guide rail 1 through a telescopic rod 4, and moves along the guide rail 1 under the pushing of a driving device; the lower end of the telescopic rod 4 can detachably lock the cleaning frame 3; the cleaning frame 3 is a square frame structure made of stainless steel, and slides up and down along a slide rail on the side wall of the first cleaning tank 4 through a slide block arranged on the side edge, so that the whole cleaning frame 3 is driven to slide up and down along the slide rail; the bottom of the cleaning frame 3 is made of a flexible spring net material, and the other 4 side surfaces and the top surface are made of rigid filter screen materials; a plurality of hollow foam buffer balls 5 with the same size are placed in the cleaning frame 3, a fruit putting opening is formed in the top of the cleaning frame 3, and a fruit recovery opening is formed in the side edge of the cleaning frame;
the first beating equipment is fixed at the bottom of the first cleaning tank 2 and is used for beating the bottom of the cleaning frame up and down; the first knocking device comprises a plurality of vertically upward knocking hammers 12, the knocking hammers 12 are driven by a driving device to reciprocate up and down, and the knocking processes of two adjacent knocking hammers 12 are asynchronous; each beating hammer 12 is covered with a rubber protective layer, and the surface of the rubber protective layer is uneven to form a plurality of massaging beating bulges.
The first spraying device is positioned at the downstream of the first cleaning tank 2 along the transmission direction of the cleaning frame 3; the first spraying device comprises a plurality of spraying heads 6 on the left side and the right side and a spraying head on the top, and the spraying heads 6 on the left side and the right side are arranged in a staggered manner; the bottom of the first spraying device is provided with a recovery water tank;

the collecting frame 11 is positioned at the downstream of the cleaning screen plate 8 along the conveying direction of the cleaning frame 2, the collecting frame 11 is positioned below the cleaning screen plate 8, and the collecting frame 11 and the cleaning screen plate are partially overlapped in the vertical direction; a blowing device 13 is arranged above the collecting frame 11, blows hot air and dries fruits in the collecting frame 11;
wherein, the top end of the cleaning frame 3 is provided with a magnet, and the lower end of the telescopic rod 4 is provided with an electromagnet;
the controller controls the electrification, the telescopic rod 4 extends, and the electromagnet at the lower end of the telescopic rod adsorbs the magnet at the top end of the cleaning frame 3, so that the cleaning frame 3 is lifted; the telescopic rod 4 moves along the guide rail 1 under the driving of the driving device to reach a preset position, and the controller controls the power-off to remove the adsorption.
