Abstract

本发明属于输送设备技术领域,尤其为一种输送带生产用上料机,包括底架,底架顶端一侧设置有第一输送辊,底架顶端另一侧设置有第二输送辊,底架顶端第一输送辊与第二输送辊之间设置有机架,机架内部设置有过料辊,过料辊两端均设置有轴承杆,轴承杆一侧设置有动力***,轴承杆顶端设置有顶盒,顶盒内部底端设置有空槽,空槽内部设置有滚轴,滚轴远离过料辊中心一侧设置有切刀,顶盒内部空槽顶端贯穿设置有进风口。本发明通过设置顶盒、切刀及过滤层,可以将输送材料多余的材料切掉,防止材料折皱或送料装置卡机等,还可以将切掉的多余材料及空气中的毛绒细尘过滤收集,以便于处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送设备技术领域,具体为一种输送带生产用上料机。
背景技术
输送机上的输送带在输送机上的应用具有重要的作用,输送带的生产制造中涉及到输送带的强度,韧性和弹性的性能控制;因此,原料在输送技术中具有重要的地位,存在以下问题:
1、在进料的时候,原料通常是缠绕在放料辊上,材料的宽度必须适配传送辊的尺寸,若大过传送辊的宽度容易弄皱材料甚至卡住装置。
2、对传送的原料宽度进行控制后多余的原料会留在送料装置内,同样会造成卡机,而且输送原料以混合的PE、以及添加剂等为原材料容易起细尘等进入空气中,影响工作环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种输送带生产用上料机,解决了输送带生产用上料机宽度控制及多余原料处理的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种输送带生产用上料机,包括底架,所述底架顶端一侧设置有第一输送辊,所述底架顶端另一侧设置有第二输送辊,所述底架顶端第一输送辊与第二输送辊之间设置有机架,所述机架内部设置有过料辊,所述过料辊两端均设置有轴承杆,所述轴承杆一侧设置有动力***,所述轴承杆顶端设置有顶盒,所述顶盒内部底端设置有空槽,所述空槽内部设置有滚轴,所述滚轴远离过料辊中心一侧设置有切刀,所述顶盒内部空槽顶端贯穿设置有进风口,所述顶盒内部设置有过滤层,所述顶盒远离过料辊中心一侧贯穿设置有切刀。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述过料辊数量为三个,所述过料辊两侧通过轴承杆与机架两侧壁活动连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述顶盒形状为方形盒,所述顶盒内部为中空,所述顶盒侧壁通过螺栓与机架侧壁活动连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述滚轴两侧通过轴承与空槽两侧内壁活动连接,所述滚轴长度尺寸大小小于顶盒尺寸大小,所述滚轴形状为圆柱形。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述两切刀形状为圆形,所述两切刀外直径尺寸大小略大于滚轴尺寸大小。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述两切刀的距离尺寸大小与传送输送原料尺寸大小相适配,所述切刀底端与过料辊顶端接触。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述出风口数量为两个,所述出风口内部设置有风机。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述过滤层材料为活性炭,所述过滤层形状为方形板,所述过滤层两侧通过固定座与顶盒内侧壁固定连接,所述过滤层长度尺寸大小小于顶盒内部长度尺寸大小,所述过滤层在顶盒内部呈等距直线排布。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种输送带生产用上料机,具备以下有益效果:
1、该输送带生产用上料机,通过设置顶盒、滚轴及切刀,输送材料从第一输送辊进入过料辊进行传送时,在放入过料辊时前先从过料辊与滚轴之间穿过,在输送材料向前输送时滚轴也会一起滚动,两侧切刀之间的距离正好适配输送材料的标准的宽度,输送材料多余的宽度会被切刀切掉,防止输送材料折皱甚至卡住送料装置。
2、该输送带生产用上料机,通过设置顶盒、出风口及过滤层,装置在工作前先接通顶盒的电线电源,出风口内部的风机会通过进风口将空气吸入顶盒内部中,同时将空气中的毛绒细尘以及输送材料切掉的多余部分吸入,经过过滤层的过滤收集,使废料集中便于处理。

请参阅图1-4,本实施方案中:一种输送带生产用上料机,包括底架1,底架1顶端一侧设置有第一输送辊2,底架1顶端另一侧设置有第二输送辊5,底架1顶端第一输送辊2与第二输送辊5之间设置有机架3,机架3内部设置有过料辊4,过料辊4两端均设置有轴承杆6,轴承杆6一侧设置有动力***8,轴承杆6顶端设置有顶盒7,顶盒7内部底端设置有空槽10,空槽10内部设置有滚轴11,滚轴11远离过料辊4中心一侧设置有切刀12,顶盒7内部空槽10顶端贯穿设置有进风口14,顶盒7内部设置有过滤层13,顶盒7远离过料辊4中心一侧贯穿设置有切刀12。
本实施例中,过料辊4数量为三个,过料辊4两侧通过轴承杆6与机架3两侧壁活动连接,过料辊4帮助传送输送材料,顶盒7形状为方形盒,顶盒7内部为中空,顶盒7侧壁通过螺栓与机架3侧壁活动连接,顶盒7帮助切割掉输送材料多余部分以及将其收集起来,滚轴11两侧通过轴承与空槽10两侧内壁活动连接,滚轴11长度尺寸大小小于顶盒7尺寸大小,滚轴11形状为圆柱形,输送材料从滚轴11与过料辊4之间穿过,两切刀12形状为圆形,两切刀12外直径尺寸大小略大于滚轴11尺寸大小,切刀12材料为不锈钢,两切刀12的距离尺寸大小与传送输送原料尺寸大小相适配,切刀12底端与过料辊4顶端接触,切刀12位置正好切掉输送材料多余的宽度,出风口9数量为两个,出风口9内部设置有风机,出风口9内部的风机会通过进风口14将空气吸入顶盒7内部中,过滤层13材料为活性炭,过滤层13形状为方形板,过滤层13两侧通过固定座与顶盒7内侧壁固定连接,过滤层13长度尺寸大小小于顶盒7内部长度尺寸大小,过滤层13在顶盒7内部呈等距直线排布,过滤层13将吸入的废料过滤集中便于处理。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:输送材料从第一输送辊2进入过料辊4进行传送时,在放入过料辊4时前先从过料辊4与滚轴11之间穿过,在输送材料向前输送时滚轴11也会一起滚动,两侧切刀12之间的距离正好适配输送材料的标准的宽度,输送材料多余的宽度会被切刀12切掉,防止输送材料折皱甚至卡住送料装置,装置在工作前先接通顶盒7的电线电源,出风口9内部的风机会通过进风口14将空气吸入顶盒7内部中,同时将空气中的毛绒细尘以及输送材料切掉的多余部分吸入,经过过滤层13的过滤收集,使废料集中便于处理。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输送带生产用上料机,其特征在于:所述过料辊(4)数量为三个,所述过料辊(4)两侧通过轴承杆(6)与机架(3)两侧壁活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种输送带生产用上料机,其特征在于:所述顶盒(7)形状为方形盒,所述顶盒(7)内部为中空,所述顶盒(7)侧壁通过螺栓与机架(3)侧壁活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种输送带生产用上料机,其特征在于:所述滚轴(11)两侧通过轴承与空槽(10)两侧内壁活动连接,所述滚轴(11)长度尺寸大小小于顶盒(7)尺寸大小,所述滚轴(11)形状为圆柱形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种输送带生产用上料机,其特征在于:所述两切刀(12)形状为圆形,所述两切刀(12)外直径尺寸大小略大于滚轴(11)尺寸大小。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种输送带生产用上料机,其特征在于:所述两切刀(12)的距离尺寸大小与传送输送原料尺寸大小相适配,所述切刀(12)底端与过料辊(4)顶端接触。
