the information acquisition equipment and the display equipment are in communication connection with the server;
the information acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the elevator waiting state data and sending the elevator waiting state data to the server;
the server is used for receiving the elevator waiting state data, generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data when receiving an interactive instruction sent by the display equipment, and sending the display data to the display equipment;
the display equipment is used for sending the received interactive instruction input by the user to the server, receiving the display data sent by the server and displaying the display data; the display data comprise a building three-dimensional model and a preset bar code of a routing address, and the routing address comprises a routing address corresponding to the building three-dimensional model;
the display device is further configured to: sending an interactive instruction to the server based on the obtained routing address corresponding to the preset bar code, so that the server generates display data according to the model identifier in the interactive instruction, and sends an HTML file containing the display data to the display equipment;
the server is further configured to: generating elevator waiting state information based on the elevator waiting state data and the timestamps corresponding to the elevator waiting state data, comparing the timestamps in the elevator waiting state information corresponding to the current building three-dimensional model with the current correction time according to a preset correction time interval, and if the time difference exceeds a preset difference threshold, sending the communication abnormity prompt information to the display equipment.

The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the information acquisition equipment comprises elevator waiting people number identification equipment and/or elevator state detection equipment; the elevator waiting number identification equipment is arranged in an elevator waiting hall and used for collecting the number of people waiting for the elevator in the elevator waiting hall; the elevator state detection equipment is arranged in the elevator and used for collecting elevator operation data of the elevator.

The system of claim 1, wherein the display device comprises a first display module, a second display module, and a third display module; the first display module is used for displaying first display data and receiving an interactive instruction input by a user, the second display module is used for displaying second display data, and the third display module is used for displaying third display data; the first display data are three-dimensional models of buildings, the second display data are character information, and the third display data are preset bar codes containing routing addresses.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the server comprises at least one of a communication server, an application server, a database server, and a display data construction server.
5. A control method of an elevator waiting management system, which is applied to the elevator waiting management system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving the elevator waiting state data sent by the information acquisition equipment;
when an interactive instruction sent by display equipment is received, generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data; the display data comprise a building three-dimensional model and a preset bar code of a routing address, and the routing address comprises a routing address corresponding to the building three-dimensional model;
sending the display data to a display device to enable the display device to display the display data;
the method further comprises the following steps: generating display data based on the model identifier in the received interactive instruction, and sending an HTML file containing the display data to the display equipment; the interactive instruction is sent by the display equipment based on the obtained routing address corresponding to the preset bar code;
the method further comprises the following steps: generating elevator waiting state information based on the elevator waiting state data and the timestamps corresponding to the elevator waiting state data, comparing the timestamps in the elevator waiting state information corresponding to the current building three-dimensional model with the current correction time according to a preset correction time interval, and if the time difference exceeds a preset difference threshold, sending the communication abnormity prompt information to the display equipment.
6. The control method of claim 5, wherein the generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data comprises:
acquiring a stored building three-dimensional model, and generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data and the building three-dimensional model; the building three-dimensional model comprises at least one floor model, at least one elevator hall model corresponding to each floor model and at least one elevator model.
7. The control method of claim 6, wherein generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data and the three-dimensional building model comprises:
determining a busy grade color block of a lift waiting hall model corresponding to the lift waiting hall according to the number of people waiting for the lifts in the lift waiting hall and/or determining a busy grade color block of an elevator model corresponding to the elevator according to the elevator operation data of the elevator for each elevator;
for each elevator, determining the display position of an elevator model corresponding to the elevator according to the floor number in the elevator operation data;
rendering the building three-dimensional model based on the display position of the elevator model, the busy grade color block of the elevator waiting hall model and/or the busy grade color block of the elevator model, and taking the rendered building three-dimensional model as display data.
8. The control method according to claim 7, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when an operation instruction which is sent by display equipment and input by a user based on a rendered three-dimensional model of a building is received, acquiring a target model identifier of a target model corresponding to the operation instruction; wherein the target model comprises a floor model, a waiting hall model or an elevator model;
and determining an interactive three-dimensional model corresponding to the operation instruction based on the model association list corresponding to the target model identifier and the stored model identifier, and sending the interactive three-dimensional model to the display equipment.
9. The control method according to claim 8, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and if a first model identifier of a first elevator waiting hall model in the interactive three-dimensional model is different from a second model identifier of a second elevator waiting hall model corresponding to the display equipment, generating a navigation route between the first elevator waiting hall model and the second elevator waiting hall model based on a first position coordinate of the first elevator waiting hall model and a second position coordinate of the second elevator waiting hall model, and sending the navigation route to the display equipment.
10. The control method according to claim 5, wherein the generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data when receiving the interactive instruction sent by the display device comprises:
when an interactive instruction sent by display equipment is received, matching the current time with a timestamp in at least one piece of received elevator waiting state information;
and if the matching is successful, generating display data based on the elevator waiting state data corresponding to the timestamp with successful matching.
